A
All
right,
Bloomington
I'm,
going
to
come
to
you
today
with
two
different
things.
So
first
I
want
to
talk
about
an
arrest
we
made,
and
the
second
thing
I'm
going
to
talk
about
is
our
upcoming
open
house.
So
this
past
Sunday
a
little
after
seven
o'clock
in
the
morning
on
the
7
900
block
of
Third
Avenue
South,
a
person
had
started
their
vehicle
forgot
something
and
went
back
in
the
house
within
that
time
frame.
60
Seconds,
60
Seconds
an
individual
had
gotten
to
their
car
and
stole
it.
A
Their
neighbor
saw
it
within
a
minute
of
getting
the
call
our
officers
again
we're
in
the
neighborhoods.
They
found
the
vehicle
at
Walmart,
so
you
steal
somebody's
car
and
you
go
to
Walmart.
So
our
officer
is
going
to
Walmart
they're,
going
to
loss
prevention
as
soon
as
they
get
into
the
loss
prevention
office.
The
loss
prevention
folks
tell
them
that.
Oh,
it's
good
to
see
you
here
we're
actually
looking
at
this
person
who
is
stealing
well.
The
person
who
is
stealing
from
Walmart
happened
to
be
the
same
person
that
stole
the
car.
A
You
heard
that
right
stole
the
car
drive
to
Walmart
and
then
started
to
steal
from
Walmart.
So
obviously
you
can't
do
that
so
officers
confront
them
after
they've
stolen
the
stuff
from
Walmart
and
they
find
the
keys
to
the
vehicle
on
it.
You
know,
because
why,
wouldn't
you
keep
the
keys,
because
it's
your
car,
you
stole
it
right
and
they
find
multiple
other
stolen
items
that
they
had
from
Walmart.
A
Subsequently,
when
they
went
to
the
car,
they
also
found
a
backpack
that
the
person
had
that
had
multiple
people's
IDs
and
other
stolen
checks
in
there.
So
the
person
who
did
that
was
Mr,
Dion,
Taylor,
McCabe
Morales
26
years
old
out
of
crystal,
and
you
come
to
Bloomington,
and
you
do
that.
You
know
what
happens
so.
This
happened
on
Sunday,
we
locked
him
up
and
he
is
currently
being
charged
with
felony
vehicle
theft,
trespass
and
some
other
crimes.
A
A
So
you
come
to
Bloomington,
and
you
do
this
I
tell
you
all
the
time
our
officers
in
our
neighborhoods
we're
going
to
catch
you
we're
gonna,
lock
you
up
and
my
hope
for
him
seriously
as
a
young
person
is
that
he
gets
the
help
that
he
needs.
So
he
can
stop
doing
this
stuff
26
years
old
man,
and
you
got
this
many
convictions
and
you
steal
somebody's
car
and
you
go
to
Walmart
and
steal
some
more
stuff.
I
really
just
I,
don't
know
what's
going
on
with
people
stealing
these
cars
nowadays.
A
But
if
you
come
to
Bloomington
to
do
that,
we're
going
to
lock
you
up
so
the
next
thing
I
want
to
talk
about
is
I.
Know
it's
going
to
be
snowing
here,
but
spring
will
be
here
one
day
and
I'm
hoping
it's
here
on
May
20th,
so
May
20th
will
be
when
the
police
department
will
be
having
our
open
house.
It's
also
the
70th
Anniversary
for
the
Bloomington
Police
Department
I'm,
going
to
put
up
this
flyer
here
that
you
can
see
we're
going
to
have
food
trucks
out
there.
A
You
can
do
a
tour
of
the
police
department,
we're
going
to
have
vehicles
Out
There
Our
officers
are
going
to
be
out
there,
so
if
you
don't
have
anything
to
do
or
if
you
want
to
come
check
us
out
May
20th
from
11
o'clock
to
2
p.m.
Here
at
the
Bloomington
Police
Department
Civic,
Plaza
Public
Works
is
also
going
to
have
a
lot
of
those
big
plow
trucks
out
there
and
a
lot
of
their
equipment
out
there.
So
you
can
check
that
out.
We're
also
going
to
bring
this
backdrop
out
there.
A
So
if
you
want
to
come
check
out
this
backdrop-
and
you
know,
take
a
picture
at
the
police
department,
you
can
do
that
so
come
check
us
out
on
May
20th,
we'll
have
some
more
announcements
about
that
coming
forward,
but
again
food
trucks
and
we'll
be
out
there
and
I'll
be
out
there.
So
come
on
and
check
us
out.
A
So
with
that
have
a
great
day
and
a
great
week
and
I
know
spring
will
be
here
and
I
know
for
those
of
you
who
are
on
spring
break
I,
really
hope
you're
getting
some
sun
out
there,
while
the
rest
of
us
is
dealing
with
this
snow
so
have
a
great
day.
