for
my
eviction
case,
which
I
ended
the
whole
thing

13th
the
governor
shuts
everything
down,
but
he
doesn't
just
shut
it
down.

So
in
the
meantime,
what
happened
is
that
I
had
to
wait
throughout
that
time?

in
the
summer
came
they

supposed
to
mow
the
lawn
they
didn't
mow.

notice

I
totally
get
that
you

but
what
I
did
is
I
was
trying

find

attorney.
No
attorney
would
handle
it
because
it
was
literally
shut
down.

can't

won't
do

I
couldn't
get
on
the
property
to
mow
the
lawn
after
the
notice.
The
police
said
we're
not
here
to
watch
you
mow
your
lawn
okay
and
anybody

sent
over

anything.
They
were
booting
them
out
of

the

about

car
in

backyard

on

on
with.

going
on
this
recent
letter,
I
just
got
today
in
the
mail
was
about
me
driving
my
work
truck
home.

bad,

nice

whatsoever.

converters
keep
getting

off

it

down

the

city
still

letter
on
it,
even
though
it

hired

just
like

trip

the
Bloomington
Symphony
Orchestra

to
convey
some
of
the
thoughts
and
concerns
that
the
other
resident
Arts
organizations
have
about
the
situation
with
Artistry.
The
resident
art
organizations
include
not
only
the
BSO
but
also
Angelica
cantante
Bloomington,
Corral,
Continental,
valet,
medalist
concert
band
and
the
notable
singers
in
addition
to
artistry
all
of
the
diverse
art
forms
represented
by
the
combined
resident
arts
groups,
including
theater
and
visual
arts,
are
important
and
essential
to
the
culture
of
Bloomington.

First
I
and
the
other
residents
resident
art
organizations
want
to
thank
the
city
and
the
council
for
their
generous
support.
We
are
truly
truly
grateful
for
all
for
the
cultural
art
support
funding
that
has
been
given
to
us.
It
is
that
funding
that
allows
us
to
operate,
grow
perform
and
be
vital
contributors
to
the
community
of
Bloomington.

So
when
the
BSO
or
any
other
resident
art
organization
performs
in
the
black
box,
it
is
as
the
BSO
or
that
Resident
art
organization,
not
as
artistry
and
third,
we,
the
other
resident
art
organizations,
are
concerned
about
artistry's
financial
stability
as
it
relates
to
ticket
sales
that
run
through
the
Artistry
box
office.
Collectively,
our
group
runs
about
forty
thousand
dollars
worth
of
ticket
sales
through
the
box
office
for
our
lease
agreements
with
the
city,
most
of
us
are
required
to
use
artistry's
box
office
services.

The
funds
from
these
ticket
sales
are
in
a
separate
Ledger
account
code
within
artistry's
General
accounts,
but
not
escrowed
in
a
separate
account.
After
Consulting
with
the
bso's
legal
counsel,
we
have
been
advised
that
we
are
simply
another
creditor
to
Artistry
and
our
ticket
revenue
is
not
necessarily
guaranteed,
while
a
non-payment
has
never
been
a
concern.
Recent
experience
has
drawn
our
attention.

Angelica
cantantes
paid
ticket
sales
for
their
February
26
performance
after
repeated,
tries
to
obtain
the
funds
we're
not
paid
to
them
until
June.
Second,
we
have
a
difficult
decision
ahead
of
you
about
whether
or
not
to
give
Artistry
to
750
000
loan
that
they
are
requesting.
Theater
and
visual
arts
are
an
essential
art
form
that
Bloomington
deserves
to
have
as
part
of
its
culture
and
I
hope.
You
take
the
time
to
consider
all
of
the
options
in
closing.

important
members
of
the
Arts
community
in
Bloomington,
the
other
resident
art
organizations
are
successful,
thriving
independent

fiscally
responsible.
