A
New
construction
on
the
86th
Street
Bridge
will
begin
at
the
end
of
June,
and
a
new
bridge
will
open
an
early
winter.
Both
bridges
are
maintained
by
MnDOT,
but
the
city
is
working
with
the
agency
to
address
safety
concerns.
Also
in
this
area,
the
curbside
cleanup
program
is
coming
to
neighborhoods
between
Portland
and
Penn.
On
April
29th.
The
service
allows
residents
to
rid
their
homes
of
unwanted
items,
like
appliances,
bundled
brush
building
materials,

metal
and
other
items.

Things
not
accepted
include
