There
is
so
much
happening
around
the
city
of
bloomington
this
month
on
saturday
may
14th
join
parks
and
recreation
staff,
along
with
sustainability,
commission
members
for
a
garlic
mustard
pole,
help
rid
harrison
park
of
this
invasive
plant
from
10
a.m,
to
12
p.m,
go
to
blm
dot,
mn
events
for
more
information,
bloomington
chorale
will
perform
everything's
coming
up
roses
in
the
schneider
theater
at
7,
30
pm
on
may
20th
and
4
p.m.
A
Ticket
information
can
be
found
at
blm,
dot,
mn
bca,
it's
gardening
season
and
if
you
are
in
need
of
some
new
tools,
come
out
to
the
garden
tools
swap
on
may
21st
at
11
am
at
moyer
park.
Residents
can
also
pick
up
three
free
bags
of
compost,
while
supplies
last
also
happening.
May
21st
is
an
open
house
for
the
bloomington
police
department,
featuring
displays
of
police
equipment
squad
vehicles
and
more
as
well
as
tours
of
the
police
department.

parks
gets
underway
in
june,
starting
with
the
monday
morning,
kids
series
on
june
6th
at
moyer
park
from
10
30
to
11
30
a.m.
Kids
of
all
ages
can
enjoy
a
performance
by
bob
the
beach
comber.
The
tuesday
performance
series
welcomes
the
notable
singers
to
the
normandale
lake
bandshell
on
june
7th
at
7
pm
and
the
first
thursday
blockbuster
of
the
summer
features
british
invasion
with
rubber
sole.

9th
at
normandale
lake
bandshell,
food
and
beverage
services
begin
at
6
30
pm
with
the
performance
starting
at
7
pm
head
to
blm
dot,
mn
arts
parks
to
see
the
full
lineup
for
the
season,
kites
and
bites
returns
in
2022
with
food
trucks,
kids,
dance,
music
and,
of
course,
kites.
Free
kites
will
be
available
for
youth
age,
18
and
younger
at
valley
view
play
fields
on
saturday
june
11th
from
11
a.m,
to
2
p.m,
for
