B
The
event
will
be
a
great
opportunity
for
us
to
reflect
on,
celebrate
and
acknowledge
all
of
the
hard
work
over
years
to
renovate
the
bridge
and
the
surrounding
trailhead
area.
The

and
creekside
community
center
hosted
the
get
connected
stay
connected
event
at
the
center
for
the
arts
on
september
15th.
A
The
free
event
was
aimed
at
seniors,
50
plus
and
anyone
working
with
older
adults
nationally
renowned
speaker,
brenda
elsiger
kicked
off
the
event
bringing
humor
to
challenging
topics.
There
were
also
a
number
of
vendors
in
attendance
with
resources
like
assisted
living,
as
well
as
job
and
volunteer
opportunities.
C
It's
important
because
things
change
frequently
and
what
you
knew
before
no
longer
applies
or
changes.
Someone
recently
was
asking
me
for
help
for
a
loved
one,
and
I
had
no
resources.
Today,
I
learned
of
one
that
oh
I'm
going
to
keep
their
car
just
because,
as
my
friends
get
older
or
their
parents
are
aging,
they
need
something,
and
sometimes
they
need
it
rather
quickly.
So
to
have
some
ideas
of
where
to
turn
to
it
really
is
helping.
D
I'm
impressed
that
it's
for
the
50
and
over
group,
because
there's
not
a
whole
lot
of
things
that
fall
into
that
category
and
then
looking
around
the
room
and
seeing
people
giggle
and
laugh-
and
I
brought
some
of
my
friends
with
me
today,
so
that
we
can
talk
about
it
afterwards
and
we'll
giggle
and
laugh
afterwards
too.
So
I,
my
heart,
feels
full.
A
A
A
That
is
the
buzz
on
bloomington
today
for
the
week
of
september
22nd
through
the
28th.
If
you
would
like
to
watch
other
stories
from
the
show
go
to
this
week's
playlist,
there
you'll
find
a
look
at
the
sunset
celebration
of
the
city's
new
south
loop
mural,
plus
our
pioneers
and
change
makers.
Series
continues
with
a
woman
who
is
a
fierce
advocate
for
youth
in
our
community.
Thanks
for
watching.
