meredith
from
our
interview
last
summer.
C
Bloomington
has
been
supportive
and
this
has
been
our
home
and
this
is
where
we
started
hockey.
You
know,
I
remember
my
kid
telling
me
that
she
wanted
to
play
hockey,
and
that
was
you
know.
I'm
gonna
support
you
and
that's
great,
but
how
do
we
get
involved?
And
I
just
remember
you
know
her
being
six
years
old
and
calling
up.
C
You
know
somebody
and
just
saying
hey,
my
kid
wants
to
play
and
they
said
that
there's
a
girls
team,
there's
a
girls
team
right
here
in
bloomington
and
just
bring
your
kid
down
and
I
brought
her
down
that
weekend
and
it
was
a
learned
escape
and
she
was
six
had
never
been
on
skates
before
and
she
was
just
you
know
out
there
a
bull
in
a
china
shop.
You
know
on
the
ice
trying
to
trying
to
play
and
that's
how
she
started.
