Buzz
for
the
week
of
November,
2nd
through
the
8th
mark
your
calendars
for
Thursday
December
1st
for
the
city's
next
town
hall
Forum
mayor
Tim
Bussey
kicked
off
the
sequence
of
town
hall
forums
in
August,
inviting
community
members
to
ask
questions
and
learn
more
about
projects
and
initiatives
happening
in
the
city.
Since
then,
council
members,
Patrick,
Martin,
Dwayne,
lohmann
and
Lona
dalessandro
have
hosted
forums
in
their
districts.
A
December
1st
will
focus
on
District
2
with
council
member
Sean
Nelson.
The
event
will
be
held
at
community
of
the
Cross
Lutheran
Church
from
6
30
to
8
pm
this
fall
Bloomington
voters
will
weigh
in
on
the
school
district's
safe
and
Innovative
schools
referendum,
which
extends
funding
for
schools,
Safety
and
Security,
and
educational
technology
at
current
levels,
beyond
the
current
Levy's
expiration
date
in
2024.

November
7th
election
day
is
Tuesday
November
8th
earlier
this
year.
The
city
redistricted
its
Precinct
boundaries
so
be
sure
to
check
your
polling
location
before
you
go
visit.

Creekside
Community
Center
hosted
a
Halloween
bingo
participants
dressed
up
enjoyed
some
friendly
competition
and
even
a
photo
booth.

and

staff.
