was
the
end
of
our
lives,
because
none
of
us
were
expected
to
live
past
that
if
we
were
to
believe
what
we
saw
on
tv,
I
personally
never
believed
that
the
lord
blessed
me
by
sending
people
into
my
life
who
believed
in
me
he
put
people
in
my
life
who
didn't
feel
sorry.
For
me,
he
put
people
in
my
life
who
really
thought
that
I
could
do
something.
A
C
Know
that
this
is
a
critically
important
role
in
one
of
the
critical
cities
in
in
minnesota,
one
of
the
heart
and
soul
of
what
we
do
and
the
idea
of
being
able
to
have
someone
who
has
spent
a
lifetime
in
public
service
be
honored
with
this
position,
I'm
just
grateful
to
be
here
and
to
the
city
and
and
the
council
members.
It
really
is
a
privilege
to
to
work
with
this
city.
C
A
Congratulations
and
welcome
to
the
city
chief
hodges,
a
water
tower
rehabilitation
is
happening
at
reynolds
park.
The
northwest
tower
located
at
west
83rd
street
will
undergo
rehab
by
city
crews,
telecommunications
contractors
and
the
city's
contractor
the
tank
has
been
drained,
will
undergo
deep
cleaning
to
remove
debris
and
be
re-coated.
The
updates
are
expected
to
last
20
years.
D
From
time
to
time,
they
do
need
a
little
maintenance
paint
repair
rust
repair
this
time
we're
putting
antennas
on
the
top
instead
of
down
around
the
sides,
so
that
is
1.5
million,
gallons
supplies
everything
up
here
around
the
area
in
the
neighborhood,
so
you
might
experience
some
pressure
fluctuations
being
that
that
is
down.
We
are
running
off
the
water
plant
with
one
or
two
pumps
to
keep
pressure
going
up
here.
A
The
project
is
expected
to
last
about
13
weeks
and
be
completed
by
mid
july.
