It
will
be
hosted
by
at-large
council
members,
Jenna
Carter
and
samua,
who
was
recently
appointed.
The
town
hall
is
from
10
to
11
30
at
Creekside,
Community
Center.
You
can
submit
questions
ahead
of

at
the
website
listed
on

A
Mayor
Tim
Bussey
kicked
off
the
sequence
of
town
hall
forums
in
August
of
2022,
inviting
community
members
to
ask
questions
and
learn
more
about
projects
and
initiatives
happening
in
the
city.
Council
members,
Patrick,
Martin,
Dwayne,
lohmann,
Lona,
dalessandro
and
Sean
Nelson
have
also
hosted
forums
in
their
districts.
The
city
has
a
new
internship
program
for
youth.
Blumen
Bloomington
is
a
youth
Workforce
program
offering
young
people
ages
16
to
24
summer
internship
experiences.
Young
people
will
have
an
opportunity
to
explore
career
options
from
a
wide
variety
of
employers,
build
valuable
work
experience
and
develop
leadership
skills.
A
The
goal
is
to
support
and
grow
a
more
diverse
and
accessible
workplace
for
our
community
by
pairing
young
people
with
Employers
in
local
government,
non-profits
and
private
sector
jobs.
Applicants
must
live
in
Bloomington
or
attend
high
school
or
college
in
the
city.

about
the

program

You
may
already
know
Bloomington
Ice
Garden
is
a
regional
destination,
but
did
you
know
it's
an
international
one
too?
Here.
B
In
Minnesota,
it's
been
amazing,
I
mean
like
I'm,
very,
very
impressed
of
what
we're
doing
here.
I'm
like
I,
don't
want
to
live.
I
want
to
stay
here
forever.
Members.
C
D
Perfect,
they
are
very,
very
passionate
about
expanding
their
program,
but
in
some
of
the
developing
countries
they
don't
have
the
history.
They
don't
have
the
experience.
They
don't
have
the
facilities,
they
don't
have
a
facility
like
the
Bloomington
Ice
Garden
right.
They
don't
have
that
luxury
of
having
that
rink.
E
D
F
Is
a
really
great
opportunity
for
us
and
for
our
community
I
mean
here:
you've
got
you
know,
25
skaters
and
you
know
another.
You
know
a
bunch
of
chaperones
and
parents
and
siblings
that
are
coming
along,
and
you
know
it's
an
economic
driver,
it's
great
to
see
our
ice
utilized,
but
it's
also
great
to
have
tourism
in
the
community
in
Bloomington.
So
you
know
they
need
hotels
to
stay
in
and
they're,
not
just
skating
they're.
You
know
doing
other
entertainment
and
and
activities
while
they're
here
eating
out
supporting
our
economy
in
a
lot
of
ways.
F
A
Has
between
half
a
million
and
750
000
visitors
annually
and
host
25
events
a
year
from
hockey
tournaments
to
figure
skating
competitions?
That
is
the
buzz
on
Bloomington
today
for
the
week
of
February
22nd
through
the
28th.
If
you
would
