Welcome to Bloomington today I'm Emily taplin thanks for joining us.

First, we bring you the Buzz for the weeks of September 6th through the 19th it's an election year and here's what you need to know early an absentee voting begins: Friday September, 22nd starting then Bloomington residents can go to Civic Plaza to cast their ballots from 8 AM to 4 30 P.M Monday through Friday through November 6th extended hours, are available from 9 A.M to 3 P.M on Saturday November, 4th and 8 to 5 on Monday November 6th voters can also vote in person on Election Day Tuesday November 7th polling sites are open for voting from 7 A.M to 8 P.M on Election Day, early mail and absentee ballots are issued by Hennepin County at hennepin.us elections.

Mailed ballots can be returned to Hennepin County through the mail or returned in person at Civic Plaza. They must be received by 8 pm on Election Day get familiar with.
