the

business
center
used
to
be
located
on
the
site
and
the
project
will
be
under
construction
and
open
in
2015

high
and
with
surface
parking
in
a
public
plaza.

What
we've
done
is
we've
taken
a
look
back
at
the
prior
decades
and
projected
that
out
and
formulated
a
trend
line
based
on
on
that
number
and
when
the
airport
built
the
north-south
runway,
they
took
out
a
number
of
hotel
rooms
and
really
the
hotel
construction
that
you're
seeing
right
now.
The
ones
that
are
planned
and
that
have
been
built
recently
are
just
refilling
and
then
getting
back
on
that
trend
line
that
we
have
always
been
on
since
the
since
the
50s.
