A
D
D
So
the
next
item
is
approval.
C
C
C
Things
that
are
coming
up
as
well.
We
always
talk
about
our
Runway
closures,
because
obviously
this
impacts
our
operations.
We
did
have
an
aircraft
that
landed
with
a
flat
tire,
so
we
did
have
a
brief
Runway
closure
last
month
and
then
there's
been
some
emergency
repairs
and
routine
Light
maintenance.
C
And
construction
continues
on
the
parking
garage
now
that
we're
above
ground.
It
seems
to
be
going
up
very
quickly,
but
you
can
see
from
the
pictures
we're
on
the
level
three
deck
is
in
progress.
We
have
the
elevator
guide
rails
and
supports
and
some
of
the
metal
stud
framing
of
the
main
stairwell,
so
that
project
is
moving
right
along
and
we're
hopeful
that
it
will
be
open
it's
spring
of
next
year.
C
The
employee
parking
garage
that
is
also
starting
to
take
shape
these
projects
were
actually
bid
together,
as
you
recall,
and
so
they
started
on
the
public
garage
but
they're
moving
the
forms
back
and
forth
and
hopefully
getting
some
economies
of
scale
by
being
able
to
work
on
both
garages.
At
the
same
time,
the
concrete's
been
placed
on
the
in
the
forums
and
we'll
start
to
see
that
project
coming
out
of
the
ground
as
well
so
you'll
see
that
as
you're
driving
along
84.
C
And
if
you
have
traveled
recently,
you
will
see
we've
been
doing
some
substantial
work
on
the
TSA
checkpoint
expansion
that.
C
Progress,
the
fish
wall
has
been
relocated-
that's
the
official
name
for
that
by
the
way,
from
visual
artworks.
We
do
have
the
carpet
installed
for
the
new
seventh
Lane
and
the
build
out
for
Clear,
which
is
the
Securities
Expediting
process
that
is
nearly
complete.
They
will
be
doing
I'm,
probably
getting
ahead
of
myself
here,
but
they'll.
C
The
road
improvements
are
complete
and
we're
just
finishing
all
of
the
final
punch
list
items
the
Amazon
cargo
facility
that
they
are
building,
they
have
their
temporary
certificate
of
occupancy
and
they
are
expecting
their
first
flight
tomorrow.
C
And
then
taxi
Lane
November
in
Sierra,
the
taxi
lien
November,
continues
we're
doing
the
construction
outside
of
the
movement
area.
There's
some
asphalt
pavement
that's
happening
in
October,
we'll
probably
we'll
pause
for
winter
and
then
resume
in
the
spring
and
then
Sierra
extension.
This
is
at
the
very
end
of
the
taxi
Lane
out
there,
where
we're
going
to
be
able
to
extend
that
taxiway
for
the
future
Micron
Hangar
and
it
doesn't
impact
any
of
our
existing
Airline
tenants
or
operations.
C
They've
been
working
on
the
under
underground
utilities,
expect
it'll
be
moving
forward
in
the
week
of
November
7th
Harvard
Street
closure.
You
may
remember
this
is
on
the
south
side
of
the
Airfield
over
by
the
guard.
This
provides
the
access
to
the
air
traffic
control
tower
by
the
way,
hopefully.
C
C
This
is
a
little
bit
more
behind
the
scenes
business
housekeeping,
but
if
you've
ever
been
out
on
the
apron
area,
doing
the
groundboarding
through
Alaska
Airlines,
if
you're
flying
Alaska,
they
have
recently
relocated
their
glycol
tanks
and
actually
increased
the
size
of
their
glycol
tanks.
We
expect
them
to
be
commissioned
this
week
and
they'll
be
training
on
that
just
to
make
a
time
for
winter
Opera
operations
and
this
facility
was
relocated
because
we
needed
to
move
it
to
make
room
for
the
new
one
of
those
in
a.
C
Parking
seems
to
be
top
of
mind
for
everyone.
We
have
many
conversations
about
this
on
Friday,
Thursday
and
Friday
afternoons
in
our
office,
because
we
are
very,
very
close
to
capacity
on
parking
and
we
are
adding
350
spaces
out
in
the
economy
lot,
and
we
expect
that
that
will
help
us
with
the
Thanksgiving
Rush.
This
will
actually
be
open,
probably
around
November,
11th
14th,
but
it'll
be
ready
before
Thanksgiving,
which
is
excellent,
because
we
think
that
we
need
to
capacity
about
holiday
parking
update.
C
We
did
open
the
Overflow
parking,
but
we
never
actually
had
to
use
it,
but
we
were
literally
down
to
cars
were
exiting
and
cars
were
coming
in
and
forward
their
spaces.
I
mean
they've,
never
seen
a
parking
lot,
sharks
at
the
airport.
The
way
that
we
did
that
that
particular
weekend,
but
the
Overflow
lot,
is
adjacent
to
the
economy
lot
and
it'll
be
available.
If
we
need
it,
but
that'll
be
an
extra
175
spaces.
In
addition
to
the
350
that
I
just
mentioned,
I
would
mention
that
valet
was
also
full.
C
We
started
with
about
80
spaces
in
ballet
and
we
were
up
to
we've
added
another
100
spaces
in
ballet,
and
they
were
all
full.
So
I
alluded
to
this
earlier
when
we
were
talking.
A
C
C
We
also
recognize
tsa's
20th
year
of
anniversary
here
at
the
Boise
Airport,
everyone
remembers,
911
TSA
was
formed
and
then
it
took
about
a
year
to
implement.
So
they
were
here
20
years
ago,
started
and
then
hard
to
believe.
But
10
years
ago
was.
The
last
was
the
first
time
in
a
long
time
that
we
had
welcomed
new
carrier
and
that
was
Allegiant,
Airlines
and
they've
been
here
for
10
consecutive
years.
C
C
We
did
hold
our
snow
Symposium.
We
do
that
every
year,
it's
a
meeting
that
we
have
it's
led
by
Alex
and
his
team
Michael
was
part
of
it
as
well
and
Jody,
but
we
have
the
National
Weather
Service
come
out
and
they
talk
about
what
forecasts
Trends,
what
we're
expecting
for
winter
this
year,
which
means
this
year
we're
expecting
La
Nina
weather,
which
means
below
average
temperatures
and
above
average,
precipitation
we'll
see
if
they
are
right.
C
But
we
are
ready
and
then
I
don't
know
if
I
have
shared
this
with
some
of
you
in
advance,
but
passenger
Employments
were
actually
up
17
percent
for
the
month
of
September.
That's
and
that's
compared
to
2019,
which
was
our
Peak,
so
just
tremendous
travel
in
September,
and
that
brings
us
up.
Eight
percent
year-to-date
over
2019
again
well
above
the
national
pace
for
recovery
from
covet
actually.
C
And
when
you
look
at
our
operating
revenues,
you
can
see
operating
revenues
is
tracking
right
along
parking,
revenue
is
up
substantially
terminal
concession
revenues
are
up
substantially
on
the
expense
side.
We've
talked
about
many
of
these
things,
the
indirect
cost
reimbursement.
That's
a
change
in
the
way
that
we
calculate
that
parking
management
of
force.
Those
expenses
are
up
because
we're
operating
more
shuttles,
we
have
more
credit
card
fees.
C
C
Planning
that
next
up,
we
have
our
quarterly
reports.
These
are
things
that
we
look
at
related
to
air
service
and
how
we
compare
to
our
peers.
These
are
this
is
a
quarterly
snapshot,
and
so
this
is
the
year
ended
in
June
of
22.
So
this
is
pre-summer.
You
can
see
that
our
load
Factor
was
back
up
to
80
percent
capacity
was
up
slightly,
but
passengers
were
up
substantially
and,
of
course,
that's
compared
to
2021.
So
that's
not
surprising.
C
Our
origin
and
destination
markets
I
throw
this
on
here,
just
as
a
reference
for
where
people
are
going,
the
markets
all
had
increases
in
passengers,
except
for
Oakland
and
Orlando.
C
C
We
are
expecting
seats
to
increase
in
every
month
and
flights
to
increase
in
every
month
compared
to
the
prior
year
for
the
next
six
months
and
of
course,
keep
in
mind
that
this
this
can
change,
as
we
have
experienced.
Airlines
have
changed
their
flights
even
two
weeks
out
during
the
pandemic,
but
we
are
expecting
to
see
some
substantial
increases.
C
C
So
this
is
looking
forward
for
the
next
six
months,
based
on.
What's
in
a
foreign,
is
subject
to
change
without
notice.
As
we
all
know,
this
is
the
average
seats
per
capita
comparison.
C
C
They
have
slightly
more
seat
s,
but
not
more
passengers.
So
that's
actually
probably
a
good
thing.
When
you
look
at
the
number
of
passengers,
the
only
airport
that
had
more
passengers
again,
this
is,
as
of
June,
was
Charleston
in
our
peer
group,
and
you
can
see
our
airfare
was
also
amongst
the
lowest,
the
third
lowest,
but
we're
the
second
highest.
C
And
then
this
is
the
year
over
year
comparison.
It
shows
the
change
in
the
number
of
non-stop
destinations
soldiers
and
the
change
at
seats,
and
so
the
other
thing
that
I
think
is
always
interesting
to
look
at
is
the
number
of
non-stop
destinations.
C
D
C
Favorably
to
this
particular
pair
of
group,
and
that
concludes
my
report,
chairman
asked
Gonzalez
I,
see
that
mayor
named
colas
and
also
Patrick
agent
has
joined
us
in
our
bowling.
Just
for
your
information.
Thank
you.
You're
welcome.
A
I,
don't
have
much
I
will
say:
I've
been
traveling
a
lot,
as
you
know
this
past
summer
and
fall,
and
it's
been
great
seeing
the
changes
here
at
the
airport.
It's
been
my
own
little
like
oh,
it's
new
this
time,
and
so
this
last
time
the
exit
area
and
entering
the
airport
from
from
arrival
was
my
new,
so
great
job
on
the
progression
of
everything
that's
going
on
here
and
foreign.
B
So,
first
of
all,
I
just
want
to
shout
out
to
TSA
here
at
our
airport.
They
really
do
a
phenomenal
job,
and
this
was
brought
even
closer
to
my
attention.
From
my
recent
trip
to
Europe,
we
flew
through
Charles
de
Gaulle
to
Naples
to
spend
time
on
the
Amalfi
Coast,
and
there
were
two
experiences
in
Charles
de
Gaulle
that
were
disastrous.
That
caused
us
to
miss
our
connecting
flight.
B
One
was
TSA,
there
were
so
many
flights
connecting
that
the
people
were
lined
up
like
all
the
way
down
the
corridor
forever
and
ever
and
it
didn't
change
the
behavior
of
any
TSA
person
because
they're
French,
you
know-
and
you
couldn't
have
a
conversation
with
them.
You
couldn't.
Let
them
know
that
my
flight's
supporting
in
you
know
30
minutes.
Can
you
help
me?
B
We
actually
had
asked
to
move
forward
and
we
were,
and
then
this
DSHS
reached
back
in
the
line
and
said:
oh
you
you
you
come
forward.
It
was
the
most
bizarre
thing
I'd
ever
seen.
Then
we
had
to
go
through
customs
control
and
Charles
de
call
airport
recently
invested
in
automated
Customs
control.
Where
you
scan
your
passport
and
then
it
looks
at
your
picture,
not
Global
Entry,
actually
for
every
person
going
through
customs
and
only
one
of
them
worked
so.
B
They
had
a
security
person
standing
there,
because
people
had
to
keep
putting
it
in,
and
so
we
have
all
this
lineup
of
people
to
make
their
connections
and
one
person
at
a
time
going
through
One
Bank
of
20
machines.
In
one
word,
oh
my
gosh,
it
was
nuts
you
know,
and
finally,
you
just
kind
of
throw
your
hands
up
and
go
well
I,
wonder
if
I
get
out
of
here
today
or
am
I
sleeping
in
Charlottesville
Airport.
B
My
second
story
is
on
my
return
and
I
want
to
start
with
a
shout
out
to
Michelle
and
to
Sean
for
saving
the
day
for
me
with
my
car.
So
we
had
a
little
challenge
with
my
car
when
I
got
here
and
Sean
immediately
got
in
touch
with
John
a
republic
parking
and
Michelle
immediately
got
in
touch
with
Wanda
who's.
B
The
supervisor
whose
office
is
right
over
the
parking
garage
by
the
way,
if
you
ever
want
to
stop
and
wave
and
say,
hi,
Wanda
and
Wanda
immediately
got
in
touch
with
Trent
Dodge,
who
was
the
supervisor
of
parking
who
came
over
with
this
car
and
and
helped
us
out,
and
he
was.
E
D
E
D
I,
don't
I
didn't
do
any
flying,
but
my
wife
flew
from
Boise
to
Monterey
California
and
on
United
everything
went
smoothly,
so
I
had
to
come
to
the
airport
to
pick
her
up.
Take
her
home
where
bring
her
here.
D
I
did
want
to
ask
you
Rebecca
will
clear
the
clear
people
be
conducting
enrollment
sessions
here.
They.
C
D
All
right
now
I
think
we're
on
your
business.
So
we
were
looking
at
the
meeting
in
January
and
one
thing
about
that
meeting.
Also
it
doesn't,
we
don't
have
have
kids
in
school,
but
people
like
Jamie
do
and
the
first
week
of
January
the
Boise
schools
are
out
and
I
suspect.
A
lot
of
people
will
be
traveling
and
it
may
be
difficult
to.
D
So
I
wanted
to
propose
that
we
canceled
the
January
meeting
unless
the
director
feels
that
it
is.
D
So
we
need
to
have
a
vote
on
that,
so
we
need
to
so.
Is
there
a
motion
to
cancel
that
meeting
Mr.
D
Opposed
okay,
the
motion
carries
so
we'll
announce
that
on
the
website,
so
the
public
will
be
informed
all
right.
The
next
item
is
q,
a
an
opportunity
for
any
members
of
the
general
public
to
present
to
the
commission.
Do
we
have
anybody
like
to
speak.
E
Mr
chair,
this
is
Garrett
nancolas,
yes,
I
just
wanted
to
apologize.
I
was
on
at
roll
call,
but
for
some
reason
my
link
only
allowed
me
to
view
and
not
be
a
panelist.
So
thank
you.
Whoever
changed
that
for
me.
I
just
wanted
to
say
good
morning
and
I
apologize.
The
reason
I'm
not
there
today
is
just
when
I
thought.
My
health
issues
were
behind
me.
E
I
had
another
surgery
four
or
five
days
ago,
once
so
I'm
still
staying
close
to
home
and
recovering,
but
just
wanted
to
say
thank
you
for
accommodating
me
to
attend
by
my
zoom
today,
rather
than
be
there
in
person.
So
thank
you
very
much
and
I
appreciate
all
that
everyone
does.
Thank
you.
