A
Thank
you,
so
I
just
wanted
to
make
a
special
meeting
outside
of
our
normal,
regular
schedule,
meetings
that
we
didn't
have
performed
before.
So
we
can
move
to
the
minutes.
Approval,
that's
okay.
With
admission,
says.
D
C
Just
do
the
last
meetings
minutes
separately,
just
so
because
we're
actually
approving
them
for
the
first
time
and
then
the
others
are
just
fermented
tracks,
so
you
can
move
them
all.
Together.
I
put
a
script
down
there.
First
ones
number
right.
D
B
D
Seven
yeah,
okay:
I
move
that
we
approve
in
places
in
the
system
the
meeting
minutes
covered
in
one
through
seven,
so
march,
10th
2022
january
13th,
2022
acts
2021
july,
8th,
2021
may
13th,
2021
october
5th,
2021
and
march
11th,
all
of
which
have
already
been
approved.
B
Would
add
to
the
minutes
that
the
reason
for
this
is
to
move
the
city
into
minute
track
as
a
management
system.
D
A
B
Commissioner
church,
the
commission,
having
reviewed
inquiry,
number
22-05
at
the
may
12
2022
meeting
having
directed
staff
to
draft
a
written
decision
on
such
inquiry.
Consistent
with
the
commission's
review
on
that
date
and
having
reviewed
the
written
draft
at
this
meeting,
I
moved
that
the
commission
approved
the
written
determination
of
inquiry
number
22-05
and
that
such
written
determination
be
published
on
the
commission's
web
page
in
the
city
of
boise
website.
A
C
Most
of
the
email
activity
was
related
to
travel
requests
which
have
been
viewed,
and
then
there
was
one
additional
request
that
was
determined
not
to
be
relevant
to
city
business
whatsoever.
It
was,
I
think,
sent
to
the
wrong
place
and
then
and
there's
one
other
email
regarding
things
where.
