Description

A
A
B
B
For
that,
second,
all
those
in
favor
aye
any
opposed.
B
A
B
A
A
I've
worked
on
it
with
her
so
and
I
guess,
just
a
preface
before
we
go
through
this
application
is
I
just
and
reminded
as
new
applications
are
coming
through
kind
of
of
when
I
first
came
on,
I
watched
old
meetings,
it's
just
what
I
do,
but
the
mayor
was
here
at
the
beginning
of
the
year
and
talked
about
just
the
importance
of
Pathways
and
connections,
and
it's
been
interesting
watching
new
applications
come
in
that
the
land
acquisition
has
slowed
a
little
and
the
shift
is
more
to
kind
of
connecting
all
our
Open
Spaces.
A
A
Here
for
Evan,
so
thanks
Tina
for
all
your
help,
so
yes
enhancing
Trail
accessibility.
Hopefully
you
all
got
to
review
the
application
that
went
on
the
agenda.
A
This
project
was
brought
to
us
by
Sierra,
who
is
our
community
accessibility
manager?
She
works
in
our
community
engagement
office
and
I.
Think
it
was,
and
I
should
pull
it
up
too.
A.
A
There
was
a
cross
disability
task
force
that
was
convened
basically
talking
about
how
we
can
create
a
more
accessible
City,
how
all
people
can
use
all
of
our
our
different
trails
and
buildings
and
all
different
kinds
of
things
and
the
task
force
identified.
Eight
different
city-wide
recommendations
and
one
of
those
was
enhanced.
Trail
accessibility,
so.
A
Probably
four
or
five
months
out
on
trails
with
the
task
force,
which
actually
was
a
really
eye-opening
experience
for
me,
just
to
see
people
with
all
different
abilities
out
on
our
trails
and
using
them
in
different
ways
and
was
just
something
that
I
had
not
thought
that.
So
it
was
really
an
interesting.
So
on
these
couple
different
field
trips,
that
we.
A
A
A
To
you
know,
Eagle
Eye
reserve
and
creating
a
brand
new
Trail,
there's
lots
of
things
that
go
with
it.
There
needs
to
be
parking
and
they
really
wanted
areas
that
were
close
to
downtown
where
they
could
feel
like.
They
were
part
of
kind
of
the
Hub
of
the
trails,
if
you
will
and
so
creating
the
success
ability
for
everyone
to
be
there.
A
A
A
A
Little
bit
of
context,
the
parking
lot
down
in
the
bottom
corner
of
Sunset
Peak
Road,
is
where
lots
of
people
Park
so
from
camel's
back.
This
is
where
it
crosses
the
road
going
to
Foothills.
A
A
Grove
Trail:
that's
there
already.
What
we're
proposing
is
kind
of
an
additional
growth
Loop
and,
ironically.
B
A
B
A
Accessibility
up
to
Foothills,
Learning
Center,
that's
an
all-weather
path!
If
people
wanted
to
continue
up
up
The
Path
yeah,
so
the
parking
lot
down
here
in
the
Foothills
Elementary
Center
I'll
get
the
top
so
yeah
shaded.
We
would
have
to
add
an
accessible
parking
spot
down
at
that
lower
Trailhead
parking
lot.
But
it's
a
it's
just
a
great
flat.
A
B
A
A
So
what's
the
service
yeah,
so
it'll
be
a
it'll,
be
a
wide
I
believe
it
will
be
10
feet
of
all
weather
kind
of
like
a
chat
material,
just
an
all-weather
Trail.
So
it
will
be
wider
and
just
an
easier
material.
B
B
The
drainage
and.
B
B
A
A
So
do
you
want
to
click
out
on
the
interactive
map
just
to
give
them
kind
of
a
so?
This
is
a
just
a
quick
little
reroute
of
a
trail,
and
this
just
to
give
you
points
I
sent
sure.
Most
all
of
you
have
seen
it.
It's
the
busiest
part
in
the
trail
system
that
we
have,
but
it
substantiate
the
high
camel's
back.
So
where
kids
are
playing
all
the
time,
we
did
it's.
Okay.
A
If
it
went
well,
there
goes
and
so
it
it
often
becomes
so
here
you
can
see
you
can
see
camel's
back
Park.
It's.
A
Red
fox
word,
where
it
says
red
fox
dog
on
we
should
explode.
B
B
A
Is
that
it
is
very
difficult
to
get
past
that
sanction,
so
we
talked
about
a
lot
of
different
things.
Do
we
move
the
sand?
Do
we
we
didn't
want
to
close
the
area?
Kids
use
it
all
the
time
and
what
we
started
talking
about
was
it
really
creates
a
pinch
point
for
not
only
bikers
hikers,
kids
playing
on
the
sand,
Shields
and.
A
We
did
talk
about.
Thank
you
so
much
for
navigating
through
all
this,
because
we
actually
met
on
site
with
Public,
Works
and
and
Jesse
Taylor
was
great
and
walked
up
here
and
said.
Why
don't
we
just
move
the
trail?
Why.
A
20
feet
and
reroute
that,
and
so
what
will
happen
is
you'll
come
up
red
fox,
which,
if
you
think
about
it,
comes
right
from
Kale's
back
absolutely
you
make
a
round
to
the
back
super
highly
used.
There's
also
the
9th
Street
parking
right
there
on
the
edge
that
we
will
create
an
accessible
parking
spot
and
then
what
will
happen
is
your
Sam
shoot
will
actually
be
separated.
We
will
fence
off
so
that
kids
that
want
to
come
up
and
play
out
the
same
shoes
will
actually
be
fenced
and.
A
And
kids
and
players
will
go
one
way
and
to
the
right
will
actually
be
the
trail.
We
route
that
people
can
go
through
on
wheelchairs,
wipes
it'll,
just
be
a
more
thoroughfare
and
that
sand
won't
be
coming.
This
Big
Easy
Village
and
people
could
not
get
through
on
their
wheelchairs,
so
moving
it
back
far
enough,
we'll
be
able
to
give
us
the
ability
to
have
that
sand
eliminated
from
the
accessibility
to
the
next
set
of
Trades
I.
A
A
But
they
coming.
B
A
A
pond
there
is
not
in
that
area.
The
pond
is
actually
just
up
on
the
inside,
so
it's
actually
a
pretty
easy.
We've
talked
about
doing
and
our
proposing
doing
a
contractor
to
do
the
work
for
the
Rope
Loop
and
that
bid
is
in
the
budget,
and
then
this
is
something
that
actually,
our
typical
got.
Some
trail
through
will.
A
The
sides
I
mean
oh
yeah
and
certain
times
a
year
it
does,
but
it
is
technically
an
all-weather
yeah
and
again
it
was
interesting
to
see
all
the
accessibility
that
was
there
and
the
wildlife
viewing
shade
all
if
they.
If
people
could
just
get
past
this
sand,
image
and
I.
Think
as
we
sat
there
on
site
too,
and
my
kids
have
stayed
there
for
years,
but
you
just
forget:
you've
got
bikes
flying
through
there,
your
kids
running
and
so
just
trying
to
create
a
safer
space.
A
I
think
for
everybody
to
function
in
is
that
a
is
a
good,
a
good
thing.
So
here's
the
budget,
like
I,
said
we
talked
about
putty
mountain.
Is
we
got
the
bid
from
for
the
Road
Loop?
He
is
the
one
Doug
who
worked
on
our
pockets.
Trail
he's
a
great
Trail
guy.
A
He
will
be
able
to
do
that
for
us
and
then
we
will
need
to
add
the
ABA
parking
in
both
locations.
So
the
owls,
through
the
student,
also
fit
that
street
parking
lots
one
space
and
they
can
get
a
number
two
was
pictures
of
the
signage
of
the
strength
that
would
work,
and
so
this
is
the
total
amount
of
funds
requested.
So
they
just
they
just
paid.
B
A
Street
there,
where
it
kind
of
dead,
ends
at
the
end
yeah
by
the
stamp
shoot
and
then
one
and
now
with
that
lower.
B
A
And
hopefully,
and
I
think
we're
actually
working
too
on
on
the
ridge,
River
Site
to
be
able
to
add
in
language
like
that,
so
that
people
can
get
on
the
site
and
see.
Oh,
that
trail
is
Muddy
or
there's
water
over
the
trail
or
be
able
to
add
in
those
too
just
for
better
communication.
So.
A
I
think
too,
you
know
again
going
back
to
that
preface
of
the
mayor
being
here
and
really
talking
about
accessibility
and
connectivity
and
I
know
you
and
the
the
committee
and
Sarah
worked
really
hard
on
that
criteria
and
re-going
over
those
last
fall.
I
believe
it
was
and
adding
in
some
of
that
connectivity
was
a
big
piece,
so
yeah
and
I
think
we'll
be
going
forward
honestly,
just
being
able
to
create
accessible
places
and
connecting
all
our
open
emergency.
So.
A
Thank
you
for
asking
that
the
timing
will
be
next
spring,
so
we
are
slated
to
get
this
dish
approved
and
a
council
approves.
We
will
get
the
work
started
in
the
spring
and
hopefully
have
a
groundbreaking
fan.
Trail
cutting
in
the
spring
I
say
spring,
but
we'll
look
around
in
the
spring
weather
is
offensive.
First
yeah.
B
B
B
A
A
Move
on
to
the
updates,
so
committee
members
I
just
wanted
to
kind
of
let
you
know
where
we're
at
with
some
of
the
projects
that
you
have
previously
recommended
that
we
find
so
Hawkins
Trailhead
is
moving
forward
and
the
5.7
mile
route
is
actually
finished
done
with
cutting
out
and
finished
that
about
a
month
ago,
and
our
crew
has
been
working
on
the
nested
Loop.
That
goes
inside.
That's
about
one
and
a
half
miles
and
they
are
just
putting
in
kind
of
the
last
bridge
and
should
be
finished
here
soon.
A
A
Trail
is
shut
off
for
wildlife,
so
chairperson
Pryor,
it
is.
The
trail
will
actually
be
closed.
December
1st,
through
April
30th
and
we've
been
working
with
fish
and
game
as
well
to
talk
about
dogs
on
leash
and
there
we
found
this
year
and
there's
been
a
lot
of
help
up
there
having
babies
later
than
we
thought
so.
A
A
I'm
not
so
yeah
that's
moving
along
right.
The
horse
turn
around.
We
also
are
working
right
now
on
signage,
just
to
talk
about
the
wildlife
and
also
the
Wildfire
risk.
That
was
one
of
the
neighbor's
big
concerns,
and
we
was
them
just
about
a
month
ago
and
so
really
talking
about
wildfire
and
creating
some
educational
science
there's
some
houses
that
are
very
close.
So
that
was
one
of
their
big
concerns.
A
The
next
project,
just
doesn't
update
departments
and
frustration,
project
for
Boise,
State,
University
work
will
start
in
the
spring
north
of
greenback's
working
on
right
now
finishing
up
the
mou
with
Disney
City
and
Boise
State,
and
that
will
work
for
commence
in
the
spring,
which
is
exciting
and
it'll.
Give
us
a
lot
of
new
data
that
we
haven't
had
before
and
then
finally,
just
as
a
kind
of
something
that's.
A
I
this
has
been
the
theme,
I
guess
the
last
20
minutes
I've
been
talking
but
Pathways,
so
we
have
quite
a
few
applications
in
the
works
and
and
just
conversations
around
funding
of
how
we're
going
to
kind
of
connect,
Pathways
and
I.
Think
Sarah
had
presented
the
pathways
plan
to
use
December,
January
and
so
just
kind
of
how
we're
going
to
start
connecting
our
open
spaces
and
really
focusing
on
our
connectivity.
There
are
two
spaces
in
particular
that
fun.
A
Was
going
to
have
come
next
month
to
talk
to
you
about
these
two
projects
that
he
had
actually
is
leaving
the
city?
There
would
be
someone
new
that
will
come
talk
to
you,
but
I
just
found
out
about
two
hours
ago.
So
something
will
come
just
from
the
city
and
talk
about
these
Pathways
projects
coming
up
in
the
future.
A
Yes,
so
is
that
the
wildlife
Crossing
that
goes
over
21.
A
Let
me
go
out
of
my
society
and
I.
You
know.
Forgive
me,
I,
don't
know
a
lot
about
that
project.
I
have
talked
to
Kristen
nocheski,
who
is
in
the
parks
department,
she's
the
point
person
for
that
project,
but
I
know
they
are
working
on.
In
fact,
we
just
talked
the
other
day.
They
were
having
a
large
group
of
volunteers,
go
up
and
try
to
work.
High
School
read
the
rehabilitation
there
along
that
bar
yeah,
so
I
know
I.
B
B
And
then
we
also
have
a
was
it
the
same
project
where
they
did
this
whole
survey
of
the
river,
some
countless
at
the
Automotive
Group?
They
did
that.
A
A
A
I
think
it's
a
great
I
mean
just
to
revisit
that
application.
It's
been
actually
very
excited
to
work
on
and
see,
see
things
differently.
So
it's
been
a
lot
of
fun.
We
have
currently
it's
what
I'm
12
accessible,
Trails
and
I
think
this
is
a
great
addition
to
the
trail
system
for
everyone
to
be
able
to
use
too.
A
We
did
also
totally
revamp
the
Richter
Rivers
accessible
Trails
website
to
added
a
lot
more
information
for
evidence,
a
great
resource
of
people
that
will
definitely
involve
in
our
Communications
with
the
public
to
check
that
out,
because
it's
a
really
good.
It's
a
it's
a
different
website
committee
members.
We
will
invite
you
when
there
will
be
a
big
trail
ribbon.
Cutting
I,
know.
Sierra
is
very
excited
to
really
make
it
fairly
public
so
that
people
know
that
it's
there.
B

B
B
B
B
Is
there
a
motion
to
adjourn
well,
second,
video

call,
or
can
we
just
do?
Oh
those
a
favor.
