From YouTube: Special Events Team Meeting
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
All
right
good
morning
we'll
go
ahead
and
get
started,
and
this
is
the
April
12th
meeting
of
the
special
events
team
reminder.
This
is
an
administrative
function
where
the
city
of
Boise
pulls
together
all
the
agencies
that
need
to
sign
off
on
special
events
within
our
community
to
make
sure
we're
having
safe
fun
events
and
all
the
boxes
are
checked
and
considerations
are
taken
into
account.
So
we've
got
two
events
presenting
today,
it'll
be
an
opportunity
for
everybody
to
go
around
the
room.
A
Ask
any
questions,
can
any
clarification
from
event
organizers
for
event,
organizers,
to
ask
us
questions
a
couple
things
to
remember.
This
is
a
public
meeting
and
we
live
on
YouTube
forever,
so
mind
your
p's
and
q's
and
make
sure
you
use
mics,
because
we've
got
two
Folks
at
least
two
folks
online,
and
it's
the
only
way
that
the
system
picks
up
what
we're
saying.
If
you
don't
use
the
mic,
they
can't
hear
us.
We
don't
get
picked
up
on
them
on
the
YouTube
video.
So
with
that
we
will
start
a
round
of
introductions.
L
Your
state
of
Idaho
state
of
Idaho
I
have
nothing
it's
a
good
morning.
Rachel
Holford
city
of
Boise,
emergency
preparedness.
A
A
Terrific
and
anybody
else
Kelly
would
join
us.
Online
I
saw
Jamie
all
right,
Jamie,
Heinz,
ruling
I
think
is
also
online
from
the
clerk's
office.
Welcome
Jamie
good
morning,
all
right,
I
think.
First
up
we
have
an
event
that
the
city
is
very
involved
in
Josh.
Do
you
want
to
come
on?
Do
a
presentation
for
us.
O
P
I
was
last
fall
for
the
comic
Arts
Festival,
but
it
was
all
it
was
virtual
and
then
a
number
of
years
ago
for
that
as
well.
But
thank
you
everybody
for
having
us
here
today
we're
going
to
be
talking
about
a
a
new
event
for
Boise
los
Ninos,
which
is
going
to
be
taking
place.
April
30th
at
Cecil
Anders
park
right
across
from
the
Capitol
building.
P
It's
the
event
is
going
to
be
four
hours
just
from
12
P.M
to
4,
P.M
ddlsninius
is
often
known
as
Dia
is
a
celebration
of
children,
families
and
reading
that
culminates
every
year
on
April
30th
celebrated
since
1925
throughout
Mexico
Dia
emphasizes
the
importance
of
literacy
and
reading
fund
for
children
of
all
linguistic
and
cultural
backgrounds
through
bilingual
story
times,
family
literacy
fairs,
community
events
and
other
programs
that
encourage
family
reading
and
increased
understanding
of
other
cultures.
P
So
this
is
something
that
has
taken
place.
It
used
to
be
in
Caldwell
before
covid
and
so
working
with
some
different
partners:
the
Idaho
Commission
on
Hispanic
Affairs,
Idaho,
commission
for
libraries,
KISS
FM
and
our
own
City
colleagues.
We
decided
to
bring
it
to
Boise
and
host
it
here.
It
used
to
be
a
very
popular
event
out
in
Caldwell.
They
usually
had
a
couple
thousand
people
attend
and
we
thought
it
would
be
a
great
time
to
to
bring
it
to
Boise.
So
our
intended
audience
is
families,
especially
families
with
younger
children.
P
David
is
free
to
attend
and
will
have
a
number
of
different
activities
going
on
a
number
of
vendors.
A
lot
of
the
vendors
are
either
non-profits
some
businesses,
but
we've
encouraged
folks
who
are
vending
to
be
giving
away
things
for
free.
We
don't
want
it
to
be
something:
that's
a
cost
for
families
and
kids.
We
want
people
to
be
able
to
come
and
get
information
about
what
these
organizations
are
doing.
This
also
includes
a
number
of
other
local
libraries
who
are
going
to
be
joining
us
as
well.
P
We'll
have
some
storytelling
tent,
where
we'll
have
a
number
of
different
readers
reading
stories
by
latinx
authors,
and
we
have
a
small
stage
area
where
we'll
have
the
mayor
read
a
proclamation
which
we're
excited
about
and
some
musical
music
provided
by
KISS
FM
who's.
One
of
our
partners
in
this
as
well
we're
not
doing
live
music
it'll
all
be
pre-recorded
things,
so
so
the
Run
of
show
we're
planning
to
set
up
start
setting
up
at
9am
on
Sunday
the
30th.
P
The
event
begins
at
noon
and
ends
at
four,
and
then
we
want
to
have
our
tear
down
done
by
6
pm
and
do
a
final
walk
through
make
sure
the
park
is
back
in
ship
shape
or
Park
shape.
So
I
went
through
the
list
of
folks
here,
mostly
and
and
wanted
to
kind
of
address
each
of
the
areas.
If
that's,
if
that's
all
right,
so
we
have
permitted
or
submitted
our
special
event
permit
to
achd
and
we're
not
planning
any
kind
of
road
closures.
P
At
this
time
for
City
Parking
Services,
we
are
planning
on
closing
the
parking
along
6th,
Street
and
Bannock
that
borders
immediately
borders
the
park
in
both
directions.
That's
going
to
allow
us
to
have
our
dumpster
for
wastes.
It'll
allow
us
to
have
vendor
load
in
and
loadout,
and
the
KISS
FM
vehicle,
which
will
have
our
sound
amplification
so
for
Public
Works
we
have
and
Republic
we've
talked
we're
going
to
get
a
six
yard
dumpster
and
we're
not
expecting
to
have
a
lot
of
waste.
P
Most
of
the
waste
would
be
food
related.
There's
not
going
to
be
a
lot
of
other
things
that
people
are
going
to
be
any
kind
of
trash.
That's
going
to
be
generated,
so
so
one
six
yard
dumpster
we're
not
going
to
do
any
recycling
dumpsters
because
well
we're
not
playing
there's
not
going
to
be
a
lot
of
recycled
materials
that
will
be
there
and
anything
that
is,
will
gather
up
and
we'll
self-hall
away.
P
So
we're
going
to
get
eight
trash
boxes
and
three
recycled
bins
from
public
works,
so
I'll
have
those
available
on
site
and
I
will
be
sharing
with
the
vendors
below
waste
guide
for
the
city,
we'll
have
we're
going
to
have
two
food
trucks.
One
of
them
dropped
out
yesterday.
P
So
right
now
we
have
one
food
truck,
we're
trying
to
replace
them,
but
that's
the
walking
sombrero
and
we've
submitted
their
permanent
information
to
cdhd
and
we're
Contracting
with
Rocky
Mountain
portal
toilets
to
provide
10,
portable
toilets,
two
Ada
and
eight
standard,
and
we
have
two
hand
wash
stations
go
along
with
that.
So
next
week
I
will
be
visiting
folks
in
the
neighborhood
to
let
them
know
about
the
events
per
dba's
requests
and
as
far
as
fire
related
things
or
fire
department
related
things.
P
P
So
it's
very
short
and
then
we'll
have
tents,
but
those
tents
are
going
to
be
the
10
by
10,
canopy
type
of
tents,
that
the
vendors
will
be
able
to
bring
to
to
cover
their
spaces
so
and
and
for
our
spaces
as
well,
and
we
will
have
a
wrestling
ring.
P
So
that's
a
little
bit
different
I,
don't
know
where
that
falls
in
the
inspection
sort
of
requirements,
but
the
wrestle
club,
which
is
a
local
I,
think
that
I've
Caldwell
wrestling
group
is
going
to
be
there
to
provide
entertainment
and
they
have
their
own
I.
Think
it's
about
a
20x20
wrestling
ring
that
they
set
up
and.
P
Fantastic
we've
had
them
at
a
number
of
events
over
the
years.
So,
let's
see
I
talked
with
Cameo
from
EMS
about
setting
up
a
first
aid
tent
slash,
Lost
Child
tip,
so
we
covered
there.
One
thing
that
we
are
looking
to
Source
is
in
Mobile
AED
machine,
so
we
have
something
present
at
the
event.
P
So
that's
working
on
that
sound
system
is
just
going
to
be
relatively
small,
because
FM
sound
system
that
they'll
bring
and
provide
with
a
small
generator
to
run
that
so
not
huge,
blasting,
music
or
anything
like
that,
and
then
for
BPD.
There's,
no
alcohol
that
we're
going
to
be
serving
at
the
event,
and
we've
worked
with
our
city,
Security
Services,
to
contract
with
Allied,
to
provide
a
couple
of
security
guards
to
be
present.
In
the
event
the
Park's
relatively
small.
P
H
A
Fantastic,
thank
you.
I
feel
like
Steve's
gonna
need
to
know
a
lot
more
about
that
wrestling
ring.
So
you
just
like
get
your
I.
A
So
just
before
we
start
around
the
room.
I
have
just
a
couple
of
things:
Sierra
garrachana
from
the
office
of
community
engagement
couldn't
be
here
today,
but
a
couple
of
things
to
know.
I
think.
Can
you
double
check
the
end
of
Sixth
and
bannek
and
make
sure
that
we're
not
also
taking
an
ADA
parking
spot
and
if
it
is
at
all
possible
to
keep
that
particular
parking
spot
open?
A
We
just
don't
have
a
ton
of
ADA
parking
spots
in
town
in
the
downtown
course,
so
it's
nice
to
try
to
keep
those
open
and
then
the
other
thing
that's
just
difficult
to
tell
but
be
mindful
of
is
with
the
Ada
porta
potties
make
sure
that
they
open
to
the
sidewalk
and
not
to
the
grass.
P
That's
that's
our
yeah
Our
intention.
We've
put
them
in
two
different
places
along
the
facing
the
sidewalks
okay,
yeah.
A
Assumed
I
think
we
just
always
want
to
double
check
on
that,
because
it's
one
of
those
tricky
things
that
sometimes
folks
don't
think
about.
So
thank
you
for
taking
all
of
that
into
account
and
for
the
very
thorough
presentation,
we'll
start
with
achd.
B
Hi
I
got
all
your
stuff
and
I
think
we're
pretty
good
as
far
as
your
porta
potties
opening
out
onto
the
sidewalk
I
think
you
need
to
have
a
little
space
between
the
sidewalk
and
the
and
the
porta
potties,
with
maybe
a
hard
surface,
because
you
don't
want
to
open
the
door
into
somebody's
face
yeah
so
and
you're
not
obstructing
any
pedestrian
sidewalks
at
all.
Right.
P
C
Hi
Josh
a
couple
of
things
we
have
you
approved
for
a
three-yard
trash
dumpster,
but
in
your
presentation
you
were
mentioning
a
six
yard.
Oh
I'm,
just
wondering
where
that
came
from
I.
Don't
expect
you
to
know
the
differences
but
wondering
if
someone
suggested
that
you
need
a
bigger
dumpster.
Maybe
that's
what
you
used
in
Caldwell.
P
C
Hard
to
say,
with
this
being
a
new
event
in
this
area,
so
it's
something
we
can
talk
more
about
offline
I
just
want
to
make
sure
we
get
the
right
dumpster
for
him.
Thank.
P
C
P
I
have
that
okay
noted
I'm,
going
to
send
that
in
I
haven't
sent
that
one
in
yet,
but
the
yeah
John
I
talked
to
John
about
that
and
okay,
let
me
know
about
the
additional
permit
for
the
dumpster.
Oh.
C
D
Josh,
thank
you
for
taking
my
calls
and
working
with
me
in
regards
to
securing
the
parking
that
you
need
for
your
event,
so
we're
set
to
go.
We
have
what
we
need
from
you
and
also
we'll
make
sure
to
keep
that
ADA
space
on
Sixth
Street
clear.
We
won't
sign
that
up
we'll
make
sure
it's
always
clear
for
you
guys.
Okay,
all
right
thanks!
Thank
you.
E
Hi
Josh
I
think
we've
we've
been
emailing
back
and
forth
so
and
I
kind
of
would
like
to
know
more
about
the
wrestling
ring.
Just
if
it's,
if
it's
a
group-
and
we
can
talk
more
offline
about
that
too
and
then
and
then
I've
already
emailed.
You
kind
of
the
other
items.
Okay,.
P
Yeah
it's!
It
is
a
group
that
has
been
doing
this
in
the
Treasure
Valley
for
I.
Don't
know
how
many
years
but
and
they've
taken
the
wrestling
ring
to
a
bunch
of
different
places,
but
they
they
bring
it
in
set
it
up,
takes
them
about
an
hour
to
set
up
and
and
tear
down
at
the
end,
but
yeah
we
can
so.
P
Okay,
I'll
check
with
them
and.
F
Hi
Josh
I
don't
need
anything.
Thank
you
for
all
of
your
pre-planning
and
working
on
this
ahead
of
time.
The
only
thing
if
you
have
stuff
that
you're
going
to
leave
in
the
park
for
some
reason
overnight,
just
reach
out-
and
let
me
know
ahead
of
time,
so
we
don't
turn
the
sprinklers
on
okay.
P
G
H
I
Hi
Josh,
thank
you
for
the
presentation.
We
are
going
to
need
a
special
events
permit
through
the
Boise
fire
department,
because
we
want
to
have
an
inspector
come
out
there
and
just
inspect
the
overall
safety
of
the
event
and
that
that
can
be
accessed
on
the
city
of
Boise
website.
I'm.
Sure
you're,
familiar
with
that
food
trucks
just
make
sure
your
food
trucks
communicate
with
them
that
they
need
to
have
a
fire
department,
inspection
performed
by
a
fire
department
in
Ada
County,
it's
a
they
should
have
an
orange
sticker.
I
They
should
all
know
this
because
we'll
turn
them
away
if
they
don't
have
it.
So
just
please
communicate
that
to
them,
and
then
how
big
is
your
wrestling
ring?
I.
I
J
Hi
Josh
I
did
receive
your
email,
so
thank
you
for
that.
We
don't
have
anything.
We
will,
however,
we'll
put
a
notice
on
our
inside
page,
so
that
officers
know
what's
going
on
down
there
just
in
case
there
is
any
issues
they
control
quickly.
Okay,
thank
you.
Thank
you,
foreign.
K
So
to
be
a
good
partner
and
neighbor,
just
let
you
know
there's
two
events
going
on
in
the
Capitol
on
that
day,
the
international
workers
day
from
11
to
3,
and
then
they
see
satanic
temple
from
four
to
six
and
they'll,
be
setting
up
about
a
half
hour
prior
to
that
I.
Doubt
there'll
be
any
issues
with
either
event,
but
just
so,
you
guys
are
aware.
There's
two
events
going
on
at
the
Capitol
during
that
time.
K
208-334-22222,
that's
the
security
Dispatch
Center
for
all
those
State
Properties
down
there.
K
If
no
one,
if
you
don't
have
an
ad
and
you
need
an
AED
we'd,
be
happy
to
provide
one
for
you,
guys
I
will
shoot
you
an
email,
offline
and
figure
out
the
coordination
of
that,
if
needed
great
and
should
whatever
you
determine
with
free
public
services
on
your
trash
bin
at
the
three
yard.
If
you
go
with
the
three
yard
and
it's
not
big
enough
and
there's
excess
there's
as
long
as
it's
not
too
much,
there's
trash
bins,
In,
The,
Boro,
post
office
parking
lot
feel
free
to
use
those
okay.
Q
It
all
right
well
good
morning,
thank
you
for
sending
all
of
your
plans
over.
This
is
great
and
walking
through
all
of
it.
The
only
recommendation
we
have
from
our
side
is
also
take
a
look.
Q
If
you
haven't
talked
about
the
pulse,
Point
app,
you
can
go
ahead
and
download
that,
and
what
that
will
do
is
it'll,
give
you
or
your
team
notification
of
anything
going
on
either
within
your
footprint
or
near
your
footprint,
that
might
be
a
medical
or
a
fire
call,
so
that
should
help
assist
you
with
that
in
case
you
need
and
then
that
way,
if
something
does
happen
in
your
footprint,
you
can
work
with
those
on
site
to
be
able
to
get
those
responders
to
that
person.
That
needs
help
all
right
other
than
that.
I.
M
I
M
Okay,
yeah
just
want
to
make
sure
I
had
thought
that
that
was
more
of
a
Treasure
Valley
thing,
but
thank
you
for
correcting
me
on
that.
I.
Don't
have
anything
specific,
but
please
feel
free
to
reach
out.
If
you
do
have
any
questions
or
concerns.
The
food
trucks
and
stuff,
like
we
said
earlier,
just
feel
free
to
email,
special
events
and
we
can
help
get
those
unlicensed
for
you.
P
A
And
John
wallson
do
I,
see
your
hand
up.
R
N
Yeah
thanks
Josh
just
want
to
say
thanks
for
contacting
me
early
about
this,
and
my
only
thing
is
just
make
sure
when
you
sell
all
the
recycling
that
it's
you
know
you
can
keep
it
bagged,
but
once
you
get
to
the
recycling
dumpster
that
it's
dumped
loose
but
other
than
that,
if
any
of
the
questions
or
concerns
just
let
me
know.
Thank
you.
Thank.
P
S
P
S
Was
a
little
bit
late,
apologies
Josh!
You
and
I
had
a
detailed
conversation
last
month
about
our
temporary
event
process
and
you've
submitted
all
the
necessary
paperwork.
So
you
are
good
to
go.
My
friend,
I
guess
just
shoot
me
an
email,
a
few
book,
any
additional
food
vendors.
You
had
mentioned
probably
getting
a
second
food
truck
and
beyond
that
yeah
you're
good
to
go.
T
I
did
Kelly
thanks
sounds
like
a
good
event:
hey
the
other
Rich
kind
of
stole,
my
thunder,
which
he
usually
does.
The
other
app
that
you
might
download
would
be
what
three
words
that'll
give
you
a
10
by
10.
T
If
you
happen
to
some
kind
of
medical
emergency
or
emergency
inside
your
event,
footprint,
it
will
pinpoint
it
within
10
feet
of
where
it's
actually
taking
place,
and
so
our
dispatch
is
familiar
with
that
and
they
can
get
your
First
Responders
to
the
exact
location
that
the
events
you
know
the
emergency
would
be
taking
place.
T
So
what
three
words
is
the
app
I'd
recommend
to
download
that
one
sounds
like
Cameo
is
reviewed
the
medical
plan,
we're
working
with
our
partners
at
Ada
County
right
now
and
we're
putting
together
a
matrix
for
the
city.
So
it
sounds
like
this
is
totally
appropriate.
O
T
A
first
aid
tent
and
a
Lost
Child
tent
in
the
future
that
may
change,
depending
on
when
we
put
the
Matrix
in
place
for
new
events,
but
this
sounds
totally
appropriate
and
I.
Think
you
look
great
and
good
luck
on
your
event.
A
All
right,
thank
you
so
much
and
Josh,
let's
find
some
time
to
connect
this
week
on
the
sponsorship
piece.
Yes,.
U
Thank
you
for
having
us
back.
I
have
Kayla
with
Edge
Brewing
who's,
going
to
be
our
beer
garden
today.
To
answer
any
of
those
questions
and
I
have
Ben
with
Flo
Dojo.
Who
is
our
pyro
technician
to
answer
any
of
those
questions,
so
this
is
our
seventh
year
and
I
appreciate
the
partnership
that
we've
had
with
the
city
and
we
we
hope
to
continue
in
the
same
direction.
I
do
have
a
map
on
the
last
page,
but
we
can
kind
of
go
through
the
event
summary
a
little
bit
here.
Kick
start
it.
U
So
the
event
is
going
to
be
May
13th
from
10
a.m,
to
10
p.m.
At
Julia,
Davis
Park.
We
will
be
setting
up
the
day
before
so
around
3
P.M
and
we
are
looking
to
have
somewhere
around
60
vendors
show
up.
So
the
the
event
is
directed
towards
education
and
it's
a
family-friendly
event.
U
So
we
feel
that
people
in
the
community
that
maybe
might
not
have
access
to
that
education
can
come
out
to
this
event
and
find
out
more
information
when
they
go
to
their
local
CBD
store
or
the
legal
processes
that
Idaho
has,
or
you
know,
even
the
textile
that
you
can
use
from
it.
So
we're
looking
to
have
about
500
to
1000
people
at
any
given
time
at
the
event.
U
During
the
day,
we
don't
expect
there
to
be
more
than
that
at
one
time,
probably
about
five
to
seven
thousand
people
throughout
the
day
we
are
provided
on
or
we
are
focused
on
providing
a
safe
environment.
So
we
do
have
security
service.
We
have
a
Lost
Child
tent.
We
have
a
first
aid
tent
and
we
also
have
a
police
tent.
Since
we
do
have
a
beer
garden.
U
We
kind
of
position
that
so
that
way
they
can
be
have
that
tent
That
central
location
and
still
keep
an
eye
on
the
entrance
to
the
Beer
Garden,
a
huge
emphasis
on
keeping
the
children
at
the
event
safe.
So
my
security
guards
are
focused
on
circumferencing,
the
the
kid
land
all
day
long.
So
that
way
we
can
make
sure
that
nothing
happens
there.
All
of
my
volunteers
are
trained
on
using
Code
Adam.
So
if
we
did
have
a
situation
happen,
we
know
how
to
react
to
that
any
questions.
U
So
far,
all
right,
so
moving
forward,
the
beer
garden
is
going
to
be
sponsored
by
Edge
Brewing,
so
I
have
Kayla.
Here
we
are
going
to
move
it
away
from
the
bathroom
how
we
had
to
connect
to
the
bathroom
last
year.
So
we
feel
that
you
know
if
people
are
consuming
alcohol
to
give
them
a
little
bit
more
space
might
be
a
more
logical
idea.
U
You
know
people
would
probably
want
that,
so
we
are
making
the
beer
garden
a
little
bit
larger
this
year.
We
will
have
four
walls,
but
it
will
be
like
centered
in
the
footprint
so
pretty
Central
to
get
to,
on
top
of
that,
we'll
probably
be
cleaning
up
at
10
p.m.
But
I
do
have
a
call
to
action
for
my
volunteers
to
show
up
the
very
next
day
and
clean
up
the
park
you
know
for
volunteer
volunteer
wise.
My
core
is
actually
required
to
go
there.
U
So,
no
matter
what
we
will
be
there,
the
next
day,
making
sure
that
the
park
is
in
Tip-Top
shape,
moving
forward
and,
let's
see
I
do
have
live
entertainment,
so
I
have
about
13
acts
there.
Each
Act
gets
about
30
minutes
to
perform,
there's
20
minute
breaks
in
between
each
Act.
So
during
that
20
minute
break,
we
have
guest
speakers
that
will
talk
on
that
education
piece
and
each
guest
speaker
gets
10
minutes.
So
we
rotate
two
guest
speakers
in
between
those
entertainment
acts.
U
U
We
do
have
an
after
party
this
year,
so
that's
something
new
that'll
be
at
the
Olympic.
So
at
that
time,
we'll
probably
have
a
lot
of
people
transitioning
out
of
the
park
to
go
towards
the
Olympic,
which
I
believe
will
also
help
out
with
clearing
the
park
and
being
able
to
clean
up
faster
foreign.
U
So
my
security
company
is
Security.
Services
I
used
them
last
year.
We're
going
to
have
this
same
rotation
where
it's
a
ramp
up,
I'm
kind
of
like
how
we
have
with
the
Boise
Police
Department.
So
I'll
have
four
security
guards
start
off
the
day
when
we
get
to
about
two
o'clock,
we'll
have
two
more
join
and
then
by
five
o'clock.
We'll
have
two
more
join,
so
we'll
have
eight
total
throughout
the
day,
including
my
volunteers
that
have
some
security
experience.
U
So
that's
our
plan
for
our
security
footprint,
the
trash
and
the
recycling
services
we've
already
kind
of
booked
that
so
we've
got
a
20
yard.
Trash
dumpster
definitely
learned
my
lesson
from
last
year,
so
you
know
that
was
I
learned
a
lot
from
last
year
out,
actually
so
20
yard
dumpster
a
three
yard.
Recycle.
U
Let's
see
here
we're
not
closing
off
any
roadways.
I
did
have
one
question,
though.
So
last
year
we
had
a
situation
where
I
had
a
paramedic
have
to
help
an
attendee
out
and
I
was
just
wondering
if
by
the
Rose
Garden.
If
there
is
one
parking
spot
that
we
could
block
off
for
an
emergency
response,
vehicle.
U
F
And
we'll
work
with
these
guys
over
here
and
see
what
the
what
space
they
think
is
the
best
one
to
get
access.
U
In
and
out
so,
okay
yeah
and
then
moving
forward
I
have
15
food
vendors
they've
all
reached
out
to
me.
They've
all
confirmed
another
question:
I
did
have
with
the
food
vendors
if
I
have
an
out.
If.
D
U
I
They
could
they
could
apply
for
it
online
before
they
come
and
set
up
a
day
before
the
event
we
can.
We
can
hurry
up
and
get
them
done
and
I
want
to
correct
something.
Kelly.
You
were
right,
I'm,
sorry,
I,
misunderstood
what
you
said.
It
is
a
Treasure
Valley
fire
department,
inspection,
I,
don't
know
why
I
said
Ada
County,
but
it's
Treasure
Valley,
so
yeah
just
make
sure
they
schedule
those
appointments
ahead
of
time.
So
we're
not
doing
it
the
day
of
in
a
mad
rush
to
get
them
all
done.
Awesome.
U
Okay,
okay
and
then
the
last
page
on
the
event
summary
is
the
map
the
footprint.
U
So
one
thing
that
I
did
change
from
last
year's
footprint
was
instead
of
having
food
vendors,
where
you
can
see
the
Art
Walk,
which
is
right
next
to
Boise
Art
Museum
I'm,
taking
the
food
vendors
away
from
that
to
one
prevent
any
food
trucks
from
driving
on
the
grass
and
two
to
keep
all
my
food
trucks
Consolidated
in
one
area,
which
is
going
to
be
in
that
new
location
that
every
other
event
seems
to
be
using
and
we
will
have
fire
Spinners
at
the
end
of
the
night.
U
And
so
that's
why
I
brought
Ben
because
I
know
we're
gonna
need
a
special
fire
permit
for
that,
but
pretty
much
the
same
exact
setup
as
last
year.
This
year
they
will
have
access
to
the
stage,
but
it'll
probably
be
like
glow,
like
glow
spinning,
instead
of
fire
on
the
stage
and
that's
pretty
much.
All
I
have.
L
D
Thank
you
for
answering
the
questions
in
regards
to
parking.
We
know
that
you
don't
need
any
parking
outside
of
the
park,
so
we're
set
to
go.
Thank
you.
L
F
Correcting
last
year's
stuff
is
awesome.
Thank
you.
The
food
trucks.
We
do
have
some
water
sources
for
you
guys
we
can
talk
about
afterwards,
thanks
for
lining
them
up.
That
is
kind
of
where
we're
trying
to
keep
people.
For
that.
F
There's
going
to
be
a
couple
spots
of
the
grass
that
we
can
work
about.
You
know
if
we
need
to
move
your
vendors
over
in
Vendor
Village
a
little
bit
in
your
beer
garden,
fencing
just
a
reminder
kept
steak
in
the
ground.
So,
however,
you
decide.
F
It
depends
on
the
tent
for
for
fire
stuff,
but
maybe
we
can
look
at
sandbags.
Instead,
what
happens
is
all
the
five
bucket
five
gallon
buckets
get
poured
somewhere
and
then
we
walk
on
it.
O
F
F
G
F
G
Hi
guys,
thanks
for
the
presentation,
we've
already
been
chatting
offline,
so
it's
not
a
requirement,
but
I
do
really
want
to
encourage
you
to
just
visit
all
the
neighbors
nearby
and
let
them
know
your
plan
cool
thanks.
U
H
Okay
and
Rachel
and
Jonas
will
talk
about
the
pulse
point
and
what
three
words.
I
Okay,
thanks
for
the
presentation,
looks
like
a
pretty
similar
setup
to
last
year,
so
you're
going
to
need
your
special
events
permit
through
the
fire
department,
just
like
you
applied
for
last
year
and
then
a
permit
for
the
flame
effects
before
an
audience
for
the
for
that
part
of
it
talked
about
the
food
trucks.
I
do
want
to
have
a
longer
conversation
with
you
about
that
later
in
terms
of
what
they're
required
to
have
on
the
trucks.
I
Just
keep
Julia
drivers,
Julie
Davis,
Drive
open.
It
sounds
like
you're
going
to
do
that,
you're
not
going
to
block
that
at
all,
but
I
do
want
to
talk
about
the
structures
that
you're
going
to
have
what
what
size
of
tents
are
you
going
to
have
so.
U
We
have
a
tent,
that's
called
the
hemposium,
that's
going
to
be
about
a
20
by
30.,
I,
believe
and
then
I'll
have
a
volunteer
tent
behind
the
band
shell
and
a
VIP
tent
that
are
both
going
to
be
about
20
by
10
20
by
20..
I
Okay,
so
on
those
on
tents,
larger
than
anything
larger
than
400
square
feet,
we
want
to
see
the
concrete
blocks
for
the
Anchorage
on
those.
As
for
the
smaller
ones,
go
I
I'm
with
Samurai.
We
would
rather
see
these
sandbags
than
the
the
water
buckets
okay,
but
other
than
that.
That's
that's
all
the
concerns
I
have
at
this
point.
Thank
you.
J
Thank
you
I
think
we're
we're
good
I
do
have
an
ask
when
you
do
the
the
ambulance
parking,
if
you
could
also
make
a
spot
for
a
couple
police
cars
absolutely
as
well.
We'll
get
the
Staffing
agreement
to
you
in
a
couple
days,
but
I
don't
see
any
issues.
Q
Good
morning,
nice
to
see
you
all
again,
I'm
not
going
to
still
Jonas's
Thunder
this
time.
Just
one
thing
you
want
to
make
sure
that
we
reiterate
and
Jesse
to
talk
about.
It
is
to
keeping
Julia
Davis
Drive
clear
with
the
vendors.
Sometimes
they
like
to
double
Park
and
or
put
their
stuff
right
behind
them,
but
we
still
need
to
be
able
to
get
around
that
with
Emergency.
Q
Services
should
something
happen
and
I
can
promise
you,
our
fire
Crews
will
come
down
and
drive
it
and
check
it
just
to
make
sure
that
they
have
access
through
there.
So
if
you
could
just
please
work
with
all
your
vendors
and
also
encourage
your
security
to
watch
for
that
kind
of
stuff,
that
would
be
wonderful
and
then
I'll.
Let
Jonas
talk
about
the
rest.
So
thank
you.
M
Chris
you're
doing
a
great
job,
Sarah
left
the
event
in
great
hands.
So
thank
you
very
much
for
being
so
thorough.
It
looks
to
me
like
this
event
is
growing,
which
is
great
and
just
for
you
to
take
the
reins
and
keep
everything
under
control
is
wonderful.
It
makes
it
very
easy
on
us
from
the
clerk's
office
standpoint.
We
do
appreciate
the
vendor
list
that
you
sent.
M
We
will
need
to
verify
their
eating
and
drinking
mobile
licenses
with
the
city
of
Boise,
so
that
will
be
another
thing
that
your
out-of-state
vendor
will
need.
M
I'll,
send
you
a
sheet
that
just
has
the
samples
of
what
that
looks
like
and
what
the
health
department
looks
like,
and
then
it
does
have
the
fire
stickers
as
well
and
just
include
Captain
Tapper
and
that
so
as
well
as
the
health
department,
so
you're
can
have
that
email
chain
going.
Do
you
want
that
to
go
to
you?
Are
you
handling
that
yeah
that'd
be
great,
okay
and
yeah?
M
Just
anything
else
that
you
guys
may
need
between
now
and
then
is
great
and
I'm
sure
Edge
will
get
the
catering
permit
if
they
haven't
already
and
already
applied
for
it.
Okay,
excellent.
Thank
you.
D
S
Hi
Chris
yeah
we've
received
your
notification
of
the
event
and
the
list
of
the
food
vendors
yeah.
We
got
you
know
about
a
month
until
the
event.
So
if
there's
any
applications
and
whatnot
that
the
vendors
still
haven't
filled
out
and
submitted,
we
got
plenty
of
time
to
do.
Take
care
of
that
and
then
I'll
probably
shoot
you
an
email
later
today
regarding
the
out
of
state
vendors,
because
they've
got
a
couple
of
options
of
what
type
of
permit
they
can
operate
here
in
Idaho
and
yeah.
U
A
N
N
Sure,
okay,
yeah
I
would
we
can
definitely
talk
more,
but
that's
definitely
a
push
to
reduce
that
plastic
cup
waste
because
it's
so
prevalent
yeah
of.
N
Well
great,
well,
okay
with
you
two
later,
we
can
just
talk
about
this
event
and
then
future
future
events
on
this
then
also
I'll.
Send
you
the
low
waist
vendor
guide.
If
you
could
please
electronically
distribute
that
to
all
vendors,
whether
they're
food
or
informational
booths,
and
then
also
just
when
you
do
take
your
recycling
to
the
recycling
dumpster
just
make
sure
that
it's
not
bagged
that
it's
all
dumped
loose
in
there.
Okay
and
then
the
other
thing
is
I
notice.
You
are
requesting
30
trash
boxes.
N
N
No
thank
you.
I
I
appreciate
that
I'm
sure
summer
appreciates
that
too
yeah
20
20
sounds
great,
so
we
should.
We
should
have
that,
but
I'll
be
emailing
you,
but
thank
you.
A
All
right
and
then
just
one
request
on
the
parking
space
this
summer.
Let's
make
sure
the
ones
that
we
take
over
are
not
the
Ada
ones.
If
this
one's
free
by
The
Rose
card,
okay,
awesome.
T
Hey
guys
great
event,
one
thing
I
would
like
to
see
sounds
like
you're
familiar
with
tree
fort
I'm.
Sure
you're
gonna
have
a
lot
of
crossover
people
who
are
familiar
with
both
Hempfest
and
treefort
and
with
this
footprint,
what
I'd
like
to
do
is
move
your
lost
kids
and
first
aid
tent
to
where
Ford
had
one
of
theirs,
which
was
kind
of
adjacent
to
the
museum.
T
I
think
as
we
have
these
events
in
the
park
and
they
get
bigger,
if
we
can
kind
of
make
that
a
standard,
yeah
I
think
you're
going,
who
are
you
going
with
for
your
Paramedic
Services.
U
T
They
should
know
exactly
where
to
park.
I
believe
they
were
the
same
for
treefort.
They
can
pull
an
ambulance
back
there
or
you
know
a
bus,
and
that
gives
you
a
couple
different
things.
This
gives
you
a
hard
surface
to
work
off
of.
We
can
transport
out
of
there
if
we
have
to,
and
it
gives
you
a
sense
of
privacy
if
we
need
it
for
one
of
your
patrons,
but
so
I
would
recommend
that.
T
Can
see
they're
going
there
or
actually
to
the
right
of
the
Rose
Garden?
We
had
a
second
one
set
up
there,
I
believe
for
tree
fort
because
of
their
footprint
and
the
fence
that
they
had
put
in.
But
the
Art
Walk
is
probably
your
best
bet.
I
believe
is
your
entrance
coming
off
of
Julie
Davis
Drive
there,
yes,
yeah
I,
would
probably
put
that
would
be.
My
recommendation
would
be
to
put
it
there.
T
A
Actually
Josh,
if
you
have
15
minutes,
we
can
talk
right
after
I
close
the
name.
Okay,
all
right,
I.
Think.
The
only
other
thing
we
have
on
the
agenda
today
is
a
race
to
Roby,
Creek,
Ada,
County,
paramedics,
I,
think
signed
off
this
morning.
Boise
fire.
Do
you
need
anything
to
sign
up
on
Ruby.
A
Great
well,
terrific,
as
always
remember
after
Action
reviews
and
we'll
see
you
back
in.
R
We
go
any
further
I'd
just
like
to
express
a
little
concern.
We
haven't
gotten
a
permit
or
anything
for
the
Luke
Combs
concert.
That's
coming
up
and
they're
going
to
want
the
TMC
in
operation
and
they're,
going
to
want
to
control
access
and
directional
traffic
on
University
and
I.
Just
have
a
few
concerns
that
they
they
haven't
involved
us
at
all.
Yet.
Q
John
it's
Rachel
I
apologize
I
will
get
you
in
contact
with
who
we've
recently
met
with
on
the
initial
information
and
put
you
in
contact
with
them.
As
far
as
our
understanding
was
they
weren't
going
to
be
doing
any
traffic
control
that
would
have
been
would
be
on
any
of
the
major
roadways
and
they're
trying
to
do
it
similar
to
a
football
game.
But
I
will
put
you
in
contact
with
that
contact,
so
you
guys
can
work
that
out.
R
M
Do
have
them
on
the
agenda
next
time,
just
to
give
a
high
level
overview
of
the
plan
run
down
to
the
schedule
and
everything
but
yeah
Rachel
can
get
you
connected
between
now
and
then
to
tie
up
any
Loose
Ends.
Thank.
