From YouTube: Special Events Team Meeting
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
All
right,
good
morning,
everyone
good
thing
thanks
to
Kelly,
for
keeping
this
meeting
on
the
calendar
as
we've
ended
up
needing
it.
So
for
some
Forward
Thinking-
and
this
is
the
meeting
of
the
special
events
team
just
to
go
over
the
final
eye.
Dotting
T
Crossing
details
for
the
potato
draw
it's
an
event.
We
all
many
folks
have
enjoyed
for
many
years.
A
couple
things
to
remind
to
remind
folks.
We
do
have
a
couple
folks
listening
in
online
and
I
believe
we
are
streaming.
A
This
I
was
watching
the
council
meeting
yesterday
and
a
couple
folks
forgot
to
use
their
mics,
so
I
got
to
experience
in
real
time
exactly
how
much
is
not
picked
up.
If
you
don't
use
the
mic,
so
please,
you
literally
cannot
be
heard
if
you're
online,
if
you
don't
use
the
mics
in
this
room
which
I
didn't
realize
so
just
a
reminder.
There
I'm
going
to
go
over
kind
of
quickly
just
to
bring
everybody
up
to
speed.
A
A
There
has
been
a
Safety
and
Security
meeting,
which
is
typical
with
events
of
this
size,
but
does
not
include,
for
example,
Republic,
Services
and
and
I.
Don't
think
parking
includes,
mostly
our
Public
Safety
folks,
so
just
to
remind
folks
of
where
we
are
with
this
event,
we're
about
17
days
out
from
the
event
as
a
whole
in
I
believe
it
was
November.
When
we
met,
we
talked
about
a
couple
of
different
options
for
location.
A
Our
event,
organizers
Sandy
explored
both
of
them,
the
Grove,
which
would
be
a
new
location
or
a
Revisited
location,
much
different
than
it
was
in
the
past
when
we
just
had
a
big
hole
there
and
Cecil
Anders
Park,
which
is
where
the
event
has
been
held.
Most
recently,
you
worked
really
really
hard.
A
I
know
to
think
about
how
to
make
the
Grove
work,
but
at
the
end
of
the
day
in
in
connecting
with
our
Public
Safety
Partners
fire
police,
trying
to
understand
the
load
that
the
Grove
could
hold,
how
to
do
that
event
safely.
Make
sure
that
there
was
enough
emergency
access,
making
sure
that
we
were
able
to
maintain
pedestrian
and
Americans
with
Disability
Act
access.
A
We
just
didn't
have
enough
information
to
be
able
to
make
that
call
that
we
could
do
the
events
safely
on
the
Grove,
so
we
denied
the
event
on
the
Grove,
not
the
event,
just
the
location
for
the
Grove
for
this
year.
So
I
want
to
just
be
real
clear
that,
if
you're
still
interested
in
using
the
Grove
next
year,
we
can
have
that
conversation.
We
just
have
to
start
much
much
much
earlier,
because
there's
so
much
that's
happening
there
now
and
that
space
looks
nothing
like
it
did.
A
You
know,
even
even
five
years
ago,
right
with
the
the
with
the
build
up
the
increased
number
of
businesses
and
the
capacity.
So
we
just
need
to
make
sure
that,
if
we're,
if
we
do
have
the
event
there
in
the
future
that
we
figure
out
how
to
do
it
in
a
way
that
the
that
the
facility
can
accept
where
we
can
keep
people
safe,
we
can't
have
a
potato
hanging
over
people's
heads
or,
over
the
you
know,
byway
of
the
Grove.
A
So
just
a
few
of
those
details
to
work
out
that
didn't
work
out
for
this
year,
but
maybe
on
the
table
for
next,
so
keep
everybody
in
mind.
So
today
we
are
here
to
finalize
the
event.
One
of
the
challenges
that
we
have
had
is.
It
is
been
a
bit
of
a
moving
Target
so
and
we
originally
set
a
December
5th
at
10
A.M
deadline
for
a
completed
application,
and
by
completed
we
mean
not
only
all
of
the
bits
and
pieces
signed
off
on
and
submitted,
but
kept
the
same.
A
A
So
that
is
part
of
what
has
made
it
really
really
challenging
is
consistent
changes
to
what
is
being
proposed,
different
conversations
with
different
team
members,
and
the
point
is
really
to
get
everybody
on
the
same
page
to
make
sure
they
have
what
they
need
and
to
not,
frankly,
not
be
surprised
in
the
days
leading
up
to
or
the
day
of
the
event
and
I'm
going
to
be
real
protective
of
these
folks
I'm
sure
everybody
wants
to
also
be
able
to
take
a
little
time
off
around
the
holidays,
so
trying
to
keep
that
in
mind
too,
and
some
of
you
probably
are
not
aware
that
the
event
organizers
also
retained
an
attorney
to
file
a
request
for
a
review
of
the
decision
not
to
be
able
to
use
the
to
use.
A
A
The
Safety
and
Security
team
met
with
the
team,
with
the
potato
drop
team
on
December
8th
and
requested
a
little
bit
of
additional
information
and
believed
that
they
had
finalized
the
event
finalized.
The
event
map
finalize
the
event
detail
like
that
Safety
and
Security
meeting
felt
like
we
were
having
the
final
meeting
after
that.
Additional
and
different
information
was
being
sent
to
different
members
of
the
team
Ergo.
This
meeting
and
I
just
said,
Ergo
in
a
public
meeting
and
that's
kind
of
embarrassing.
A
So
with
that,
here's
what
we're
here
to
do
today.
This
goal
of
this
meeting
is
to
validate
the
completed
application.
A
So
please
I
think
that
there
are
a
couple
of
pieces
of
information
that
are
still
missing
from
the
applicant
and
Kelly
and
Jamie
can
go
over
those,
but
for
the
rest
of
you,
I
would
ask
our
goal
is
to
leave
this
room
today
with
the
final
plan.
The
final
map,
so
not
a
time
to
ask
the
event
organizer
to
add
anything
or
do
anything
additional
I
think
it's
an
opportunity
to
ask
questions
to
make
sure
we
have
a
shared
understanding
of
what
is
happening
and
what
is
not
or
cannot
happen.
A
A
So,
if
I,
if
we
could
have
team
members,
just
go
around
and
make
sure
you
have
a
clear
shared
understanding
of
what
that
is,
so
no
additional
information
are.
We
looking
for
we've
I
think
have
a
couple
of
considerations
for
the
two
pieces
that
we're
still
missing
and
we
really
want
to
solidify
this
so
that
we
can
all
enjoy
the
holidays.
A
So
if
you
would
go
ahead
and
put
up
the
the
map
Kelly,
this
was
the
one
the
attorney
sent
to
the
special
events
team
email
on
the
seventh,
the
one
that
was
corrected
and
modified
at
the
Safety
and
Security
meeting.
A
Those
requested
modifications
were
sent
to
the
special
events
email
on
the
9th,
and
that
is
the
one
that
we're
looking
at.
So
none
of
the
changes
that
were
sent
by
the
organizer
to
various
team
members
after
this
final
map
was
submitted,
they're
not
being
considered
for
this
event.
A
So
no
more
changes
to
the
map,
no
more
changes
to
what
was
what
we're
looking
at
and
anything
that's
not
on
the
map,
but
that
happens
to
appear
in
the
days
leading
up
to
or
the
day
of
the
event
and
I.
I
want
to
be
really
really
clear
about
this,
because
we've
been
trying
to
be
really
really
clear
in
these
meetings
as
we
are
typically
when
we
go
through
these
meetings
with
event
organizers.
A
If
there
is
something
that
is
not
on
this
map
so
last
year,
you'll
remember:
our
team
was
surprised
to
find
fire
barrels
at
the
event
that
we're
not
on
the
map,
we're
not
agreed
to
and
posed
substantial
public
safety
risk
right.
This
is
just
want
to
be
very,
very
clear
about
what
this
team
is
and
what
this
team
isn't.
Our
jobs
are
to
ensure
Public
Safety
and
make
sure
that
there
are
really
fun
events,
Boise
is
getting
bigger
and
bigger.
A
The
events
are
getting
more
and
more
complicated,
the
world
is
changing,
and
so
our
our
North
Star
is
keeping
the
community
safe.
We
love
having
an
event
in
Boise.
Boise
is
an
event
town.
We
want
to
make
sure
people
have
fun
and
enjoy
it
as
part
of
vibrancy
and
what
keeps
us
connected
as
a
community,
but
the
quickest
thing
to
unconnect
us
as
a
community
would
be
to
have
some
sort
of
tragic
event
at
one
of
these.
A
So
that's
why
we
work
so
hard
and
are
so
diligent
and
probably
at
times
seem
a
bit
strict
about
it.
It's
because
Public
Safety
is
our
main,
our
main
goal
with
this
team
and
having
everybody
in
the
room.
So
that
being
said-
and
this
is
definitely
on
the
public
record
and
want
to
make
sure
it's
really
understood
if
this
team
shows
up
in
the
days
leading
up
to
the
event
or
the
day
of
the
event,
and
there
are
amenities
or
things
that
have
not
been
agreed
to
on
this
map.
B
So
the
only
addition
that
we
had
sent
to
this
map,
we
actually
got
a
sponsor
a
much
needed
sponsor
Idaho
CDL
training
that
wants
to
bring
down
two
of
their
trucks.
I
contacted
fire,
Jesse
Chopper,
just
to
make
sure
that
that
would
not
pose
any
threat
to
the
Ingress
or
egress
of
this
event,
and
he
didn't
feel
that
it
would.
B
We
do
need
a
sponsor
for
the
Urban
Air
and
that
it's
just
two
trucks
that
are
not
in
the
way
just
like
the
Potato
Truck,
so
those
were
that
was
solidified
on
Friday
with
them
and
that
that
was
the
only
addition
it's
just
over
over
by
like
the
truck
that's
on
there
right
now,
the
Potato
Truck.
So
there's
additional,
because
we
have
all
those
meters
parked
I
mean
there
will
be
like
cars
at
those
meters
as
well.
B
Just
like
that
truck
for
ambulance
and
stuff,
like
that,
so
not
every
single
vehicle
is
listed
at
the
hooded
meters.
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that's
not
an
issue.
A
It
may
be
I
mean
that
is
the
addition
that
was
made
with
one
special
events.
Team
member
was
not
the
approved
map.
Okay,
so
the
Safety
and
Security
team
has
to
sign
up
on
that
right.
Yes,
Jesse
Tapper
is
one
of
the
kindest
people
on
the
planet
and
works
really
hard
with
our
event.
A
Organizers
and
May
in
fact
believe
that
that
will
not
pose
a
risk
that
does
not
should
not
be
taken
as
full
approval
all
right
with
that,
we
will
go
around
the
room
as
per
normal
and
please,
if
you
have
any
concerns
or
you
need
to
make
anything
clear
with
the
event
organizer
so
that
we
were
all
on
the
same
page
and
Kelly
and
and
Jamie
are
going
to
be
tracking.
All
of
this
as
well.
So
we'll
start
with
achd.
D
White
Ada
County,
Highway
District
traffic
coordinator
forgot.
B
You
will
all
have
the
insurance
binder
today.
It
was
bought
and
paid
for
yesterday,
I'm
just
waiting
for
Insurance
Services
Idaho
to
send
that
binder
over.
B
B
Key
Bank
I
did
not
only
call
but
I
dropped
off
a
flyer
and
I'd
be
happy
to
go
by
there
again.
That
was
given
to
the
DBA
for
the
neighborhood
notifications.
A
Okay,
TB,
if
you
could
just
confirm
that
when
it
comes
to
your.
C
When
I
spoke
with
Key
Banks
last
week,
they
acknowledged
the
receipt
of
the
flyer
one
day
previously,
but
they
said
they
had
other
questions
and
I
said
well.
The
event
organizer
would
be
getting
with
them
to
make
sure
that
everything
was
clear,
and
that
was
the
last
word
I've
heard
from
Key
Bank
great.
E
Your
service
request
has
the
dates
of
delivery
on
the
31st
and
removal
on
the
the
second
I
believe.
First,
but
we're
gonna
have
to
bring
those
dumpsters
in
on
the
30th
on
Friday.
So
that
would
be
my
only
change
and
then
we
move
on
the
second
Monday
and
that's
all
I
have.
F
Vince
Vergara
city
of
Boise,
parking,
Sandy
I,
think
we're
good
with
everything.
I
know
that
you
and
Shane
have
been
working
together
to
secure
the
parking
that
we
need.
Shane
has
outlined
when
we're
going
to
be
putting
up
the
the
signs
for
the
event,
and
that
will
work
with
what
Conrad
needs
to
do
as
far
as
putting
up
the
dumpster.
So
those
dates
will
work.
Fine
with
us,
I
know.
F
B
Yeah
Bannock
and
Jefferson,
usually
on
the
at
the
hooded
meter.
Some
of
the
staff
will
will
use
that
for
parking.
So.
G
Sandy
Sierra
CRM
downtown
Boise,
Association
yeah.
You
did
receive
Key
Bank's
information,
I'm
glad
to
hear
that
you
connect
with
them
per
John's
request.
If
you
could
just
follow
up-
and
let
me
know
that
you've
connected
and
made
everything
kosher,
that'd
be
great.
Otherwise
we
are
99
set
with
our
neighborhood
notifications,
I'm
still
going
to
try
to
track
down
that
at
T
information
for
you,
they're
kind
of
tricky
to
find,
but
I
appreciate
you
working
diligently
on
that.
So
thanks.
H
Hi
Sandy,
thank
you
for
your
payment
for
the
park
and
the
payment
for
the
vendors
and
the
beer
sales,
just
a
reminder
that
we
cannot
have
any
vehicles
on
the
grass,
so
I
want
to
make
sure,
as
you
plan
to
build
your
ski
jump.
I
know
that
that
is
weather
dependent,
sometimes,
but
just
to
be
totally
clear.
You
cannot
park
a
truck
or
make
a
car
underneath
any
of
those
things.
So
with
that
being
said,
we're
we're
good
thanks.
I
J
Jesse
Tapper
Boise
fire,
so
we
we
do
have
your
fireworks
display
permit
it
does
look
good
I
have
sent
the
information
to
the
state,
I
think
they've,
they're
they've
approved
of
it
as
well,
so
just
make
sure
that
everything
on
that
permit
isn't.
Here
too,
we
do
have
your
special
events
permit
as
well.
So
thanks
for
getting
that
in
so
we
already
talked
about
we've
had
multiple
conversations.
We've
already
talked
about
food
drugs.
J
We've
talked
about
heaters
that
all
looks
good
as
far
as
the
additional
trucks
that
you
mentioned,
we
did
have
those
conversations
and
I
just
want
to
reiterate.
I,
you
know
from
a
prevention
standpoint:
I
don't
have
any
problem
with
it,
but
I
I
wasn't
trying
to
give
the
official
answer
for
the
team.
So
again
you
got
to
convince
everybody
here
and
everybody's
got
to
feel
good
about
it.
If
other
respective
departments
don't
feel
good
about
it,
I
don't
feel
good
about
it
either.
J
So
just
wanted
to
clear
that
up,
but
everything
else
looks
good
and
I'm
completely
on
board.
With
this
plan
that
we
have
in
front
of
us
and
I,
don't
see
any
major
issues
with
it.
Thank
you.
K
Matthew
convolinka
Boise
Police,
two
things
we're
all
good
I
approved
your
alcohol
permit
this
week
for
the
caterer.
Their
map
corresponds
with
the
map.
The
current
approved
map,
so
we're
good.
There
just
make
sure
everything
is
set
with
them.
There
are
conditions
on
the
alcohol
permit
and
we'll
confirm
those
at
the
walk
through
the
other
is
the
Staffing.
We
did
receive
your
Staffing
contract
and
we're
in
the
process
of
filling
that
so
we're
all
good
there
as
well.
Thank
you,
foreign.
L
Navarro,
a
state
facilities
manager
for
the
state
of
Idaho,
we've
talked
a
couple
of
times
via
email,
so
it's
nice
to
put
a
face
to
your
to
your
name.
A
couple
of
concerns
this
year
is
is
a
is
a
good
sized
year
for
us
that
week
of
January
2nd,
we
start
inauguration
events,
Governors
Ball,
State
of
the
State
and
first
day
of
legislative
session
in
the
past,
just
a
concern.
We
had
a
trailer
park
behind
the
suneberg
monument
for
for
several
days.
L
That
just
can't
happen.
We've
got
so
many
activities
going
with
division
of
military,
starting
that
Monday
for
inauguration.
The
other
thing
I'm
concerned
about
is
your.
Your
main
stage
doesn't
really
take
into
consideration
the
Giant
Memorial
to
Frank
studenberg
and
the
statue.
That's
there
as
well
as
the
flagpole
and
the
Lincoln
Statue.
L
Those
probably
aren't
in
the
right
places,
but
I
do
want
to
just
make
sure
we
are
not
putting
that
main
stage
anywhere
near
the
Frank
studenberg
Memorial.
It
is
under
renovation
and
it's
it
looks
awful.
We've
done
some
deforestation
in
there
I
think
I
don't
have
any
real
issues
other
than
we
did
talk
about
alcohol
sales
and
consumption,
not
on
state
property
that
includes
beer
and
wine.
I
think
we're
clear
on
that
so
and
I
think
we've
also
hammered
out
your
reservation
for
the
staircase
I.
L
Think
you're
good
there
too
Steve
did
you
have
anything.
M
Steve
Walker
State
security
manager.
Just
to
reiterate,
please
call
me
at
the
placement
of
the
crane
the
stage
anything
large,
that's
going
on.
State
Property
I
have
to
be
present.
Otherwise,
thanks.
M
M
They
have
somebody
inspected
as
well,
just
because
the
fallout's,
the
capital
they
do
their
own
little
kind
of
walk
through
it
does
provide
us
the
opportunity
we
have
to
put
somebody
on
the
capitol
roof
to
make
sure
it
doesn't
melt
if
something
were
to
go
astray,
but
he's
signed
off
he's
well
verbally
told
me
that
he's
good
to
go
so
no
official
signing
off
from
him,
but
we're
good.
Thank.
N
You
good
morning,
Rachel
Holford
city
of
Boise,
emergency
preparedness,
nice
to
see
you
guys
again.
Thank
you
for
our
Safety
and
Security
meeting
that
we
had
the
other
day.
It
was
a
great
meeting
and
some
really
good
discussions
that
we
had
just
want
to
go
back
and
reiterate
some
of
the
very
key
things
that
we
have
in
there,
which
is
listed
on
your
map.
We
have
to
keep
those
Ingress
egress
Lanes
as
clear
as
possible.
We
will
be
looking
at
those
when
we
come
down
so
for
the
walkthrough.
N
We
have
scheduled
that
for
December
31st
at
4
pm
for
this
team
and
anybody
that
needs
to
come
down
and
review
the
footprint.
So
please,
let
me
know
if
anybody
needs
that
invite
as
well,
and
we
welcome
you
to
come
down
there,
so
we
will
be
reviewing
the
map,
the
entirety
of
the
setup
and
all
the
agreed
upon
plans
that
are
in
your
permit.
N
We
are
going
to
be
sticklers
as
Maria
said,
because
it
is
very
important
for
us
to
be
able
to
get
in
and
out
of
that
footprint
and
to
know
where
things
are
it's
a
busy
night
in
the
entire
downtown
core.
So
if
we
move
anything
at
all,
even
like
an
ambulance
when
we've
told
our
responding
units,
that's
where
it's
going
to
be
that's
a
problem,
so
we
have
to
stick
to
those.
The
other
items
that
we're
going
to
note
are
making
sure
that
we
have
clear
access
on
the
sidewalks.
N
We
don't
have
any
impediments
in
those
areas
for
pedestrian
movements
and
then,
of
course,
all
of
the
fencing
for
all
of
the
boundaries
that
are
going
to
be
out
there
other
than
that
I
have
everything
we
need.
So
thank
you
for
getting
us
the
information
on
medical
on
MAV
for
your
security
services
and
the
additional
plans
we
asked
for
that
day.
O
Good
morning,
just
a
couple
things
Jamie's,
helping
me
out
with
the
clerk
side
of
stuff,
but
I
just
wanted
to
clarify
that
the
capital
tree
is
being
removed
on
the
27th.
Is
that
correct?
That's
correct
and
you
guys
do
you
close
the
road
and
everything
for
that?
No.
L
We
don't
it,
it
happens
pretty
quickly.
Sadly,
with
chainsaws
and
a
dumpster,
the
lights
take
one
day
the
tree
takes
about
three
hours:
okay,.
O
So
perfect,
so
the
27th
we
have
the
tree
coming
down
the
28th.
You
have
the
one
section
of
Roads
closing
by
the
Y
to
start
setting
up
the
Urban
Air,
obviously
come
Monday
morning
after
the
event,
we'll
need
verification
of
when
the
Portable
Restrooms
dumpster,
those
types
of
things
will
be
removed
and
then
the
road
open,
but
then
probably
turning
around
to
be
closed
again
in
front
of
the
capitol
for
you
guys
to
set
up
for
the
inauguration
or
correct.
L
O
Yeah
so
I
know
that
we've
reiterated
the
cleanup
process
and
stuff,
but
we
do
understand
that
there's
kind
of
a
domino
effect
with
the
road
cannot
open
if
there's
still
dumpsters
or
Portable
Restrooms
or
anything.
So
we
just
need
to
be
due
to
do
our
due
diligence
with
it
being
a
holiday
weekend.
O
We
do
like
snow,
but
in
regards
to
your
event,
hopefully
not
a
lot
of
snow
to
deal
with,
but
then
getting
those
things
out
of
there
and
completely
clear.
So
the
next
event
can
come
in
one
other
thing:
I
did
have
a
question
about
on
your
website.
When
you
have
the
VIP
section
listed
the
very
important
potato
you
do
mention
that
guests
can
experience
Road
views
inside
our
heated
VIP
room
located
Center
Stage.
Can
you
explain
that.
B
O
So
I
just
wanted
to
make
sure
that
we
weren't
missing
anything
with
the
way
that
that
read
and
the
way
that
the
VIP
tent
is
perfect.
P
Good
morning,
how
are
you
we
need
a
few
things
with
regards
to
our
vendor
list,
so
the
vendor
list
that
you
provided
didn't
have
all
of
the
licenses
listed
and
the
license
numbers
for
those
vendors
provided
to
us
is
requested.
However,
I
had
my
team
go
out
today
and
take
a
look
at
whether
or
not
those
individuals
are
licensed.
A
majority
of
your
vendors
are
not
licensed
with
the
city
of
Boise,
so
they
all
need
an
eating
and
drinking
license
and
I
say
all
but
I'm
going
to
back
up
a
minute.
P
P
P
So
that
one
also
does
not
have
an
eating
and
drinking
mobile
license,
nor
does
the
holy
oleos
they
do
not
have
one
either
I
am
willing
to
allow
each
one
of
those
vendors
by
the
end
of
the
day
today
to
apply
for
those
licenses.
They
can
be
applied
for
completely
online.
They
don't
have
to
come
in,
they
can
make
their
payment,
but
they
do
have
to
have
those
licenses
in
place
in
order
to
participate
in
your
event.
P
So
if
you
want
to
communicate
with
those
we'll
be
watching
for
those
by
the
end
of
the
day
today,
which
means
into
business
day,
which
is
five
o'clock
today,
so
if
they
have
those
in
place
and
they're
able
to
participate
in
your
event,
so
we'll
accommodate
that
the
other
piece
as
John
mentioned
and
as
you
mentioned,
is
that
we
don't
have
the
insurance.
My
intent
was
to
have
that
before
we
had
you
leave
the
room
today.
P
So,
and
part
of
the
reason
for
that
is
is
because
we
want
to
make
sure
that
that
has
everything
on
it
that
we
need.
We
don't
want
to
get
it
at
five
o'clock
today
and
then
go.
P
Oh
shoot
achd
is
not
listed
as
an
additional
insured
or
a
certificate
holder
and
same
thing
for
us
as
the
city,
and
so
I
would
really
like
to
have
that
wrapped
up
before
we
leave
today,
if
at
all
possible,
you
know
if
we,
you
know,
I
want
to
be
accommodating,
but
you
know
I
don't
want
to
go
back
and
forth
for
another
week
on
insurance
and
where
we're
at,
if
it
doesn't
have
all
those
components
listed.
B
And
we've
been
using
the
same
insurance
guy
for
the
last
10
years,
so
he's
definitely
knows
who
needs
to
be
on
that?
We
we
paid
for
it
and
binded
it.
Yesterday
he
was
trying
to
get
it
over
to
me
last
night.
I,
don't
see
it
in
my
email,
so
the
best
I
could
do
is
just
call
Brian
when
we
leave
this
room
and
try
to
get
it
over
to
you
guys
as
quickly
as
possible
and.
P
We're
happy
to
stay
on
after
the
meeting,
Kelly
and
I
to
see
if
you
can
reach
out
to
them,
see
if
he
can
get
that
sent
over
this
morning
right,
but
that's
just
one
of
those
things
that
I
think
I
would
like
to
see
and
get
buttoned
up.
We're
just
down
to
the
wire
and
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
you're
not
having
to
follow
up
on
that
piece
either
with
some
of
the
other
things.
I
know
you
guys
have
still
got
to
coordinate
for
your
event.
P
Perfect
then,
the
only
other
thing
I
had
is
just
Maria.
We
had
Sandy
bring
up
the
additional
trucks,
I,
don't
know
if
we
need
additional
Clarity.
We
said
what
was
on
the
map.
Those
are
not
on.
The
map
is
what
we
would
accept,
but
I
want
to
make
sure
that
we
all
leave
with
Clarity
on
what
that
request
is,
and
if
that
request
will
be
accommodated.
That.
A
B
I
had
sent
a
revised
map
and
it's
it's
I
have
to
apologize
this
year
with,
with,
like
the
location
and
stuff,
we've
really
struggled
to
even
get
vendors
and
to
get
a
tenting
company
and
to
make
this
happen
at
the
Capitol,
which
means
my
map
has
been
more
of
a
flowchart,
not
on
purpose,
not
intentionally.
B
We
also
deal
with
the
fact
that
this
event
Never
Lands,
on
the
same
day
of
the
week,
we
are
a
victim
to
whatever
day
New
Year's
Eve
decides
to
happen.
I
am
so
thankful
that
it's
a
Saturday
this
year,
looking
at
Tuesday
for
next
year,
is
a
near
impossibility
to
me.
So
that
said,
I
mean
I.
I,
do
apologize,
I
I,
don't
know
if
anyone's
ever
I'm
sure
you've
all
run
your
own
events,
and
it
is
there
there's
a
lot
of
moving
parts.
B
I
mean
we've
got
media
and
all
that
other
stuff
too,
that
we're
dealing
with
and
we're
a
small
team.
So
I
do
apologize.
If
there's
little
tiny
tweaks
we've
made
it's
just
it's
kind
of
the
way
that
events
happen
and
I've.
You
know
you
try
to
fix
those
things
and
not
have
them
be
that
way,
but
I
had
sent
over
because
my
graphic
artist
was
gone
for
the
day,
just
that
we
were
gonna
Park,
one
of
their
trucks
facing
the
potato
truck,
because
they
train
CDL
Drivers
and
to
drive
that
Potato
Truck.
B
You
have
to
have
CDL
training,
so
we
were
just
going
to
have
them
at
not
in
the
Ingress
at
all.
They
are
trucks
that
will
be
at
hooded
meters,
just
like
the
potato
truck
the
other
one.
We
just
wanted
to
position
on
the
left
side.
This
is
just
for
Branding
for
them,
and
so
it's
not
it's.
It
doesn't
pose
a
threat
to
Ingress
egress,
but
I
know
that
you
guys
want
to
see
everything
on
this
map,
and
so
when
they
were
discussing
that
I
just
wanted
to
make
sure
it
wasn't
a
safety
issue.
B
B
A
safety
threat
was
more
of
what
that
intention
was,
and
so
it
was,
the
the
one
truck
is
just
would
be
right
by
where
you
see
on
the
corner
of
capital
and
Bannock
there,
where
the
Potato
Truck
is
they'd,
just
be
together
right
there
parked
at
meters
the
other
one
would
be
right
on
on
the
left
side
of
the
dog
leg
on
Capitol
there
there'd
just
be
a
little
truck
parked.
B
There
I
drew
him
on
the
map
because
my
graphic
artist
was
gone
for
the
day,
but
I
I
tried
to
just
get
that
over,
because
we
we
do
need
this
sponsor
and
we're
just
trying
to
accommodate
a
few
of
their
requests.
What
size
are
the
trucks?
Sandy
I
think
it's
102
in
width,
I'm,
not
sure
the
length,
but
I
I
was
really
careful
in
getting
the
widths
to
make
sure
that
it
wouldn't
pose
a
problem
with
Ingress
I.
J
Think
you
said
it
was
like
30
feet:
28
30
feet
long,
I,
Sandy
I'm
curious
how
it's
going
to
affect
your
VIP
area,
because
we
came
up
with
exiting
for
that
area,
that's
appropriate
for
the
people
that
are
going
to
be
in
there.
This.
B
Map
is
is
not
really
true
to
skit
like
where
the,
where
the
entrance
for
the
VIP
is
more
aware
of
the
street
curves.
This
is
giving
it
away
more
a
bigger,
a
bigger
little
plot
than
it
really
will
be.
B
It
is
hard
when
you
go
down
there
to
scale
things,
because
it
is
a
much
larger
footprint
than
you
remember
and
you're
walking
around
that
Park,
but
so
there's
things
that
are
probably
a
little
off
in
terms
of
you
know
when
you're
looking
at
the
main
stage,
for
instance,
of
course
it's
it's
not
on
student,
you
know
the
student,
but
it
looks
like
it
is
so
there
is.
There
is
plenty
of
room
for
it.
B
I
just
didn't
want
to
make
I've
been
really
trying
to
not
make
any
last
minute
changes
and
just
you
know,
be
able
to
turn
my
my
eyes
on
getting
all
this
stuff
down
there
and
my
team
that
has
to
do
all
this,
so
I
just
wanted
to
bring
those
up
so
that
I
didn't
pose
a
problem
and
so
that
we
could
solidify
this
font
much
needed
sponsor.
J
N
B
K
No
I
think
I
have
the
same
concerns
with
Rachel
about
the
truck.
It
would
be
better
if
it
was
parked
on
Bannock
I
believe.
Instead
of
that
why
foreign.
A
A
C
Maria
John
Watson
achd
Conrad,
the
dumpsters,
can't
be
dropped
until
after
nine
o'clock
on
the
30th,
when
Bannock
from
Capital
to
Sixth
Street
is
then
is
scheduled
to
be
closed.
Is
that,
okay,
with
you.
C
E
D
K
A
Q
Hello,
everybody
I
just
want
to
weigh
in
on
the
trucks
since
they're
not
posted
on
the
map.
We're
going
to
do
a
walk
through
on
the
31st
I
would
like
somebody
available
to
reposition
those.
Should
we
need
that
if
they
were
on
the
map
and
we
could
see
where
they
are
I'd,
be
able
to
say
yeah,
that's
great.
My
concern
is
always
access
egress.
Q
A
A
Great
thanks,
okay,
so
here's
I'm
going
to
try
to
sum
up
and
we
will
also
I'll
ask
Kelly
to
send
this
via
email
as
well,
so
on
the
liability
insurance.
We
would
like
to
have
that
before
you
leave
the
room
today
and
I'll,
let
you
work
with
Kelly
and
Jamie
on
that
for
Key
Bank.
Please
follow
back
up
with
them
and
we
will
as
well
appreciate
your
willingness
to
do
that,
but
I'm
going
to
ask
John
and
Sierra
to
also
follow
up
with
Key
Bank
to
make
sure
it's.
A
And
then
the
vendor
licenses
by
5
pm
today,
if
we
do
not
have
the
vendor
licenses
in
by
5
pm
today,
then
they
can't
participate
in
the
event,
okay
and
then
on
the
trucks,
but
both
of
them
would
have
to
be
on
Bannock,
no
additional
trucks
on
the
Y
and
someone
on
hand
to
be
able
to
move
them
when
we
do
the
walk
through.
If
our
security
team
believes,
we
need
to
do
that
and
I
think
that
that's
what.
B
We've
got
and
then
just
to
let
everyone
know
we
did
hear
from
CNN
Anderson
Cooper
and
Andy
Cohen
Show.
They
might
be
sending
a
reporter
out.
It
reaches
over
2
billion
people
in
over
200
countries.
So
we're
we
want
it
to
look
good
too
we're.
A
You
all
right
so
we'll
we
will
expect
this
to
happen.
We
will
probably
see
a
pretty
full
cohort
at
four
o'clock
on
the
31st,
because
we're
going
to
want
to
make
sure
that
we
don't
have
any
additional
last
minute
changes
anything
that
has
not
been
agreed
to
by
this
team
or
authorized
and
again,
if
indeed
we
do
see
that
we
will
be
remediating,
that
taking
action
citing
persony
code
and
it
will.
It
would
immediately
disqualify
this
event
from
next
year.
