From YouTube: Special Events Team Meeting
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
All
right,
we
have
got
a
few
folks
on
zoom
today
and
jamie
and
kelly,
I
think,
are
going
to
help
manage
that
because
they
can
see
who's
online
and
so
we'll
be
chatting
back
and
forth
a
little
bit
just
wanted
to
welcome
everyone
to
the
special
events
committee
before
we
get
started.
A
I
know
kovit
has
been
very
much
on
everybody's
mind.
Lately
we're
having
a
pretty
substantial
and
serious
spike
with
the
delta
variant,
but
just
to
let
folks
in
on
how
we're
thinking
about
it
and
how
we're
planning
for
it.
We
still
are
looking
at
these
special
events,
particularly
the
ones
that
are
taking
place
outside
and
are
have
been
really
encouraged
by
the
event
organizers
who
have
been
thinking
about
how
to
take
extra
precautions
to
keep
participants
safe.
A
So
the
pride
festival,
some
of
you
might
have
read
recently,
has
decided
to
require
vaccinations
or
proof
of
a
negative
test
for
folks
to
participate
in
that
tree.
Fort's
done
something
similar,
we've
seen
events
amp
up
their
communications
around
encouraging
folks
to
wear,
masks,
vaccinated
or
unvaccinated
to
maintain
physical
distancing.
A
So,
just
to
let
everyone
know
we're
still
very
much
working
with
event
organizers
to
make
sure
these
events
can
happen
and
happen
really
safely
and
keep
our
community
protected
and
are
really
just
encouraging
folks
to
think
about
the
ways
in
which
they
can
adapt
their
events
to
take
public
health
into
account.
So
that's
where
we
are
don't
be.
Nobody
should
be
afraid
about
scheduling
these
events.
We're
all
doing
that.
A
I
mean
the
city
itself
is
planning
a
couple
of
events
for
the
fall,
so
just
making
sure
we're
keeping
covered
precautions
in
mind
and
encouraging
our
community
to
be
as
safe
as
possible
and
protect
each
other,
and
with
that
we'll
go
around
the
room
and
do
introductions
conrad.
Why
don't
we
start
with
you
today.
K
Jamie
heinzerling
with
the
boise
city
clerk's
office,
and
we
have
kelly
frank
who
most
of
you
have
been
working
with
also
with
the
boise
city
clerk's
office,.
A
Great
thanks
everyone
and
I'm
maria
waig,
I'm
with
the
office
of
community
engagement
at
the
city
of
boise.
Let's
go
ahead
and
get
started.
Our
first
event
is
boise
contemporary
theater
theater's
yearly
gala,
and
I
think
we
have
benjamin
on
zoom
hi.
How
are
you.
A
L
Sure
do
you
guys,
I
don't
have
it,
I'm
not
sure
I
have
it
in
a
pdf
to
share.
Are
you
you
want
me
just
to
do
it
just
sort
of
walk
through
it?
Are
you
able
to.
L
Okay
yeah.
So
since
2001
we
hold
an
annual
gala
event
and
it
is
by
far
our
biggest
fundraiser
as
a
non-profit
arts
organization.
Here
it
is
usually
about
ten
percent
of
our
income.
L
Just
in
this
one
evening,
sometimes
a
little
more,
it's
usually
limited
to
the
alleyway,
which
is
between
fulton
and
front,
actually
just
the
alleyway
right
right
outside
our
building
because
of
covid
and
our
concern
for
just
people's
well
first
of
all,
safety
and
health,
but
also
not
wanting
them
to
be
worried
about
it.
We
didn't
want
to
try
to
cram
everybody
into
the
theater,
which
is
what
we
normally
do
for
like
the
live
auction
and
the
entertainment
portion.
L
So
this
year
we
have
asked
that
fulton
street
in
front
of
our
building
be
shut
down
that
was
granted
and
so
we'll
be
putting
tables
outside
socially
distanced
where
people
will
be
eating
and
all
the
live,
auction,
entertainment,
etc
will
take
place
out
there
on
on
fulton
street.
L
The
restrooms
inside
will
be
available.
There
will
be
one
we'll
try
to
have
one-way
traffic,
so
we'll
enter
through
one
door
and
exit
through
enter
through
a
side
door
and
exit
through
the
front
doors.
But
usually
it's
an
evening
lasts
about
just
a
couple
hours
from
six
to
nine.
We
expect
anywhere
from
220
to
230
people.
L
That's
what
we
have.
The
the
space
table
table
wise
for
and
and
yeah
it's
just
dinner,
some
some
entertainment
and
silent
and
live
auction
so
that
we
can
try
to
raise
money
for
for
the
season.
M
Now
that
was
fine,
thank
you
ben,
and
we
know
that
this
is
a
long-standing
event
and
typically
it
is
a
little
bit
smaller,
but
with
you
being
a
new
event,
organizer
and
the
road
closures
and
alcohol
and
stuff.
That
is
why
we
wanted
to
come
together
as
a
group
and
just
make
sure
we
were
all
on
the
same
page
and
help
you
move
forward.
So
it
is
successful.
So.
B
Hi
so
I
handle
trash
and
recycling,
and
I
see
here
on
your
notes
that
you
have
your
own
account
already
set
up
for
trash
and
recycling.
L
L
I
believe
I
don't
off
the
top
of
my
head.
I
think
it's
twice
a
week
and
I
think
friday
is
one
of
the
days.
B
Okay,
yeah
monday
or
friday
would
be
perfect.
I
and
I'm
not
too
concerned
about
it,
but
do
you
happen
to
know
the
address
on
hand.
B
Okay,
perfect,
I
see
here
also
that
you're
going
to
have
a
contractor
with
reusable
dinnerware
plates
and
silverware
things
like
that.
L
B
C
I
know
normally
we
close
the
alley
and
that's
it.
I
don't
recollect
seeing
a
temporary
traffic
control
to
close
down
fulton
street.
Have
you
submitted
that
that
would
have
been
provided
to
you
by
a
traffic
control
company
such
as
specialty
or
road
work
ahead
or
northwest
traffic,
or
somebody
like
that?
C
L
Under
the
impression
that
it
has
been
taken
care
of
from
our
gala
committee,
but
I
can
look
through
some
of
the
paperwork
I
have.
Can
you
tell
me.
C
Okay,
that's
gonna.
That's
gonna
run
you
at
least
a
couple
of
hundred
dollars,
depending
on
on
deployment
and
recovery
of
that
traffic
control
product,
but
it
is
a
requirement.
Unfortunately,.
D
Okay,
hi:
this
is
sydney
with
risk
management.
I've
already
sent
you
email.
We
just
need
your
proof
of
insurance.
L
Yeah,
sorry,
I
have
a
copy
of
it
here.
I
will
we
will
scan
it
and
we
need
to
add
you
as
an
additional,
insured
or
okay
yep
we're
taking
care
of
that.
L
F
L
We
have
a
no,
we
have
a
private
security
firm.
I
think
it's
one
one
security
guard
to
to
manage.
You
know
the
alley
and
but
no
request
for
the
police
department.
J
M
Hi
ben
this
is
kelly
with
the
clerk's
office.
Yes,
anything
that
you
do
need
to
get
dispersed
out.
Please
feel
free
to
send
to
me,
and
I
will
ensure
that
you
have
everybody's
contact
information
too,
to
from
the
sign
off
sheet
and
a
couple
of
things.
Central
district
health
is
not
here
today,
but
they
did
say
that
they
were
still
needing
your
or
the
notification
of
event
form.
L
M
Great
and
then
you
can
turn
it
over
to
the
few
people
on
zoom.
O
Come
good
morning,
no,
I
I
really
don't.
I've
already
been
in
contact
with
mandy
about
this
as
far
as
closing
the
road
down,
so
I'm
good.
M
And
that
was
shane
with
city
of
boise
parking
ed
with
boise
public
works.
P
Yeah
good
good
morning,
yeah,
this
is
ed
with
public
works.
I
just
had
a
quick
question.
Excuse
me
for
you,
benjamin.
So
it
sounds
like
you
don't
need
any
like
on
the
ground.
Individual
trash
or
recycling
containers
correct.
That's.
P
Okay
and
then
we
have
some
free
printable,
updated
signs,
as
far
as
especially
for
recycling
to
help
attendees
kind
of
choose
where
their
items
should
go.
If
you
have
any
of
that
stuff
like
do,
you
want
me
to
send
you
that
link
and
have
those
available.
P
Okay,
okay,
well,
yeah,
again
I'll,
reiterate,
conrad
quickly!
Thank
you
for
those
that
is
it
a
company
that
you're
using
to
contract
with
all
the
reusable
stuff.
P
M
A
All
right,
thank
you
so
much
benjamin
that
was
that
was
quick.
You
did
a
fantastic
job
and
I
know
this
is
a
long-standing
event
and
hope
you
have
a
really
really
terrific
event
feel
free
to
either.
You
know,
hang
out
and
listen
to
the
other
applicants
or
get
on
with
the
rest
your
day,
whichever,
whichever
is
your
preference
and
thanks
so.
L
L
A
All
right
next
up,
I
know
we
had
another
one
on
the
agenda
that
we're
we're
not
having.
Today,
it's
postponed
so
light
of
hope,
block
party.
A
K
Q
K
Q
Q
We
hold
the
block
party
yearly,
we
didn't
do
it
last
year
with
kovid,
but
we
like
to
bring
awareness
to
our
community
members
about
our
building
and
our
center
and
what
we
do
faces
helps
victims
of
domestic
violence,
sexual
assault,
elder
abuse,
child
abuse
and
stalking,
and
so
sometimes
that
building
can
be
a
scary
place.
Q
Originally
on
our
application,
we
had
said
that
we
wanted
to
do
it
on
sixth
street.
After
talking
to
john
wassen,
we
are
gonna
go
back
to
where
we
did
it
before
on
broad
street,
between
sixth
and
the
entrance
of
trader
joe's
we're
still
trying
to
be
respectful
of
trader
joe's
they're,
a
great
neighbor
of
ours,
and
they
have
a
lot
of
traffic,
and
so,
if
we
shut
that
down,
we
kind
of
they
only
have
one
entrance
to
their
store.
Q
Q
So
I
already
told
you
what
the
center
is:
we
just
help
victims
of
interpersonal
violence
and
we
provide
wrap-around
services
to
stabilize
them
and
triage
them
throughout
their
their
process.
Next
slide.
Q
N
So
we're
really
following
this
input
footprint
we
did
that
we
had
two
years
ago,
and
so
we
will
have
just
one
entrance
into
our
event
and
it
will
be
staffed
by
our
security
that
we've
contracted
for
the
event,
and
they
will
be
responding
folks
who
are
wanting
to
drink
alcohol
and
are
of
age.
We
will
have
music,
we
haven't
determined
yet
who
our
band
is,
and
they
will
be
also
on
the
field
where
you
see
them
on
the
street.
N
Where
you
see
the
music
note
indicator
people,
we
will
be
asking
folks
to
mask
while
it's
coveted
and
encouraging
social
distancing
when
folks
come
into
our
building
and
our
center,
they
also
will
be
required
to
mask
in
our
center
and
we'll
be
taking
them
in
only
in
small
groups
to
make
sure
that
we
can
do
our
best
to
protect
everyone's
safety,
and
you
don't
see
any
restrooms
on
there
we'll
be
using
our
restrooms
in
the
building
as
well,
and
again,
people
will
be
masked
for
that.
Q
Q
So
we'd
like
to
close
broad
street
between
capitol
boulevard
and
sixth
street,
there
are
three
metered
spots
which
we
will
take
care
of.
We
also
have
some
law
enforcement
spots
there
as
well,
and
we
will
work
with
the
police
to
make
sure
that
they're
good
with
that
we
have
some
additional
parking
that
they
can
use.
Q
We've
contacted
road
work
ahead
and
sage
supply
to
provide
us
traffic
control.
The
only
thing
that
we
still
need
to
do
is
update
them
on
the
new,
the
new
area
that
we
need
to
close
down
since
we're
not
closing
down.
Sixth
anything
else
on
there
next
slide.
Do
you
wanna?
Do
the
next
one?
No.
K
Q
So
we
have
the
boise
police
department,
the
special
victims
unit
on
site,
and
they
will
we
will
have
a
few
of
them
on
site.
During
the
event.
We
also
have
contacted
allied
security,
they
already
monitor
our
building,
but
we
will
have
two
additional
security
guards
that
will
be
outside
of
the
event.
Q
J
Q
We
have
a
nurse
on
site
who
can
provide
first
aid,
because
boise
police
department
are
partners
with
us.
We
have
detectives
that
will
be
on
site
at
all
times.
If
there
are
any
lost
children
they'll
be
taken
inside
the
center
and
cared
for
until
we
can
find
parents
if
we
do
have
an
emergency.
Our
plan
is
to
call
9-1-1
if
it's
something
that
we
cannot
handle
next
slide.
Q
Q
Q
So
we
are
requesting
trash
and
recycling
receptacles
from
boise
public
works,
and
we
do
have
dumpsters
on
site
that
can
be
used
for
disposal,
we've
actually
we're
using
aluminum
cans,
and
we
will
have
cardboard
boxes.
Aluminum
cans
for
the
beer
will
have
cardboard
boxes
that
will
be
designated
for
recycling.
N
So
that's
a
list
of
our
vendors.
We
are
working
with
northwest
traffic
event,
rents,
allied
security,
tony's
tamales,
and
then
we
are
providing
all
event
coordination
and
we
have
yet
to
determine
our
music.
Q
B
First
of
all,
just
want
to
say
thank
you
for
making
that
push
to
have
your
vendors
offer
aluminum
cam
cans
over
plastic
cups.
That's
great
yeah!
That's
makes
a
big
difference.
I
remember.
In
the
past,
you
used
your
on-site
dumpsters
for
trash
and
recycling
totally
fine,
that's
great
how'd
that
work
in
the
past.
Any
overloading
issues.
Q
B
Okay,
yeah
leading
up
to
the
week
before,
if
you're
noticing
you
won't
make
it
over
the
weekend
with
the
event
you
can
call
us
the
day
before,
to
have
a
thursday
or
friday
pick
up
and
you'll
have
empty
dumpsters
for
the
weekend.
But
thank.
J
C
Morning,
page
john
wassenada
county
highway
district
thanks,
so
very
much
for
making
that
change
and
coming
off
of
6th
street
and
going
back
over
there.
That
will
make
a
significant
difference
both
on
the
cost
of
your
traffic
control
plan
and
the
complexity
of
dealing
with
or
not
having
to
deal
with,
idaho
transportation
department.
So
that's
good.
C
You
do
have
to
staff
those
barricades
responsible
adult
because
in
the
event
of
a
real
world
emergency
we've
got
to
be
able
to
drag
those
out
and
get
the
the
fire
department
or
the
police
out
there
in
in
a
very
short
order.
C
Other
than
that,
it's
a
great
event.
You
guys
do
a
huge
service
for
the
community
and
thank
you
very
much
thanks.
Q
D
Hi,
we'll
just
need
your
proof
of
insurance.
Q
F
Hi,
I'm
with
the
downtown
west
association,
and
I
would
just
say
it
sounds
like
you-
have
a
great
relationship
with
trader
joe's
and
the
hotel
and
just
make
sure
that
everyone
in
that
shopping
center
knows
what's
going
on
and
knows
what
to
expect,
and
I
actually
have
a
little
form
if
you
want
it,
I
can
get
to
you,
but
it's
not
you
guys.
Don't
have
a
ton
of
neighbors
to
let
know
so.
Okay,
just
make
sure
you're
doing
that.
G
N
G
Q
I
wrote
it
down
and
we
are
hoping
not
to
have
to
use
the
tent
because
it'll
be
october
and
it'll
be
really
nice.
G
So
yeah,
if
you
use
the
tent
you'll,
need
to
get
a
permit,
that's
separate
with
the
fire
department,
okay
and
then
the
food
truck
it's
got.
They
have
to
have
a
fire
department,
inspection,
otherwise
they'll,
be
shut
down
during
the
event,
so
make
sure
that
they
get
their
fire
department.
Inspection
before
that
and
I'll
send
over
some
documentation
that
you
can
hand
out
to
your
your
food
vendor
so
perfect.
F
G
Prevention
standpoint,
anything
from
operations.
H
Q
I
J
Good
morning,
rachel
with
emergency
management
just
want
to
say
thank
you
guys
so
much
for
what
you
do.
It's
a
great
event.
Don't
have
any
questions
we'll
just
make
sure
all
the
resources
have
the
information.
So
if
they
do
need
to
respond
down
there,
they
know
how
to
get
in
and
out.
So.
Thank
you
thanks.
M
And
once
again,
obviously
you
did
acknowledge
that
you
don't
have
the
central
district
health
form
completed
yet
so
just
make
sure
you
get
that
into
them
from
the
clerk's
office
perspective.
I
don't
have
anything
but
please
feel
free
to
reach
out
if
anything
does
come
up
and
then
from
the
online
participants.
Ed
with
public
works.
P
Yeah
hi
thanks
kelly
good
good
morning.
I
just
had
a
quick
question
for
you,
so
it
looks
like
you
have
your
own
trash
boxes,
correct!
Yes,
okay
and
you
requested
two
recycling,
bins,
yeah
that
that
that
sounds
great.
I
would
almost
maybe
think
I
don't
know
how
much
beer
is
consumed,
but
we
might
think
about
three,
but
that's
an
easy
adjustment
and
then
how's
the
wine
being
served.
Then.
N
P
Oh
well,
you
know
what
that's
that's
a
super
hard
one.
I
just
yeah
thank
you
for
getting
with
those
some
suppliers
to
have
them
actually
take
the
lead
and
supply
you
with
aluminum
so
but
yep.
That's
all
I've
got.
I
will
email
you
some
new
signs
that
you
can
tape
onto
your
bins
just
to
help
the
attendees
choose
the
right.
One.
E
M
And
leslie
with
valley,
regional
transit
with
6th
street,
not
closing.
We
have
no
issues.
O
Yeah
good
morning
with
the
change
from
sixth
street
to
broad,
we
will
need
you
to
submit
the
on-street
parking
form,
that's
on
page
24
of
your
event
package
and
that
way
we
can
assist
with
getting
those
blocked.
E
A
All
right
thanks
so
much
you
guys
both
for
the
service
you
provide
to
the
community
and
for
being
in
today
and
having
such
a
comprehensive
presentation
hope
you
have
a
fantastic
event
and
let
us
know
if
there's
anything
else,
you
need.
R
Hello,
everyone,
I
don't
think
I've
ever
had
this
much
excitement
to
see
all
my
favorite
city
officials,
all
in
one
one
area
for
those
of
you
who
have.
I
have
not
had
the
privilege
to
torment
and
bug
over
events.
My
name
is
kai.
I
am
the
co-founder
of
pristine
marketing
and
events
with
keith
hughes,
who
runs
vertical
endurance,
which
is
the
subsequent
owner
of
turkey
trot.
R
So
so,
as
for
those
of
you
who
have
got
to
experience
and
work
with
keith
before
for
tricky
trot,
this
last
year
was
supposed
to
be
its
10th
anniversary.
Unfortunately,
that
did
not
come
to
fruition.
So
we've
we're
looking
at
doing
the
our
10th
anniversary
this
year
here
in
the
boise
area.
Operationally
nothing
on
this
event
has
really
changed.
R
We
are
still
making
this
a
very
large
community,
give
back
event
with
the
boise
rescue
mission
special
olympics,
and
then
I
think
we
have
one
other
non-profit
that
we
are
looking
to
bring
into
the
fold
for
that
right
now,
I
know.
In
2019
we
saw
roughly
a
little
over
north
of
7
000
attendees
and
participants
for
the
boise
event
with
covid
this
year.
We
have
no
idea
really
what
we're
expecting,
hopefully
we'll
see
something
nice
to
that,
but
also
with
covet.
I'm
like.
D
R
We
should
shrink
it
a
little
bit
so
that
is
kind
of
our
general
overview
of
everything.
I
am
kind
of
jumping
into
this.
A
little
late
in
the
game.
Keith
has
done
a
lot
of
the
the
leg,
the
footwork
for
a
lot
of
this
stuff,
so
I'm
at
least
familiar
enough
with
most
of
this
stuff
to
be
able
to
answer
as
many
of
the
questions
that
I'm
sure
a
lot
of
you
will
have
as
far
as
alcohol
goes.
R
R
That
was
you
that
sent
that
email
regarding
insurance,
we,
our
insurance
company,
does
their
rollover
in
the
very
first
week
of
november,
so
we
have
a
receipt
that
can
that
we
can
send
you
to
at
least
show
that
we
have
purchased
it,
but
we'll
have
a
final
copy
of
that
in
the
very
first
week
of
november.
R
As
far
as
road
closures
go,
mr
john,
I
am
pretty
sure,
keith
also
sent
you
his
road
closure
stuff,
it's
his
favorite
jobs
to
be
able
to
give
you
a
call
when
he,
when
he
gets
that
stuff
in
so
I
know
a
lot
of
that
stuff
has
been
taken.
Care
of.
We
will
be
working
with
cody
from
northwest
traffic
control,
as
we
have
in
the
past
for
this
event
to
move
forward
with
anything
with
all
road
closures
and
some
secret
traffic
barriers
and
traffic
control
plans.
M
Hi
kai:
this
is
kelly
thanks
for
jumping
in
and
giving
us
all
those
details.
I
do
have
your
presentation
available.
I
can
pull
up
if
needed
or
you
can
share
your
screen.
I
wasn't
sure.
R
R
Oh,
it
looks
so
exciting.
I
forgot
what
half
a
group
of
happy
people
looks
like
these
days,
perfect,
so
yeah.
This
is
keith's
design
for
a
bit,
but
you
can
skip
over
this.
This
is
just
aesthetically
pleasing
to
look
at
yeah,
so
this
is
technically
our.
This
would
technically
be
our
11th
annual
version
of
turkey
trot
we're
kind
of
swinging
it
a
little
bit
since
we
weren't
able
to
do
our
wonderful
10th
anniversary.
R
This
is
a
little
over
5k.
Just
a
little
over
5k
walk
for
the
downtown
area.
We
are
as
kind
of
like
mentioned
earlier.
As
far
as
participants
go,
we
don't
know
really
what
we're
realistically
expecting
right
now
and
with
kovid,
and
I
know
the
city
of
boise's
requirements
along
those
lines
and
parameters
we'll
see
kind
of
how
that
works.
R
That
works
out
for
everything,
as
I
mentioned
as
well,
this
is
a
huge
fundraising
event
for
the
boise
rescue
mission,
not
only
as
a
financial
component,
but
also
as
a
fundraising
for
food
for
food
events
and
along
with
the
paralympics
or
the
special
olympics
group
as
well.
We
add
that
into
it
as
a
financial
component.
For
this
event,
so
this
becomes
a
huge
community
give
back.
I
think
we
did
roughly
around
eight
thousand
dollars
split
between
the
two
between
boys
rescue
mission
and
the
special
olympics
in
2019
as
well.
R
Yeah,
let's
get
that
yeah,
we
can
skip
this
too
that'll
probably
come
back
to
trash,
which
I
know
goldie's
is
kind
of
is
our
has
been
our
provider
of
all
things,
hot
chocolate
and
coffee.
R
They,
the
horror
stories
I
get
to
hear
from
the
past
from
past
participants
about
trash
bags
with
hot
chocolate
is
always
always
an
entertaining
moment,
but
we
will
be
looking
at
getting
renewable
or
reusable
materials.
So
that
way
we
aren't
creating
and
adding
to
the
landfill,
in
that
these
are
the
organizations
that
we
work
with
that
we
work
through
for
our
volunteer,
our
volunteer
groups.
All
of
them
are
locals.
R
All
of
them
are
have
worked
this
event
for
years
and
years
now
and
are
very
well
acquainted
with
how
the
operations
of
this
works
most
of
them
just
help
with
the
packet
registration
pickup
stuff
along
the
for
the
morning
of,
and
then
some
of
them
also
help
do
directions.
Directional
stuff
substituting
in
volunteer
flaggers
when
and
where
applicable,
as
opposed
to
the
certified
flaggers,
but
we
do
have.
We
do
have
contracted
certified
flaggers
to
come
in
for
part
of
this
part
of
this
event,.
R
Yes,
all
paid
staff
all
higher
all
the
upper
echelon
management
all
have
race,
lanyards
that
have
a
general
directory
for
all
staff
for
all
ems
for
all
contractors
at
any
given
time.
Our
primary
volunteer
coordinators
as
well
for
each
individual
group
has
these
as
well
on
site
on
hand
at
all.
Given
times
we
also
use
our
staff
uses
pulse
point
for
our
ems
stuff
along
those
lines.
In
case
any
of
emergency
does
happen.
All
of
our
staff
will
be
well
aware
of
that.
R
R
Permit
has
been
submitted
to
linda,
but
I
will
follow
up
on
that
we
will
have
we
have.
This
is
probably
the
one
part
of
this
that
I'm
not
entirely
sure
where
we
currently
stand.
So
I
don't
want
to
talk
out
my
rear,
so
I
think
we
can
move
to
the
next
one.
R
This
is
our
general
itinerary.
We
started
oh
dark
30
in
the
morning
to
get
everything
mainlined
and
straw
and
set
up
as
much
as
we
humanly
can
everything
from
our
registration
all
the
way
to
when
we
send
out
runners
to
the
course
making
sure
that
we're
kind
of
staying
within
the
lines.
I
know
that,
with
shutting
down
this
mini
city
blocks,
everyone
gets
a
little
cringy
about
making
sure
the
time
frame
is
being
upheld.
R
So
this
will
be
something
that
keith
and
I
are
very
strict
on
making
sure
that
we're
staying
within
those
parameters
as
well,
so
we'll
make
sure
that
the
road
barricades
are
up
and
down
as
as
we
negotiated
with
or
as
stipulated,
within
our
our
permit
with
john
and
achd
as
well,
and
then
I
think,
kind
of
beyond
that
this
is,
we
can
transition.
R
These
are
our
road
maps
this
one.
I
don't,
I'm
not
entirely
sure
about
this
one.
So
if
we
can
move
on
to
the
next
one.
R
Perfect,
so
this
is
our
primary
starting
point
kind
of
how
our
general
layout
will
look
like
finishers
shoot
and
then
our
tents
for
it
right
now
we're
not
really
sitting
at
a
lot
of
vendors
right
now
for
a
lot
of
this
keith,
and
I
really
try
not
to
push
anything
that's
over
a
10
by
20
tent,
ignoring
the
fact
that
you
we
would
need
a
10
permit
for
it.
R
I
will
get
tent
sizes
because,
I'm
sure
that'll
be
a
question.
That'll
come
up
for
a
lot
of
these
people
or
for
a
couple
of
these
as
well.
Nothing
will,
like
I
said
nothing
will
exceed
a
10
by
20,
most
of
our
pop-up
tents
that
we
have
that
will
be
placed
around
on
the
course
are
all
ten
by
tens
and
those
are
predominantly
just
for
eight
station
or
at
a
station
or
for
volunteer
station
station
headquarters.
It's
kind
of
along
the
course.
R
This
one,
I
don't
know
anything
about-
and
this
is
our
the
vision
of
the
what
the
starting
shoot
looks
like
if
you
guys
have
gotten
to
experience
the
turkey
truck.
He
takes
a
lot
of
pride
in
this
monstrosity
of
a
balloon
arch
that
he
brings
in
every
year.
So
this
is
what
he's
hoping
to
bring
in
again
this
year
and
it's
kind
of
a
very
similar
idea
of
what
we're
shooting
for
for
2021.
R
This
is
the
traffic
control
plan
submitted
created
by
northwest
traffic
control
submitted
to
john.
This
is
kind
of
just
our
general
layout
and
everything
along
those
lines,
so
that
should
john
should
have
all
that.
All
that
paperwork
to
my
knowledge
and
understanding.
R
Oh
yeah
around
that,
so
this
is
what
I,
to
my
understanding
what
keith
has
kind
of
worked
out
with
and
has
utilized
in
the
past.
As
far
as
hands-on
for
the
traffic
control
plan
for
people
who
are
helping
direct
traffic
or
who
are
helping
point
runners
in
the
right
direction,
boyce
civil
air
patrol
has
been
a
long-standing
volunteer
organization
that
we've
gone
through
bpd.
R
R
Yes,
so
I
actually
have
to
have
keith
update
that
you're
fine
for
central
central
district.
I
am
actually
not
aware
if
a
notification
event
has
been
submitted.
These
are
the
numbers
that
I
know.
Keith
has
utilized
quite
a
bit
in
the
past.
We
will
probably
still
more
than
likely,
we
will
still
be
aiming
for
that
kind
of,
depending
on
how
the
covid
trends
kind
of
continue
to
go.
Probably
up
until
I
want
to
say
about
the
first
first
week
to
mid
october.
R
We
very
well
might
be
looking
at
increasing
hand
washing
stations
or
we
might
have
to
come
up
with
some
more
creative
stuff
to
handle
any
concerns
along
the
lines
of
covid
and
general
safety
protocol.
All
food
drinks.
Anything
along
those
lines
is
all
pre-packaged.
It's
self-serve,
their
volunteers
will
be
running
disinfection
processes
along
the
lines
we
have
cd8
or
cdc,
approved,
covid
and
disinfectant
materials
that
we
will
have
on
standby.
R
This
is
keith's
little
blip
on
covet,
I
kind
of
touched
on
most
of
it.
As
I
said,
as
we
get
to
october,
I
think
it
will
come
to
an
evaluation
point
to
see
where
everything
is
and
then
obviously
working
with
cdh
with
linda
and
then
with
anyone
else
on
the
on
the
council.
Here
we
will
address
any
concerns
or
any
other
issues
that
may
arise
as
far
as
that
goes.
R
Trash
we
have
a
whole
bunch
of
corrugated
trash
boxes
that
we
will
be
using.
Keith
brings
in
a
monstrosity
of
a
dumpster,
I'm
not
sure
at
the
top
of
my
head,
where
that
is
directly
located,
but
I
know
we
do
bring
in
trash.
We
bring
in
recycling
as
well
for
a
lot
of
this
stuff.
As
I
mentioned,
we
are
trying
to
move
things
to
less
single
use,
product
and
much
more
reusable
or
recyclable
product
as
well.
R
R
This
was
something
that
keith
had
just
said
about
capital
city
parking.
When
we
do
our
close
down,
we
will
be
notifying
them
early
on,
so
that
way
their
night
attendant
is
well
aware
of
it,
because
apparently
that
was
a
concern
and
or
maybe
not
a
concern,
but
it
was
an
issue
in
prior
years
for
the
night
attendant
wasn't
aware,
this
event
was
happening
and
then
their
the
whole
entrance
is
being
blockaded
off,
so
we
will
be
notifying
them
much
early
on.
R
R
Yep
insurance,
I
know
we
will
add
once
insurance
is
done,
we
will
have
the
city
of
boise
as
an
additionally
insured
as
well
as
achd.
If
there
is
anyone
else
that
we
need
to
list
on
that,
I'm
just
let
me
know
so
I
can
get
that
paperwork
taken
care
of
questions
I
made
it
through
and
I
don't
even
know
half
the
stuff
I'm
talking
about
here.
A
Thank
you
so
much
hi.
It
was
a
good
presentation
just
in
terms
of
covid
and
thank
you
for
taking
that
into
account,
maybe
just
think
about
as
you're
getting
to
your
decision
points
you
might
want
to
think
about
either
pacing
runners
out,
I
know,
there's
a
30
minute
window
right
now
that
may
or
may
not
be
enough.
I
think
the
biggest
issue
is
making
sure
folks
aren't
smushed
up
together
whether
or
not
they're
in
masks.
A
R
Yes,
mostly,
that
was
something
that
we
had
actually
looked
at
for
2019
or
2020,
originally
kind
of
during
the
onset
of
everything,
and,
if,
depending
on
what
those
numbers
start
to
what
the
actual
registration
numbers
start
to
look
like
is
how
we'll
start
to
parse
those
out
quite
a
bit.
R
We
usually
look
for
15
to
20
minute
intervals,
give
or
take
so
that
way,
we're
not
expanding
out
the
especially
the
close,
the
closures
for
the
city
of
boise
blockage,
but
that
is
something
that
we
will
implement
in
the
eventuality
that
we
need
to.
A
A
B
B
And
then
you
mentioned
an
extra
dumpster
that
keith
was
going
to
be
be
bringing
in
or
planning
to
er.
That's
news
to
me.
So,
as
you
get
more
details,
we
have
plenty
of
time
here,
but
as
you
get
more
details,
please
share
with
me.
R
Yeah,
mostly
I'm
pretty
sure,
it's
just
one
dumpster,
I'm
pretty
sure
it's
somewhere
around
a
10
yard,
10
yard
or
a
20
yard.
I
know
this
this
event
just
because
of
the
hot
chocolate
or
the
hot
chocolate
and
the
stuff
that
people
bring
in
produces
quite
a
bit
of
that
that
waste
product.
So
we
just
we
prep
in
advance
just
to
make
sure
that
stuff's
taken
care
of.
B
B
B
C
Good,
we
have
your
traffic
control
plan
so
far.
We
don't
see
any
problems
with
it,
but
things
that
we've
noted
from
previous
years
is
number
one,
even
though
it
is
thanksgiving
morning.
There
is
a
big
footprint,
and
this
is
america
and
everybody
has
the
right
to
complain.
So
you
should
probably
have
lots
of
people
out
there
ready
to
help
guide
people
around
the
footprint.
C
Well,
probably
not
I
do
enough
of
these,
as
it
is
number
two.
D
This
is
sydney
you've
already
answered
my
insurance
question,
so
we're
good.
F
Okay,
I
think
we've
exchanged
emails
back
and
forth.
I'm
heather
with
the
dba
hi
heather
hey.
I
have
a
question
about
your
communication
plan.
You
have
a
huge
footprint,
so
how
do
you
let
everybody
know
what's
going
on,
even
though
it's
thanksgiving
and
there's
not
a
huge
amount
of
businesses
that
will
be
open?
R
Communication,
in
all
honesty,
I
can't
speak
to
what
keith
has
done
historically
along
those
lines.
What
I
can
probably
safely
assume
is
usually
it's
either
a
written
email
or
we
usually
talk
to
managers
along
the
lines
of
all
the
businesses
that
are
in
that
area
or
we
send
out
mailers
along.
That
line
is
usually
the
easiest
one
along
those
lines,
and
then
I
that's
kind
of
my
my
go-to
answer
along
those
lines,
like
I
said,
historically
speaking,
I'm
not
entirely
sure
what
or
if
keith
has
done
anything
in
the
past.
F
Okay,
that
would
be
great,
and
then
I
have
I
mean
if
you
guys
need
it
or
want
it.
I
have
a
form-
that's
just
kind
of
a
checklist
that
you
guys
that
you
can
check
off
everybody
you've
talked
to,
but
maybe
we
can
talk
after
this
and
figure
that
out.
G
Hello,
kai:
this
is
jesse
with
the
boise
fire.
Just
just
verification.
You
said
most
of
your
tents
are
gonna,
be
20
by
20..
The
one
in
the
street
is
it.
Are
you
still
using
the
20x40
tint.
R
That
one,
I'm
not
sure
of
I
know,
keith,
has
been
playing
around
with
a
lot
of
the
tent
sizes.
To
my
understanding
and
knowledge,
we
actually
don't
even
have
a
20
by
40
tent,
which
makes
my
life
a
lot
easier,
not
having
to
set
it
up
that
morning.
So
I
will
double
check
on
that
one.
If
there
is,
I
know
we
will
get
the
tent
permit
in
for
you,
because
I
know
that
is
a
structure
over
by
the
400
square
feet.
So
if
that's.
G
700
square
feet
because
that
one
doesn't
have
sides
right,
no
sites,
yeah
and
then
are
you
going
to
be
using
propane
to
heat
any
of
the
tents
that
are
on
site.
R
G
Okay
and
then
the
other
thing
is,
if
you,
if
you
do
use
that
larger
tent
and
you
decide
to
block
all
of
capital
there,
just
make
sure
you
keep
that
fire
access
clear
as
as
far
up
to
that
tent
as
you
possibly
can,
so
we
can
so
we
can
get
in
there
and
close
to
it.
If
we
need
to
perfect
can
that
make.
I
I
I
Based
on
the
the
after
action
from
the
last
event,
we
may
either
bump
up
your
staffing
a
little
bit
to
cover
the
crowd,
the
after
crowd
on
the
city
hall
at
city
hall,
or
just
extend
the
motor
officers
hours
just
a
little
bit
to
to
address
the
issues
that
we
noted
from
the
last
event,
so
it'll
it'll
be
reflected
in
the
mpa
and
then
sergeant.
I
Kovalinka
did
note
and
I'll
just
reiterate
what
john
said:
the
the
state
street
crossings
were
the
main,
the
major
issues
with
the
footprint
and
and
we
had
some
10-minute
delays.
I
think
on
state,
as
noted
by
sergeant
kamalinga.
So
let's
try
to
address
those
this
year.
Okay,.
H
R
J
Hello,
thank
you
for
all
the
legwork
and
going
into
this
event-
and
I
know
we've
looked
at
it
many
many
times
before,
and
so
really
we
just
kind
of
want
to
take
a
look
at
those
items
that
we
can
improve
upon,
such
as
the
time
hacks
that
we
were
just
talking
about
so
I'll,
go
ahead
and
schedule
a
meeting
with
the
group.
So
please
fire
and
medics,
and
also
john
wasson,
to
take
a
look
at
that
route
and
that
traffic
control
plan
and
then
what
resources
are
going
to
be
needed.
J
So
I
know
that
they're
going
to
want
to
have
that
conversation
with
you
as
well
to
see
about
if
injury
care
can
be
either
in
more
than
one
location
along
the
route
or
potentially
mobile,
to
support
that
so
we'll
just
get
everybody
together
and
have
that
conversation
and
work
through
each
of
these
items
and
get
you
up
and
running.
D
M
I
M
Hi,
kai
kelly
with
the
city
clerk's
office,
hi
kelly,
hey
good,
to
see
you
again,
thank
you
for
planning
well
in
advance,
it's
hard
to
start
thinking
about
turkey
and
whatnot,
since
it's
just
finally
cooling
down,
but
anyway,
just
bear
with
us
the
next
couple
of
weeks
and
months
as
we
have
a
lot
of
events
going
on
every
weekend
that
have
just
kind
of
folded
over
and
piled
up
from
changing
from
spring
to
fall.
So
if
you
do,
you
know,
have
a
gap
in
communication
or
anything
like
that.
M
R
M
Perfect
yeah
so
just
obviously
keep
in
touch
you're
good
at
that.
So
we
appreciate
the
communication
just
on
record
central
district
health
said
that
they
had
not
seen
the
notification
of
events,
so
I'm
sure
you
and
keith
are
working
on
that.
It
is
due
30
days
out,
so
you
still
have
time
for
that
from
the
clerk's
office
perspective.
I
don't
have
anything
else,
but
if
you
need
anything
between
now
and
then
don't
hesitate
to
reach
out
and
I'll
catch
you
on
the
safety
and
security
meeting
for
sure.
F
M
Okay
and
switching
over
to
the
zoom
participants,
we
have
shane
with
boise
city
parking.
P
Yeah
good
morning,
kai
yeah,
I
just
had
a
question
to
so
on
the
application
you
requested-
or
maybe
it
was
key-
three
requested
15
trash
boxes
and
fifty
ten
yellow,
recycle
bins.
So
do
you
not
need
anything.
R
We
will
keep
that
as
it
currently
stands.
We
are
slowly
kind
of
accumulating
our
own
equipment
right
now
for
a
lot
of
this
stuff,
so
that
I
would
like
to
just
keep
that
order
in
standing
right
now,
just
as
a
precautionary.
If
we
need
to
come
in
and
rearrange
that
at
all,
I
will
I'll
give
you
you'll
be
my
first
point
of
contact
for
that.
P
Okay,
yeah,
that
would
be
appreciated,
like
kelly,
said
with
you
know,
multiple
events
piling
on
top
as
soon
as
you
know,
if
you
do
or
do
not
need
those
just
let
me
know
so.
I
can
plan
accordingly,
certainly
okay
and
then
also
yeah.
I
will
email
you
our
new
signs,
so
if
you
or
your
staff
can
yeah
get
those
printed
and
put
on
the
appropriate
bin,
that
would
be
great
and
then
also
I
apologize.
Conrad
mentioned
paper
cups.
H
R
D
B
Yeah
thanks
kai
and
ed,
basically,
kai
was
getting
feedback
from
the
public
about
that.
They
wish
that
these
were
recyclable,
and
so
I
have
my
own
opinion
on
that.
But
I
want
to
be
consistent
with
what
ed
thinks
or
considers
paper
cups
to
be
recyclable
or
not
I'll.
Just
add
to
that
the
potential
for
the
public
to
recycle
those
you
can't
guarantee
them
to
be
empty,
clean
and
dry
and
that's
my
biggest
concern
there.
O
R
R
Some
kind
of
if
there
is
a
like
a
as
I
now
forget
the
word,
if
there's
a
product
type
that
you
guys
recommend
for
something
along
those
lines,
I'm
more
than
happy
to
look
into
doing
into
doing
that
stuff
with
that,
I'm
a
big
person
on
sustainability,
and
I
events
produce
far
too
much
waste
for
it,
so
something
that
keith
and
I
are
trying
to
transition
everything
into.
P
Perfect,
I
will
say
quickly:
I
won't
take
up
any
more
time
with
the
group,
but
pretty
much
any
any
cup
is
not
going
to
be
recyclable
in
this
system
in
boise,
but
what
you
can
do
is
purchase
products
that
already
have
some
sort
of
pre-consumer
con.
You
know
percentage
of
recycled
content,
so
you
could
have
a
plastic
cup
with
like
50
recycled
or
a
paper
cup,
that's
25
so
anyway.
That
would
be
my
suggestion
and
we
can
work
on
this
offline
with
you
too,
to
help
out
perfect
yep.
That's
all
I've
got.
M
Good
connor,
okay
and
we're
back
to
shane
with
city
parking
services.
O
So
I
in
reviewing
the
the
meter
application,
the
only
thing
it
says
on
it
is
main
street
between
capital
and
sixth
and
capital
maine
to
idaho.
Are
you
wanting
us
to
have
those
hooded
and
signed,
or
are
you
having
traffic
control,
take
care
of
that?
What
is.
R
That
is
an
excellent
question,
to
which
I
do
not
know
the
answer
towards.
I
don't
I
would
probably
knowing
keith.
He
would
probably
just
like
to
do
what
he's
whatever
he's
done.
Historically
in
the
past,
which
I
don't
know
exactly
what
that
entails.
I
know
some
of
the
meter
policies
have
changed
a
bit
in
boise,
so
unless
there's
anything
policy-wise,
that
has
changed
the
functionality
of
how
we've
done
that.
R
Historically,
if
you
know,
if
you
have
any
historical
knowledge
on
how
we've
done
that
in
years
prior,
then
that's
probably
what
we'll
continue
to
work
through.
O
M
And
valley,
regional
transit,
leslie
pedrosa,
nothing
for
us.
A
Great
looks
like
you're
off
the
hook
for
today,
kai
great
presentation,
thanks
for
answering
questions
and
coming
in
well
in
advance
of
the
event
and
we'll
look
forward
to
continuing
to
work
with
you
on
this.
R
A
Awesome
have
a
great
day
all
right.
We
have
a
couple
of
events
that
are
just
right
around
the
corner,
so
I
wanted
to
just
bring
up
boise,
goat,
head
fest
and
the
spirit
of
boise
balloon
classic
and
see
if
anyone
is
needing
anything
from
either
of
those
event
organizers
to
be
able
to
sign
off
and
have
those
events.
B
I
signed
off
on
the
bloom
festival
yesterday
evening,
so
I
think
I
think
I'm
good.
C
C
M
Just
on
a
note
of
signing
off,
I'm
trying
to
dive
in
and
learn
the
system
just
a
little
bit
better
with
this
way
that
the
special
events
run,
we
kind
of
use
the
system
a
little
bit
backwards
and
what
it's
designed
for
normal
council
meetings,
but
I
know
one
of
the
biggest
hiccups
is
once
you
do
sign
off
in
the
system.
It
removes
the
event
from
your
dashboard.
M
One
thing
to
get
around
that,
if
you
are
good
to
sign
off,
is
just
commenting
instead
of
actually
signing
off
or
approving
or
denying.
If
you
just
put
a
comment
that
you're
good
to
go,
that's
very
helpful
to
me
to
not
have
to
chase
everyone
at
the
last
minute
and
then
it
keeps
it
on
your
dashboard
too.
So
that
is
perfectly
fine.
If
that
works
better
for
everyone.
M
And
then,
on
another
note,
I
just
wanted
to
make
sure
that
everybody
knew
that
fit1
did
become
virtual,
so
they
did
announce
that
so
september
25th
their
race
will
be
virtual
again
this
year,
not
overlapping
with
other
events.
C
E
The
parks
department
can
sign
off
for
goat
head
fest,
they
are
all
set
to
go.
We
are
not
signing
off
for
spirit
of
boise
as
and
now
we
are
waiting
on
final
maps
from
them
that
include
final
vendor
count
and
their
traffic
control
plan
for
achd.
E
F
G
H
I
think
operationally
we're
still
waiting
for
the
road
closure,
along
with
everybody
else,
we're
looking
for
those
that
bit
of
paperwork.
I
J
We
can
go
for
emergency
management.
We
can
sign
up
on
go
head.
Fest
just
need
to
update
the
information.
As
for
the
spirit
of
boise,
we're
still
waiting
to
get
all
that
pulled
together
with
police
fire
and
making
sure
that
we
have
the
proper
ingress
egress.
It's
going
to
be
accounted
for,
and
that's
part
of
that
traffic
control
plan
that
we
need
to
get
finalized
and
we
still
have
yet
to
see
updated
maps
from
them
with
the
parking
that
we
discussed
for
the
ada
parking,
the
vip
parking
and
the
location
for
the
refueling
tanks.
P
No,
I
can
definitely
sign
off
for
goat,
head
fest
and
then
yeah.
Just
as
of
yesterday,
I
was
able
to
sign
off
for
the
spirit
of
boise,
so
I'm
all
set.
M
Perfect,
thank
you.
Shane
with
city
parking.
Q
A
Great
and
just
a
reminder,
we
have
a
couple
after-action
reports
due
4th
of
july
by
the
end
of
this
month
and
boise
hempfest
by
the
end
of
next
anything
else,
for
the
good
of
the
order
before
we
close
the
meeting.
