From YouTube: Special Events Team Meeting
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
B
This
is
the
March
8th
meeting
of
the
special
events
team,
just
a
couple
of
reminders.
It
is
a
live
meeting,
so
watch
your
p's
and
q's
and
it
is
an
administrative
function,
so
we
don't
make
any
decisions
around
the
table.
Today
we
bring
together
all
of
the
different
agencies
involved
in
signing
off
on
major
special
events
in
our
community,
so
that
event,
organizers,
can
see
everyone
in
one
place
and
we
can
all
ask
questions
together
and
be
on
the
same
page
as
we're
as
we're
moving
forward
with
events.
B
We
have
I
think
three
new
folks
joining
us
today
are
three
changes
around
the
table,
so
we'll
go
through
a
round
of
introductions
as
per
usual
and
a
welcome
to
Welcome
to
our
new
folks.
So
Leslie
will
you
start
us
with
VRT.
B
Great,
thank
you.
My
name
is
Maria
Wade
with
the
office
of
community
engagement
at
the
city
of
Boise,
so
welcome
back
Janelle
are
you
presenting
today
2023
Capital
City
Market,
so
we
have
one
event
presenting
with
us
today
and
then,
after
we're
done
with
events,
we
were
hoping
anyone.
Who's
interested
could
hang
out
for
a
bit
afterwards
and
just
go
over
some
administrative
SCT,
stuff,
I'm.
Sure
Kelly
has
a
whole
laundry
list
of
things.
She
would
like
some
input
on
so
Janelle
welcome
back.
N
N
N
As
you
can
see
the
organization,
capital
city,
public
market
and
myself,
the
organizer
and
presenter
to
know
miles
the
director
of
the
market.
We
have
a
lot
of
new
faces
on
our
board
as
well.
I
was
previously
on
the
board
and
have
moved
into
the
director
role.
So
we
have
a
new
president,
Stuart
garino
who's,
also
behind
me,
and
then
we
have
a
full
Board
of
12
this
year,
which
we
haven't
had
a
full
board
in
a
few
years.
N
So
really
excited
about
all
these
beautiful
vendors
that
we
have
here,
benefits
to
Boise
and
benefits
to
the
community.
I'll.
Just
go
over
these
quickly
we're
just
a
hub
of
Small,
Business
Development
and
economic
development,
we're
a
center
for
tourism.
We
accept
our
snap
and
EBT
double
up
food
bucks.
That's
really
important
to
us.
We
also
pride
ourselves
on
being
a
small
business
incubator,
we're
we're.
N
We
really
love
to
help
small
businesses
get
started,
work
out,
some
of
the
fine
Kinks
and
then
be
able
to
open
up
a
physical
location
later
on,
and
we've
got
a
couple
this
last
year
that
were
able
to
do
that.
Karuna,
Kava
and
Primal
world's
coffee
of
both
open
physical
locations
in
Boise,
and
we're
really
excited
to
see
them.
Do
that
we're
a
hub
for
connecting
producers
directly
with
consumers.
N
So
we
really
pride
ourselves
on
connecting
people
idahoans
that
make
the
product
with
the
consumer
that
buys
the
product
and
they're
able
to
chat
about
the
process
and
meet
each
other,
and
you
know
directly
where
you're
buying
from
and
then,
of
course,
our
creativity
and
local
flavor.
That's
our
main
things
is
we
have
lots
of
Artists
Craftsmen
and
then
local
food,
specialty,
food
and
on-site
food.
N
So
the
main
items
of
our
event-
we've
got
date
times
and
locations,
so
our
opening
day
is
April
15th
this
year,
we're
open,
9
30
a.m,
to
1
30
p.m.
We
change
our
times
on
October
7th
into
holiday
hours,
so
10
a.m
to
2,
starting
October,
7th
and
then
our
very
last
day
is
December
16th,
so
we're
there
until
it
gets
super
cold
and
everyone
can
get
their
Christmas
shopping
in
before
we
go.
There's
36
Saturdays
total.
N
We
get
there
about
6
a.m
in
the
morning
and
we're
all
cleared
out
by
three
our
estimated
attendance
this
year,
I
brought
it
down
just
a
little
bit
from
last
year.
After
what
we
saw,
I'm
estimating
about
5
000
people.
This
picture
here
is
from
probably
our
busiest
day
the
Idaho
Refugee
day,
which
was
a
lot
of
fun
last
June
and
we'll
do
it
again
this
year
in
June,
we
hope
to
get
another
random
market
assessment
from
the
U
of
I
on
the
Grove
Plaza.
N
So
we
know
exactly
what
our
attendance
is
and
then
next
year
we
hope
to
have
a
more
specific
number
for
you
guys
so
our
site
plan
and
map.
This
is
the
same
as
it
was
last
year,
just
a
few
little
upgrades.
Of
course
we
use
the
Central
Center
Circle
and
the
Outer
Circle.
We
also
utilize
the
North
and
South
spokes.
The
east
alley
is
clear.
N
The
West
spoke
is
clear
for
Access
and
then
we
also
utilize
Oppenheimer
development's
Wells
Fargo
property,
which
we
call
the
diagonal
spoke
and
the
Wells
Fargo
walkway,
which
you
can
see
right
up
there
at
the
top
near
the
green,
and
we
have
two
reserved
parking
spots
over
there's
a
small
orange
Square.
You
can
kind
of
see
that
is
our
loading
zone.
We
have
two
reserved
parking
spots
there
and
we
have
no
road
closures
on
the
Grove.
So
it's
a
lot
different
from
years
past
is
that
we
get
to
get
in
there.
N
There's
no
traffic
services
and
it's
very
simple
as
far
as
achd
goes
just
a
little
bit
about
our
loading
and
unloading
we
to
to
kind
of
ease
congestion.
We
do
a
staggered
loading
time,
so
we
have
all
of
our
trailers
get
in
first
and
then
we
have
a
group
two
which
is
in
yellow
and
that
helps
ease
congestion.
N
These
are
people
that
take
a
little
bit
longer
to
set
up,
but
don't
have
trailers
or
need
ample
time,
and
then
our
group
three
are
quick
in
and
out
and
they're
the
ones
in
the
green,
and
that
really
helps
with
the
amount
of
traffic
getting
92
booths
in
and
out
of
the
Grove
Plaza,
with
lots
of
trees
and
light
posts.
So
it
really
helps
the
staggered.
We've
gotten
it
down
to
a
science
I
feel
like
after
doing
it
so
many
times.
N
Last
year
it's
been
going
really
well,
many
of
the
vendors
are
returning
to
their
same
booth
spots
and
they've
all
become
very
well
acquainted
with
the
boots
that
they're
in
and
they
can
get
in
and
out
very
easily
surrounding
streets
and
rules.
This
is
a
returning
slide
from
last
year.
Just
to
make
it
clear,
we
don't
have
anyone
loading
or
unloading
onto
the
sidewalk
on
9th
Street,
Main,
Street
or
Front
Street,
and
then
the
areas
that
are
highlighted
are
areas
that
we
keep
clear
as
well.
N
We
have
a
safety
security
plan
which
also
includes
our
medical
and
incident
Action
Plan,
which
has
been
given
over
to
Rachel.
The
West
spoke
with
the
big
yellow
line
that
is
always
clear
for
Access,
for
police,
Fire,
EMS
and
any
anything
that's
needed.
So
the
first
thing
that
we
do
in
emergency
is
that
we'll
pull
the
Bullards
down
and
make
access
clear
for
anyone
responding
to
the
issue,
foreign.
N
Slide
so
we
have
ample
trash
bins.
We
have
seven
permanent
ones
that
are
on
site
on
the
Grove
Plaza
and
we
supplement
with
six
additional
for
recycling
bins.
There's
three
permanent
and
we
supplement
with
three
additional.
We
have
a
dumpster
access.
We
have
it
our
own
dumpster
and
access
to
a
recycling
dumpster
behind
the
Sona
building,
which
is
about
a
block
down
from
the
Grove
Plaza
for
Portables
and
restrooms.
N
We
have
two
Ada
accessible
restrooms
that
are
permanently
on
site
on
the
Grove,
and
then
we
supplement
with
two
additional
porta
potties
as
well
right
next
to
those
just
a
little
fun
slide.
We
have
a
parking
guide
on
our
website.
We
release
parking
information
on
our
social
media
pages
and
then
we're
also
going
to
have
some
fun
banners
through
the
DBA
come
out.
N
C
Rachel
I
so
appreciate
you
setting
up
those
rules
for
the
vendors
for
parking
on
the
in
the
loading
zone
and
keeping
the
access
open,
where
you're
not
obstructing
any
traffic
or
pedestrians
or
anything
I,
don't
have
anything
and
I.
Thank
you.
A
Hi
sorry
I'm
late,
Ed,
Grace
public
works,
so
I
don't
really
have
much
either
just
the
low
waist
vendor
guide
on
the
application
just
make
sure
that
gets
distributed.
If
you
could
and
I'll
be
reaching
out
to
you
just
to
kind
of
ask
more
questions
about
the
vendors
but
other
than
that,
it's
always
goes
fairly
fairly
smoothly.
So
yeah.
Thank
you.
Hi.
D
Janelle
yeah,
thank
you
for
taking
care
of
everything
prior
to
the
meeting.
I
I'm
good
I.
Don't
have
anything
thanks.
O
E
Hi
Janelle,
thanks
for
reaching
out
to
us
about
anything
that
we
might
be
concerned
with
since
you're,
not
closing
any
streets
and
it's
not
going
to
impact
our
buses.
I
have
no
further
questions.
F
G
Hi
Janelle,
thank
you
so
much
I'm,
a
big
fan
of
the
market
have
been
and
I
love
the
new
banners
coming
in
with
DBA
I
love
the
artwork
for
that
I'm.
Considering
people
with
disabilities
I
really
like
the
Grove
compared
to
8th
Street.
So
I
really
appreciate
that,
and
your
loading
zones
didn't
take
over
any
Ada
parking.
You've
got
restrooms.
So
no
comment
for
me
and
thank
you.
I
No
Dre,
we
talked
yesterday,
so
we've
got
your
special
event
permit
after
hours,
inspection
scheduled
April
15th
and
we
talked
about
the
access
and,
of
course,
the
the
tents
and
I
don't
have
anything
further.
Thank
you.
J
J
It
that
might
be
something
to
consider
just
so
you
have
low
speed,
Scooters
or
whatever
you
guys
decide
on
that's
kind
of
a
safety
concern
when
you
get
that
many
people
in
there.
The
second
thing
is,
for
this
event,
I
would
say:
have
your
vendors
download
two
apps,
which
are
very
handy
for
EMS
response,
which
is
the
pulse
point
which
I'm
sure
you're,
probably
aware
of
yes,
there's
another
one,
that's
great
for
these
events
with
a
this!
J
Isn't
that
big
a
footprint,
but
it's
called
what
three
words
and
if
you
can
familiarize
them
with
that,
they'll
be
able
to
get
it
down
to
a
10
foot
area.
So
if
our
response
has
to
come,
they
can
they
will
tell
our
guys,
responding
and
gals
responding.
What
three
words
and
they'll
be
able
to
dial
it
into
a
10-foot
section.
So
it'll
be
a
lot
easier
in
our
response
to
be
a
lot
faster.
So
what
three
words
pulse
point
and
then
I
would
get
that
geofence.
N
L
Always
impressive,
when
the
state
has
nothing
Janelle.
Thank
you.
So
much
got
all
of
your
information
really
appreciate
all
the
late
work
that
you
guys
do
in
advance
and
reaching
out
to
all
of
us
prior
to
this
meeting,
looks
beautiful,
really,
really,
love
how
you
guys
have
evolved
with
your
emergency
action
plan
over
the
years.
It
looks
great.
We
will
go
ahead
and
share
that
out
with
all
of
our
responders
in
the
area,
just
in
case
they
need
to
respond
down
there.
So
thank
you
and
best
of
luck
this
year.
Thank
you.
M
Nice
to
see
you
again,
although
I
didn't
know
that
we
would
see
you
again,
but
yes,
you're
doing
a
great
job.
Just
I
I
can't
get
the
geofencing
set
up
with
our
team,
so
it
just
dials
down
the
scooters
around
the
area,
so
they
can
still
use
them.
Obviously,
I
know
that
you
guys
prefer
not
to
go
through
there,
so
keep
your
signs
as
is,
and
if
you
could
send
permission
from
Oppenheimer
just
that
they
have
agreed
to.
Let
you
use
the
property
again
for
the
season.
That
would
be
great.
M
You
can
just
send
that
to
the
special
events,
email
and
then
I
got
your
vendor
list.
I
did
get
that
uploaded,
so
the
health
department
could
see
just
to
get
that
started.
So
that
looks
great.
Just
look
forward
to
the
adjustments
and
really
do
appreciate
the
loading
and
unloading
reloading
with
the
unique
location.
I
know,
there's
a
lot
of
spokes
to
The
Grove
and
a
lot
of
options
where
people
could
potentially
Park
and
disrupt
the
bus
system
on
Main,
and
things
like
that.
M
So
we're
glad
that
you
guys
do
have
it
tuned
in
I
know:
there's
a
lot
of
construction
downtown
again
this
year,
so
the
Grove
Plaza
is
a
good
home
for
you
again
and
Cheryl
nice
to
see
you
again.
I
don't
have
anything
else,
but
please
keep
in
touch
as
the
weeks
go
by
and
you
need
anything
from
me.
Thanks.
B
P
Yes,
so
hi
sorry,
I
couldn't
be
there
in
person,
but
Janelle
I
did
send
you
an
email
this
morning
about
the
insurance,
and
it
looks
like
the
current
certificate
that
we
have
expires
on
April,
1st
and
so
we'll
just
need
a
new
certificate
and
then
we'll
need
the
certificate
holder
updated
to
just
have
the
city
of
Boise.
So
the
city
of
Boise
should
have
its
own
Certificate
of
Insurance,
and
then
the
Grove
should
have
its
separate
Certificate
of
Insurance
as
well.
But
I
sent
you
an
email.
N
B
I
think
a
lot
of
that
has
to
do
with
just
being
on
the
Grove
and
what
a
great
location
that
is
for
this
Market
I
mean
we're
all
big
fans
for
all
kinds
of
different
reasons.
You've
done
a
great
job
of
figuring
out
the
footprint,
the
access.
B
You
know,
making
sure
that,
as
Sierra
said
it's
great
for
folks
who
navigate
with
disabilities
so
really
excited
to
have
it
on
the
Grove
again
this
year
and
whenever
you
come
in
I'm
very
happy
because
it
means
spring
is
right
around
the
corner:
you're
like
a
Harbinger,
a
harbinger
of
good
weather.
So
thank
you
so
much.
M
Q
This
is
Natasha
nice
to
see
you.
Thank
you
so
much
for
the
presentation
and
looks
like
you
have
been
in
contact
with
us.
So
I
do
not
have
any
questions
for
you
currently.
Thank
you.
So
much.
N
B
All
right,
it
looks
like
we
have
just
a
few
events,
not
right
around
the
corner,
but
close
enough
and
tree
fort's
kind
of
a
big
one,
so
we'd
love
to
hear
where
people
are
with
sign
offs.
B
This
first
is
the
St
Patrick's
Day
run
looks
like
we
have
risk
management,
Public
Works
in
Central,
District
Health
is
anybody
waiting
on
any
information
from
the
St
Patrick's
Day
run
to
sign
off?
No,
you
just
haven't,
like
pressed
the
button.
I.
B
Foiled
again,
all
right
so
treefort.
B
And
Boise
Brewing
tree
fort
venue.
What
are
our
folks
waiting
on
stuff
from
either
of
those
event,
organizers,
I
know
we
have
a
couple
of
weeks
until
that's
happening
but
like
to
make
sure
that
that
one's
pretty
well
buttoned
up
in
advance.
So
if
there's
anything
you
know
Kelly
help
with
in
terms
of
reaching
out
to
event
organizers
or
summer
I,
don't
know
if
you're
dialed
in
you're
good
with
them
coming
yesterday.
I
I
know
Boise:
fire
is
waiting
on
a
special
event
permit
and
a
temp
permit
from
tree
Ford
for
the
Greyhound
bus
station
off
of
Bannock.
There
I
hadn't
looked,
you
know
within
the
last
couple
days,
so
it
might
have
come
in,
but
okay,
so
we'll
follow
up
with
them.
Okay,.
F
Tba
is
also
waiting
for
neighbor
notifications
now
that
they're
closing
a
section
of
broad
I
believe
in
Bodo
and
then
the
new
Cyclops
location
as
well
off
of
8th
in
Freak
Alley.
So.
D
B
C
So
the
Greyhound
one
is
that
all
going
to
be
on
private
property
or
I
know
the
Boise
Brewing
is
closing
off
Broad,
but
are
they
closing
any
streets
for
that
Greyhound
thing,
I
didn't
think
they
were
I
just
wanted
to
be
sure.
L
M
C
M
So
I
don't
think
that
they
plan
to
be
in
the
right-of-way.
But
just
if
people
are
waiting
to
get
into
that
venue
or.
M
B
All
right
with
that,
we
will
adjourn
the
public
streaming
of
the
meeting
and
the
actual
business
agenda
Kelly.
We
can
probably
have
Greg
sign
us
off
for
that
and
then
just
casually
I
don't
know
if
we
want
to
bring
it
in
a
little
bit.
Unfortunately,
like
our
folks
online
will
not
be
able
to
enjoy
coffee
and
donuts,
but
we
did
bring
coffee
and
donuts
today
or
the
coffee
should
be
here
in
seven
minutes
or
something
like
that.
B
So
coffee
and
donuts
today,
just
as
a
show
of
appreciation
and
gratitude
for
all
of
the
work
from
all
the
folks
around
this
table
who
just
spend
time
and
energy
and
knowledge
helping
event
organizers
have
the
safest
events
possible.
So
you
all
rock
and
a
donut,
is
a
very,
very
small
token
of
appreciation
for
the
very,
very
big
jobs
that
everyone
does
and
then
Kelly's
in
charge
of
the
rest
of
the
meeting.
