in
organizations
as
far
as
their
the
culture
of
diversity..
Actually
in
inclusion,,
we
obviously
ask
for
reports.,
but
what
you're
describing
is,,
perhaps
the
culture
of
the
organization
is
different
than
perhaps
what
we're
reading
in
a
report..
So
do
you
have
any
suggestions
on
how
we
might.

sara

The

would
like
to
express
our
interest
in

to
have
maria

Commission,

maria's
knowledge,
as
a
commissioner

professional

as
an
architect
has
brought
valuable
thinking
to
our
conversations
as
themoca
moves
forward
with
its
plans
to
anchoring

north

We
feel
maria's.
Continuing

the

will
provide
helpful
continuity

I
I
don't
want
to
necessarily
say
I'm
encouraging
that,
because
we
already
post
one
once
to
get
through
the
grant
season.
and
how
long
can
we
keep
doing
this,
and
you
have
a
forum..
So
it's
perfectly
fine
for
you
to
go
forward.,
but
that
has
happened
more
than
once,.
So
it's
one
to
put
it
out
there.
if
anyone's
interested
in
talking
about
this.

The
way
that
it's
worked

is
that
both

you
to

I've

a

to

do
you
mind
if
I
make
just
2
quick
comments,
you

I
I
I
felt
it
was
a
good..
A
few
of
the
organizations
mentioned
that
they
would,,
at
least
with
the
rehiring
grants
that
they
had
the
funding
to
continue
that
position..
So
I
thought
that
was
a
a
sign
of
optimism
that
these.
B
Maria
cole:
grants
perhaps
help
them
bridge
a
gap
and
bring
folks
on,
and
they,
you
know,
could
rehire.
and
then
and
then
the
second
was
just
on
the
theater
companies.
and
I'm
sorry
it's
going
to
be
a
little
bit
of
a
tangent,,
but
I
think
I
just
know:
there's
a
new

you'll
re

we
I've
actively
gone
out,,
been
seeking
feedback
from
the

the

as
much
as
we

We've
already
voted
on
that
the

for

to
continue
with

I
think
that
will
be.

you're
over
a
year,,
even
though
we've
tried
to
put
in.
okay,
if
it's
about
before,
then,
you'll
have
comments,,
because
I
think
we're
doing
really
well.
so,
you
know,
giving
them
a
5
is
actually
like
the
lowest
score.
that
is
great,
like
they're
doing
really
well..
So
I
would
like
to
bring
it
up,,
because
if
somebody
calls
us
and
says,,
I
really
want
to
approve
my
for.,
but
I
don't
know
what
to
do.
Right..
All,
I
can
say
is
all
the
special

they
said.
F

Office

the
like.,
the
third
one
is
second,
third
extension
request.
Practices
might
be
an
excessive
use
of
commissioner
time.,
so
we
tend
to
we
that
was
like,.
It's
a
covid,
a
hold
over
that..
We
were
getting
so
many
requests.
we're
bringing
it
to
you.,
but
you
see
that
for
the
most
part,
the
extension
requests
are
are
pretty
consistently
valid,
right?,
like
somebody.
oh,.
I
have
a.
they're
the

and
I'm
wondering
this
is
just
a
suggestion
for
your
consideration
and
what
you
recommend
back
to
us..
But
I'm
wondering
if
there's
opportunities
at
our
sort
of
town
hall
type
meetings.
If
we
have
the
pre

get
together

kind
of
hype,
up.

there's
some
in

I

If
anybody
is

if
you

office
of
arts
and

first
of
all,.
The
standing
selection
panel
makes
a
bunch
of
decisions
on
some
of
the
oddball
public
art
projects
that
happen,
and
they
they
get
deep
on.
That.
and
brandon
is
doing
a
great
job
sort
of
bringing
that
group
back
together.,
but
we
do
need
more
members..
We
currently
have
3,
because
one
person
resigned
and
one
person
got
a
fantastic
job.
E
Office
of
arts
and
culture:,
we
we
are
going
to
be
building
that
group
out.
and
so
we're
not
quite
sure
the
timing
yet..
But
it's
something
to
think
about
is,
if
there's
great
people
in
the
community
who
contribute
to
that
type
of
group.,
send
them
brendan's,
way,
and
we'll
start
to
get
together.
Some
some
nominations
in
the
standing
meeting.
now
is
second
tuesday
of
a
month
and
4
to
5
pm.
E
E
E
E
E
Office
of
arts
and
culture:-
sometimes
you
just
want
an
artist
to
come
in
and
great,
get
great
ideas
for
how
to
make
a
project
more
active,,
more
human,,
more
visual.,
and
that's
not
necessarily
rising
to
the
the
very
high
standards
that
we
get
to
public
art..
And
so
we
develop
this
idea
of
urban
design
to
be
a
way
for
construction
project
managers
across
all
departments
and
city.
To
be
able
to
do
that.
E
Office
of
arts
and
culture:
deploy,
artists,
architects,
and
landscape,
architects,
designers,
and
all
sorts
of
different
creative
people
to
improve
the
projects
for
the
community.,
and
so
this
is
an
example
of
that
urban
design
doesn't
come
to
you
like
a
public
art
project
does..
This
is
a
staff
decision..
We
support
other
departments
to
make
good
decisions
about
that.,
but
we'd
slip,
those
in
the
packet
to
make
sure
you're
aware
of
them,,
because
they're
still
really
important
to
the
community
and
the
visual
environment
and
very
valuable.
E
Office
of
arts
and
culture:,
but
they
they're
not
something
that
we
bring
to
the
agenda..
So
if
you
ever
see
an
urban
design
project
in
the
step
updates,,
you
want
more
information..
You
want
to
ask
detailed
questions..
It's
not
only
good
for
you
to
know
good
for
you
to
be
a
good
ambassador
of
the
work
that
we
do.,
but
you're
also
a
check
on
us,
right?.
You
want
to
make
sure
that
the
transparency
is
there..
So
I
always
encourage..
E
K
K
K
Office
of
arts
and
culture:-
and
I
said,
great-
she
didn't
really
know
much
how
much
her
budget
was.
but,.
I
told
her,.
If
you
were
looking
for
artists,,
we
have
a
mural
roster
of
artists,
and
she
went
there.
her
team
selected
3
artists
and
invited
them
to.
hey,.
Are
you
interested
in
creating
a
design
for
these
low
barrier?
Walls?.
K
Office
of
arts
and
culture:,
I
wasn't
really
voting,
but
had
a
meeting
with
her,
her
staff..
We
picked
a
proposal
from
one
of
the
artists,,
so
the
city
is
essentially
buying
this
design
for
about
$3,000
to
then
hire
a
vinyl
company
to
print
the
line
that
will
wrap
the
small
concrete
there.,
that's
a
good..
So
so
it's
it's
again.!
It's
it's
sort!
Of.!
We
want
to
be
active
in
our
community
and
make
sure
that
built
an
environment
is
attractive
and
inclusive..
So
I'm
happy
to
help
with.
K
A
A
K
K
K
Office
of
arts

I
think
we
would,
there,.
There
would
be
some
some
kind
of
why
these
departments
reach
out
to
us
for
like,
hey,.
How
do
you
do
this
sort
of
design,
work,,
you
know.,
and
so
there's
yeah.,
it's
it's
not
as
far
as
you
might
see..
Your
examples
are
maybe
on
the
but
yeah,
there
was..

I
wanted
to

that
I

E
E
E
Office
of

artists
getting

That's
something
we
want
to
encourage..
We
don't
want
to
stand
in
the
way
of
it.
and
and
because
we
have,
there

from
