A
Updates
welcome
to
your
inside
boulder
update,
I'm
jocelyn
navandagno.
We
start
off
today
with
your
kovic
19
update,
boulder
county
health
officials
are
reporting
over
4658
cases
statewide.
That
number
stands
at
over
73
500
cases.
The
county
is
starting
to
see
a
downward
trend
of
new
cases
among
18
to
22
year
old
residents.
A
This
public
health
officials
say
is
a
good
indication
that
the
strategies
they've
implemented
are
starting
to
work.
Boulder
county's,
five-day
average,
is
in
a
downward
trend
as
well
averaging
at
20.8
cases
per
day.
Boulder
county
is
currently
at
the
safe
route
home
phase
level
2..
In
order
for
boulder
county
to
move
to
colorado's
protect
our
neighbor's
face,
positivity
rates
will
need
to
drop.
The
current
positivity
rate
is
in
the
green
zone
at
4.9
percent.
A
Basic
guidelines
such
as
staying
at
home
whenever
you
can
wearing
a
facial
covering
and
keeping
your
distance
from
others
are
still
some
of
the
best
way
to
slow
the
spread.
More
information
is
available
on
the
website.
Seen
on
your
screen,
people
between
the
ages
of
18
to
22
are
currently
under
a
public
health
order
that
prohibits
any
type
of
gathering
the
city
of
boulder,
also
enacted
an
emergency
order
prohibiting
alcohol
sales
after
10
pm.
Both
of
these
orders
are,
in
effect
until
october
8.

the
city
cu
and
boulder
county
realize
this
is
a
challenging
time.
Social
connection
and
sharing
of
experiences
can
help.
These
partners
have
designed
hosts
a
series
of
safe
online
community
conversations
surrounding
covent
18..
The
city
and
its
partners
invited
the
community
to
be
a
part
of
these
virtual
conversations
where
individuals
will
be
able
to
share
their
diverse
experiences
around
kova
19
and
help
align
community
expectations
with
public
health
measures.
A
B
Levels,
we
all
have
different
understandings
around.
What
is
our
personal
responsibility
with
these
public
health
measures
and
that
can
create
conflict
really
in
order
for
us
to
navigate
these
times
and
adapt
as
a
community.
Our
idea
is,
rather
than
being
in
our
own
pockets
of
our
of
the
community,
to
come
together
in
small
groups.
A
The
next
session
is
currently
set
to
take
place
on
october,
7th,

many
others
taking
place
until
mid-october
to
sign
up.
