weather,
with
Colorado
weather
being
unpredictable
and
Boulder,
usually
getting
more
snow
than
neighboring
communities.
It's
important
to
have
a
plan
in
place,
one
of
which
the
city
is
updating.
We.
B
Started
into
a
snow

ice
response
review
project
in
2022
and
we've
wanted
to
assess
the
current
program
and
and
do
some
analysis
of
what
that
program
looked
like
and
and
consider.
Some
changes
is
to
the
program,
purpose
and
goals
to
better
meet
City
service
commitments
and
Community

expectations
before.

The.
D
Downtown
Boulder
is
a
very
successful
downtown
by
by
many
measures,
and
you
know
a
part
of
that
success
is
its
relationship
to
the
community
as
the
community
is
changing
and
as
the
needs
of
the
community
are
changing
frankly,
I
think
really
looking
at
how
do
we
engage
with
the
community
to
understand
how
downtown
is
relevant
to
make
sure
that
downtown
has
relevance
to
everybody
who
comes
down
here?
The.
A
Plan
was
created
in
partnership
with
the
city
of
Boulder
and
other
Community
Partners.
The
vision
plan
tells
a
story
of
the
community's
desired
future
of
downtown
Boulder,
while
focusing
on
inclusion,
Equity,
economic
vibrancy
infrastructure
programming
and
the
relationship
to
a
larger
City
and
region
enduring
significant
change
and
evolution.
The.
D
Work's
not
done
I
feel
like
we
have
a
really
good
launch
pad
to
to
keep
moving
on,
but
we're
also
going
to
keep
keep
tweaking
it
and
keep
making
it
more
relevant
and
more
exciting
for
more
people.
