the
city
council
of
returning
adopted
the
2023
budget.
The
budget
reflects
the
post-pandemic
challenges
in
the
community
and
promotes
investments
in
compassionate
and
equitable
services,
while
maintaining
and
improving
central
city
services.
The
recommended
budget
for
the
city
of
Boulder
for
2023
is
more
than
half
a
billion
dollars,
which
includes
an
operating
budget
of
$354.2
million
and
a
capital
budget
of
159.3
million
dollars.
The
budget
of
the
fund,

Overall,
is
$188
million.

increase

to
the
2022
approved
budget.
The
year-over-year
increase
is
due
to
