as
mayor

Our
nation's
history,
the
federal
government,
has,
from
time
to
time,
stepped
up
two
major
environmental
crises,
whether
it's
the
Dust
Bowl,
whether
it
was
the
burning
of
the
Kyoto
Goga
River,
whether
it's
a
hole
in
the
ozone
we
have
done
it
before.
We
need
to
do
it
again.
It's
really
time
for
federal
action
to
help
harness
our
country's
innovation
and
address
this
existential
crisis,
we're
doing
matters.

The
city
of
Boulder
is
set
to
hold
a
public
hearing
regarding
fibre
broadband
backbone
financing.
The
estimated
cost
of
this
infrastructure
project
is
20
million
dollars.
If
approved,
this
project
required
underground
construction
work
in
and
across
the
city.
In
2020

2021

City
sees
this
asset
as
kind
of
critical
infrastructure,
in
the
same
way
that
water
is
critical
and
roads
are
critical
and
parks
are
critical
that
without
this
fiber,
you
know
we're
missing
an
essential
element
of
what
the
future
city
looks
like.
This
will
have
many
advantages
to
our
community
and
to
our
municipal
operations,
at
least
in
the
short
term.

Crew
is
a
model
where
we
respond
to
a
patient,
that's
in
cardiac
arrest
or
near
cardiac
arrest,
and
we
just
like
a
name,
decroux
or
NASCAR
crew
would
swarm
a
car
to
get
it
taken
care
of
quickly.
We
do
that
with
a
patient,
so
everyone
has
an
assigned
role.
Everyone
knows
what
they're
gonna
do
and
that
creates
efficiency.

We
get
to
a
scene,
we
know
who's
responsible
for
chest,
compressions
for
airway,
for
the
AED
and
that
second
engine
crew.
The
officer
has,
is
talking
to
the
family
of
kind
of
explaining.
What's
going
on,
trying
to
get
information
rather
than
showing
up
on
scene
and
trying
to
figure
out
who's
doing
what
we
know
before
the
call
comes
in
of
what
we're
gonna
do
so.
