city

Boulder,
along
with
other
community
partners,
celebrated
the
second
annual
Butters
Day
of
Remembrance
this
week
to
commemorate
the
two-year
anniversary
of
the
tragic
mass
shooting
that
claimed
10
lives,
including
a
Boulder
police
officer,
the
day
of
remembrance
event
honored
the
victims
of
the
tragedy
and
offered
support
to
those
affected.
The
event
also
served
as
the
recognized
community
to
the
collective
stretch
and
demonstrate
their
residency
through
art
and
music.

Dozens
gathered
at
the
event,
the
Remembrance
Day
event
included
comments
from
the
governor
gerpoles,
the
mayor,
E
Ren,
Brockett,
City,
Manager,
Nuria,
Rivera
and
family
members
of
the
victims
of
the
March
22.
Shooting
also
invite
those
experiencing
trauma
related
to
the
tragedy
to
visit
the
Poolderstruck
Resource
Center,
located
at

the
city's
pavement
management
program
to
maintain

mile
street
system
in
safe
condition.
This
year,
with

to
back
snow
storms,
the
city
didn't
have
as
much
time
between
snow
storms
to
fill
potholes
as
they
normally
do.
This
means
there
are
more
potholes
than
usual.
The
city
at
this
time
of
year
encourages
community
members
to
report
potholes
on
fire

new
composting
rules.
