Are
some
challenges
associated
with
recruiting
people
to
boulder
on
things
that
we
as
an
organization
the
boulder
chamber
and
the
boulder
Economic
Council
need
to
address
transportation
is
in
particular
one,
and
so
it's
a
challenge
to
us
to
work
with
the
local
community
with
our
government
leadership,
as
well
as
the
business
community,
to
come
up
with
some
creative
solutions
around
transporting
some
of
the
folks
who
commute
into
boulder
in
a
more
convenient
way.
A
keynote.

Not
always
about
you
know
the
perks
of
what
you
offer
it's
not
about.
You
know
whether
you're
going
to
offer
them
food
everyday
or
not.
It
really
is
about
what
the
company
stands
for
part
of
their
values.
What
their
mission
is
and
how
you
tie
people
into
the
organ
is
how
you're
going
to
develop
their
careers
for.

We
have,
you
know
complete
nutter,
enthusiasm
and
really
a
lot
of
effort
to
make
this
a
good
event,
and
the
city
of
Boulder
supports
our
ability
to
conduct
a
proper
memorial
day
ceremony,
and
that
means
a
lot
to
us
to
a
lot
of
the
Marines
would
have
a
hard
time
talking
about
memorial
day,
because
it
is
it's
it's
a
very
emotional
day,
so
to
be
able
to
physically
go
out
and
do
something
along
with
this,
the
support
of
the
community.
It
really
means
a
lot
really
does.
B
H
Going
to
set
up
some
mock
crime
scene
so
I'll
actually
get
out,
get
dirty,
get
their
hands
on
things,
see
what
it's
like
to
actually
process
a
crime
scene
they're
going
to
see
what
it's
like
to
have
to
write
a
report
take
some
of
the
glamour
out,
but
they're
also
going
to
get
to
present
those
reports
in
a
courtroom.
They're
going
to
go
up
to
the
DA's
office,
see
kind
of
what
the
final
product
is,
that
a
boat,
a
police
officer
will
take
to
court.

We

cool

what
bolder

the

no
one's
heard
of

how
much

he's
been.
Putting

our
sister
cities
and
I
thought.
If
I'm
going
to
tell
any
story,
I
should
start
with
a
local
story
that
has
a
huge
impact
