Shift
that
we've
seen
over
the
last
three
years
is
that
we've
been
able
to
assist
a
huge
proportion
of
the
individuals
who
have
been
homeless
in
our
community
for
a
long
time.
However,
as
that
occurs,
there's
been
a
shift
to
more
individuals
who
are
homeless
in
our
community,
who
haven't
been
here
longer
than
six
months.
