truly
a

both
engages

The
past
five
years,
Boulder
housing
partners
been
working
to
design
and
develop
and
line
up
the
financing
for
this
project.
The
city
has
been
pretty
pleased
to
be
able
to
support
that
with
significant
investment
totaling
about
3
million
dollars
now
and
has
enabled
the
creation
of
what
we
believe
will
be
something
that's
very
attractive
and
needed
in

about
the
fact
that
this
particular

also
going
to
address
some
other

those
are

efficiency,
there's
going
to
be
a
100

solar
array
that
will
be
on
the
roof
of
the
building
and
the
carports,
which
will
help
