Boulder
I'm,
Jocelyn
Daniel
in
December
of
2015,
the
city
purchased
a
nearly
nine
acre
site,
formerly
known
as
Boulder
Community
Health.
Since
then,
city
staff
have
been
working
closely
with
residents
on
the
future
of
the
site.
After
years
of
community
engagement
and
purple
strip
staff,
City
Council
made
a
final
decision
on
the
Alpine
bossom
site
during
the
October
first
council
meeting
since
the
purchase
of
the
nearly
nine
acre
site
at
Alpine
balsam
in
2015,
there
has
been
a
robust
engagement
process.

Implementation
will
start
immediately
and
you
may
notice
if
you
drive
past
the
site,
you'll
see
the
construction,
fencing
and
the
mural
art
is
up
around
the
site,
but
we
foresee
at
least
a
couple
of
years
of
work
in
implementation
throughout
that
time
and
the
community
will
have
opportunities
to
engage
during
that
period.
