cases,
boulder
county
is
now
at
a
level
orange
high
risk
on
the
state
dial,
a
less
restrictive
level.
This
means
that
gathering
in
capacity
are

slightly
for
individuals
and
businesses.

dining
will
also
have
a
25
capacity
which
is
not
to
exceed
50
people
per
room
with
face
coverings
and
social
distance
of
6
feet.
Outdoor
dining
tables
will
be
6
feet.
Apart
with
up
to
10
people
with
face
coverings
and
social
distancing
as
well
of
6
feet
for
the
city
of
boulder,
the
following
service
changes
will
go
into
effect
starting
monday
january
11th
capacity
at
the
main
library
will
increase
and
access
to
the
second
floor.

Public
computers
will
be
available
starting
tuesday
january
19th,
for
the
city's
recreation
centers
capacities
will
increase
to
25
percent
or
less
currently.
Operating
services
will
be
modified
in
schedule,
format
or
capacity.
The
city
of
boulder
commence
community
members
for
their
vigilance
in
following
public
health
protocols,
which
has
helped
reduce
the
number
of
covey
19
cases.
At
the
same
time,
the
city
would
like
to
encourage
community
members
to
continue
doing
their
part.

last
month,
governor
polis
announced
some
changes
to
the
covet
19
vaccination
prioritization
for
colorado,
adding
more
individuals
to
priority
levels
in
phase
one.
The
change
in
prioritization
increases
the
number
of
people
eligible
to
receive
the
vaccine
in
the
first
phase,
but
does
not
include
an
increase
in
the
supply
of
the
vaccine,
because
vaccine
supply
continues
to
be
limited.
It
will
be
many
months
before
all
individuals
in
phase
1
have
the
opportunity
to
receive
the
vaccine.

now
eligible
to
receive
the
vaccine
in
phase
one
include
frontline
essential
workers
in
education,
food
and
agriculture,
public
transit,
frontline
journalists,
among
others,
residents
who
would
like
to
get
notified
about
where
and
when
to
get
the
vaccine
when
it
becomes
available
for
their
priority
group
or
invited
to
complete
the
coven
19
vaccine
notification
sign
up
on
the
website.

The
community
events
are
meant
to
inspire
us
all
to
take
positive
action
in
support
of
social
justice
and
equality.
The
events
will
kick
off
on
saturday
january
16th
and
will
continue
through
the
18th.
The
events
are
organized
by
committee
partners
and
the
city
and
are
sponsored
by
the
city's
human
relations
commission
and
the
boulder
arts
commission.

year,
events
will
be
held
virtually
and
include
the
16th
annual,
dr
martin
luther
king
jr,
boulder
county
community
celebration
presented
by
the
first
congregational
church
and
the
naacp
of
boulder
county.

events

free
and
open
to
the
public
for
a

city
of
boulder
is
looking
to
fill
33
openings
on
15
boards
and
commissions
that
focus
on
housing,
open
space,
the
environment
and
more
boards
and
commissions
allow
residents
to
engage
in
issues
that
affect
public
policy
while
providing
guidance
to
city
council.
There
are
a
total
of
15
boards
and
commissions
residents
interested
in
serving
may
apply
to
up
to
three
boards
or
commissions
council
will
then
conduct
interviews
to
possible
candidates
once
they
vote
new
board
members
will
be
appointed
at
a
public
meeting
to
apply
and
see
the
vacant
positions
available.
