Boulder
I'm,
Jocelyn,
Evan,
Daniel,
the
National
Association
of
city
transportation
officials,
designing
cities
conference
brings
together
one
thousand
officials,
planners
and
practitioners
to
advance
this
state
of
Transportation
in
cities.
This
year,
Denver
hosted
the
conference
and
attendees
made
a
pit
stop
in
Boulder
check
it

The
National
Association
of
city,
transportation,
officials
or
nacto
is
an
association
of
96
major
North,
American
cities
and
Transit
agencies.
That
collaboratively
addresses
Transportation
issues,
exchanging
ideas
and
best
practices
and.
B
A
A
B
Is
considered
to
be
a
gold
Community,
bicycle
friendly
community,
and
we
have
wonderful
facilities
here
and
it's
great
to
be
able
to
share
some
of
the
I'll
call
it
how
the
process
has
happened
to
get
this,
get
these
facilities
put
in
Boulders.
A
B
The
tours
are
fun
and
they
also
people
can
get
really
good
into
the
weeds.
Why
did
you
not
put
a
bulb
out
there
why
you
know
what's
wrong
with
doing
this
crosswalk
here,
and
so
it's
super
fun
to
be
able
to
talk
about
that
and
have
learned
lessons
you
know
from
around
the
country
on
the
boulder
side
and
also
share
the
wonderful
work
we
do
here.
A
C
Our
future-
and
we
all
know
that,
there's
a
crisis
going
on
with
our
Water
Resources.
So
it's
really
important
that
we
catch
these
youngsters,
while
they're
eager
to
learn
and
really
are
excited
about
what
impact
they
can
have
so
the
for
example,
this
classrooms
for
climate
action.
All
the
kids
in
this
particular
group,
or
this
exercise,
they're
writing
postcards
to
the
school
districts
to
talk
to
them
about
water
conservation
and
the
use
of
native
and
Native
perennials
and
Native
grasses,
and
how
they
can
really
support
our
diminishing
and
depleting
water
needs.
A
And
even
though
learning
how
to
use
water
on
our
own
can
be
beneficial
learning,
any
group
is
even
better.
It's
no
secret
that
Boulder
is
home
to
some
of
the
most
Innovative
businesses
and
non-profits
in
the
nation,
many
of
them
eager
to
collaborate
and
support
the
community.

is

Didn't
bother
us
to
to
want
to
work
with
the
city
and
in
hindsight,
working
with
the
city
has
just
been.
It's
been
a
great
experience.
They've
been
an
awesome
partner
for
us

and
for
them
as
landlords
I
couldn't
ask
for
a
better
landlord.
