Welcome

for
all
things:
Boulder
I'm,
Jocelyn,
Navan,
Daniel,
Boulder,
fire
rescue
is
making
history
in
Colorado
by
purchasing
the
state's
very
first
electric
fire
engine.
This
purchase
will
not
only
reduce
emissions
but
also
improve
occupational
safety
for
firefighters,
making
it
a
win-win
for
the
city
of
Boulder

So.
B
City
of
Boulder
a
couple
months
ago,
was
tasked
with
looking
at
the
potential
of
bringing
a
hybrid
electric
engine
to
the
city
through
a
lot
of
research
and
development.
We
we
looked
at
infrastructure,
we
looked
at
the
capability
of
the
truck
and,
as
you
guys
know,
we
ended
up
with
a
rosenbauer
RTX.
The.
A
B
We
turn
this
new
RTX
on
and
go
to
to
operate
it
as
it's
pulling
out
and
and
backing
back
into
the
station.
There
are
no
emissions
that
is,
is
going
to
reduce
our
carcinogen
load,
as
some
of
you
might
be
aware
of.
Firefighters
do
have
a
higher
rate
of
cancer,
and
so
we
are,
we
are
trying
every
Avenue
to
reduce
that
that
carcinogen
load.
This
is
one
way
we're
able
to
reduce
that.
B
We
buy
fire
engines
to
serve
the
delivery,
need
the
pump
capacity,
the
equipment
storage
with
this
one
we're
we're
starting
to
also
incorporate
that
occupational
health
support
to
our
firefighters.
It's
going
to
be
a
better
space
where
we
can.
We
can
hopefully
meet
the
the
needs
of
our
firefighters
in
a
placement
of
equipment
on
a
on
an
easier
to
grab
level.
Ultimately,
I
think
that
will
benefit
our
customers.
The.
A
B
We're
going
to
be
meeting
with
rosenbauer
and
speccing
out
where
every
tool
goes
where
we
want
our
hose
discharges
and
that
it'll
can
be
manufactured
in
Lin's,
Austria
and
then
shipped
to
us.
Here
in
Boulder
sometime
in
18
to
22
months
to.
