A
Welcome
to
inside
builder
news,
I'm,
Ashley
Pro
new
universal
waste
requirements
take
effect
this
year
for
Boulder
homeowners,
property
owners,
businesses
and
special
events.
The
city
offers
freeze
your
waist
advising
and
rebates
to
businesses
and
property
owners
to
help
them
comply
with
the
new
requirements.
So.
B
Whether
that's
setting
up
recycling
and
compost
service
moving
to
the
next
level
and
getting
hard
to
recycle,
set
up-
and
maybe
food
donations
as
well
a
lot
of
businesses
think
it's
super
helpful.
They're
excited
about
recycling
and
composting
generally
will
go
into
a
business
to
help
advise
them
and
they're
like.
We
should
have
been
doing
this
a
long
time
ago.
It's
really
easy.
C
Full
cycle
is
a
full-service
bike
shop.
It's
been
in
business
in
Boulder
since
1982
we're
the
oldest
bike
shop
in
Boulder
and
continuous
operation.
It's
really
not
been
difficult
at
all.
The
most
challenging
thing
is
just
explaining
to
people
what
the
bins
are
for
and
making
sure
that
everybody
knows
the
difference
between
compost,
recycling
and
throw
away
trash.
Anyone.
D
Burgers
beer
and
atmosphere
I
think
we
have
kind
of
turned
into
the
community
pub
of
sorts
it's
kind
of
like
you
know.
When
you
have
to
do
your
laundry,
it
becomes
more
it's
more
of
a
pain
of
by
thinking
about
it
once
you
actually
get
into
it.
It's
not
very
hard
everything
we
have
in
house.
We
that
can
recycle.
We
we
do
recycle.
We
have
a
recycling
bin
out
back.
We
have
a
recycling
bin
in
our
our
kitchen
up
front.
We
are
pretty
tight
on
space.
D
We
don't
have
like
a
three
bin
system
by
any
means
we
we
recycled
by
putting
our
recycling
in
a
bus
tub
and
then
bringing
it
out
when
it
gets
full
throughout
the
shift,
all
of
our
food
and
napkins
and
wax
paper
and
everything
I've
used
on
the
floor.
I
should
compost.
So
almost
everything
that
we're
putting
in
the
landfill
currently
will
be
compostable
within
the
month.
D
We
just
have
to
get
the
get
the
trash
bins
in
and
get
our
compost
bin
out
back
and
then
I
think
it's
more
just
going
to
be
some
growing
pains
when
it
first
comes
in
and
making
sure
that
we're
not
contaminating
the
compost
living
in
boulder
most
people
are
around.
Here
are
very
accepting
of
compost,
so
our
staff
is
pretty
excited
and
I
think
it's
been
a
long
time
coming.
We.

A
full-scale
training
exercise
involving
more
than
25
agencies
and
more
than
300
participants
took
place
in
Boulder.
The
exercise
was
designed
to
simulate
all
elements
of
a

incident
from
the
initial
response
to

F
Any
event
in
the
region
is
as
much
a
boulder
city
of
Boulder
event
as
it
is
a
regional
event.
We
learned
that
in
the
floods
in
2013,
where
we're
not
in
a
bubble
and
a
lot
of
these
agencies,
even
on
smaller
events,
we
work
with
routinely.
So
this
is
a
way
to
get
everybody
involved
and
make
sure
that
we
can
communicate
and
talk.
E
E
We
did
because
we
were
having
very
large
real
scale
events
and
we
were
doing
the
after-action
and
improvement
planning
process
after
those
events
really
learning
from
the
event
and
then
making
big
changes
in
the
way
that
we
manage
disasters
here
in
the
boulder
county
and
city
of
Boulder.
It's
been
really
since
2013
good
three
years
going
on
for
years,
since
you've
had
to
actually
use
this
full
capability
and
the
drill
today
or
the
exercise
today
is
actually
testing
all
the
components
of
our
disaster
response.
This
time
for.

Last
weekend,
the
city
of
boulders,
open
space,
mountain
parks,
department,
proudly
celebrated
the
release
of
a
brand-new
guidebook,
Boulder
Oh,
SMP,
accessible
trails
and
sites
is
a
39
page
guide
book
that
provides
details
on
30
city
trails,
where
visitors
experiencing
disabilities
can
enjoy
nature.
Oh
SMP
outreach
coordinator,
Topher
downham,
has
been
working
on
creating
the
guidebook
since
2012.
It's.
G
Most
of
the
trails
are
crusher
fun
trails,
like
kind
of
hard
packed
real
small
gravel,
pretty
easy
to
rely
on
with
a
wheelchair
or
some
other
mobility
device
I.
But
some
are
you
get
a
mountain
experience
like
on
the
youth
trail.
You
can
actually
see
the
all
the
peaks
in
the
background
up
there,
real
beautiful
ponderosa
pine
floors,
whereas
down
here
you're
more
in
the
riparian
area.
Next
to
a
creek,
you
can
hear
the
stream
in
the
background,
pretty
peaceful,
few
birds,
chirping,
so
all
sorts
of
different
experiences.
G
We
try
to
kind
of
segments
each
descriptions
of
eaten,
find
information,
real
quick,
but
we
have
like
how
to
get
there
a
little
map,
things
that
are
available
at
each
of
the
trailheads
bathrooms,
etc.
We
talk
about
the
culture
and
history,
so
that
was
actually
really
interesting.
Doing
the
research
on
that.
We
also
focus
on
the
hard
spots
there's
a
little
section.
That
tells
you
exactly
what
you're
going
to
have
a
hard
time
with
like
cross
slip.
It's
a
less
than
five
percent.
Typically
like
maybe
two
percent
makes
it
a
lot
easier.
