year

events
in
the
nation.

housing
community,

officially
started.

June
will
be
filled
with
over
50
events
celebrating
walking
and
biking
in
the
city
of
Boulder,
from
family-friendly
rights
to
a
mobility
for
all
event.
Kickoff
begins
on
Sunday
June
3rd
boulders
walking
bike
month.
First
began
as
a
single
day
of
bicycling
events
in
1977.
Now,
42
years
later,
it
has
grown
into
a
month-long
celebration
and
is
among
the
largest
events
of
its
kind
in
the
nation.

Bike
month
includes
a
diverse
list
of
more
than
50
free
events,
including
mountain
bike,
rides
running
activities,
scavenger
hunts
and,
of
course,
its
main
event
like
to
Work
Day
on
June
27th,
which
will
feature
breakfast
stations
all
around
the
city
serving
free
food
and
drinks
to
participants.

There

Boulder
housing
partners
recently
opened
their
newest,
affordable
residential
community
Paulo
Park
now
forms
part
of
the
fourteen
hundred
units
of
the
affordable
housing
program.

Movin
began
early
last
month
and
all
units
are
now
fully
leased
for
this
new
power
resident
moving
into
the
community
was
a
chance
to
cupholder
home
once
again
for
kelly,
who
once
lived
in
Boulder
over
20
years
ago.
Moving
to
the
palo
neighborhood
was
a
chance
to
not
only
call
Boulder
home
once
again,
but
to
give
her
children
a
better
education.

The
transportation
Advisory
Board
recommends
the
city
to
move
forward
with
the
project
staff
anticipates
construction
happening
in
mid
to
late
summer
for
more
information.

kicked
off
their
annual
summer
reading
program
aimed
at
children.
The
program
keeps
kids
reading
throughout
the
whole
summer,
preventing
that
Summer
Slide
read
exciting
books,
climbing
a
bouldering
bus
dig
for
dinosaurs
and
see
what
it's
like
to
be
inside.
An
orchestra
summer
of
discovery
is
the
library's
new
theme
and
there
will
be
plenty
to
explore.

library
is
offering
programs
for
pre
readers
readers
and,
for
the
first
time
ever
adults
from
now
until
July,
31st
kids
will
get
the
opportunity
to
receive
prizes
and
participate
in
hands-on
programming,
while
still
getting
the
chance
to
dive
into
the
wonderful
world
of
reading.
Adults
will
also
get
the
chance
to
win
a
downtown
Boulder
gift
card
register
for
summer
of
discovery
at
any
Boulder
public
library
or
register
online
at
Boulder
Library
org.
