And
with
kovid
it's
been
we're
like
many
restaurants
and
that
it's
been
a
big
blow
to
us.
You
know
breaking
even
is
a
good
week
and
we're
not
quite
sure,
what's
going
to
happen
for
the
winter
and
we're
looking
forward
to
getting
through
this.
A
The
city
of
boulder
continues
to
support
small
businesses
in
town
in
multiple
ways
through
small
business
grants,
street
closures
and
curbside
pickup
zones
among
others.
In
october,
the
city
announced
that
it
was
extending
its
boulder
business
recovery
program
through
the
winter.
Part
of
this
includes
the
introduction
of
the
subsidized
third
party
delivery
program,
which
is
set
to
roll
out
this
month.
B
A
Many
restaurants
hesitate
to
pass
these
delivery
fees
along
to
customers
out
of
concerns
that
doing
so
will
decrease
business
through
this
method,
the
program
called
restaurant,
safe,
ordering
service
subsidy
will
use.
A
portion
of
the
city's
cares
act,
funding
to
subsidize
100
of
the
cost
of
delivery
services
to
restaurants,.

A
Boulder
is
home
to
dozens
of
festivals
each
year,
but
few
bring
participants
together
from
around
the
world
like
the
zija
port
literature
festival,
which
is
described
as
the
greatest
literary
show
on
earth.
This
is
the
festival
sixth
time
returning
to
boulder
this
year.
However,
the
festival
is
going
virtual,
though
virtual
the
event
will
still
feature
dozens
of
speakers,
thinkers,
creatives
and
doers
from
across
the
globe.
Featured
speakers
include
author
jan
martel,
best
known
for
his
award-winning
novel
life
of
pie,
award-winning
artist
activist
and
educator
susie
q
smith.
A
Among
many
more,
the
jaipur
literature
festival
will
take
place
from
november
8th
to
the
18th.
The
event
is
free,
but
people
must
register
for
the
event.
After
registering,
participants
can
watch
live
from
their
comfort
of
their
own
home
or
check
out
their
recording
at
a
later
time,
at
their
own
pace,
to
register
and
see
the
full
event
program
as
well
as
