Hi welcome back to another episode of our two minute workout for inside boulder, we're here with chris hedman, a personal trainer at the recreation, centers who's teaching, patrick how to do uh sports conditioning so chris. What are we doing today see we have some weights.

Where are we starting? We do we're going to do body weight exercises, and this is for sports conditioning whether it be getting ready for skiing in the winter or you want to do some extra prep for recycling in the uh spring. Okay, so we'll start our setup, we're going to go into a a standard, lunge position, we'll start with a nice upright position head is forward. Chest is out, shoulders are back and down and we're going to do a reverse lunge. So a nice big step back with your right leg left knees over that left.

Foot. Keep that nice upright position and one trick to keep a nice upright position is cross your arms in front. This will give you nice, equal weighting between your front and back foot.

From this setup, we can go down into a pulse bending that back knee and then back up down and up down and up that's great. This is working our quads, our glutes.

It feels just like shooting mobiles honestly: it's amazing, okay,.

And for added added intensity: let's do our reverse lunge arms out to the side we're going to add in some bicep curls. So as we go into that press, we'll we'll go down and then curl up down so now.

We're getting not only our lower body.

Workout but upper body as well.

Okay, we can really feel this in the back and then your.

Thighs yeah, so a nice set of ten on one on one leg, and then we can step forward. Okay,.

Let's step forward step forward.

Step reverse step with the back leg: okay and this time we're going to keep our arms up to our shoulders and, as we come down press up overhead great shoulder work, that's.
