we
starting?
We

skiing

prep

so
we'll
start
our
setup,
we're
going
to
go
into
a
a
standard,
lunge
position,
we'll
start
with
a
nice
upright
position
head
is
forward.
Chest
is
out,
shoulders
are
back
and
down
and
we're
going
to
do
a
reverse
lunge.
So
a
nice
big
step
back
with
your
right
leg
left
knees
over
that
left.
