Hi welcome back to the show we're here for another one of our two minute: workouts at the North Boulder recreation center and today we're here with Swiss ball program coordinator, kathleen murphy is going to be showing us showing Patrick how to be using the Swiss ball to get some exercise.

So the Swiss ball was developed in 1965 by a group of physical therapists in Switzerland and they used it for therapy with children who have disabilities.
So it's used more as a therapeutic tool, rather than say football, which is more of an aerobic tech tool.

So let's start out making sure that you are at a right angle on the.

So that would be the type of work that we would do to start out the session just to get you warmed up.
