One
of
the
main
things
that
we
teach
the
kids
is
serving
setting
and
then
bumping
the
ball.
We
teach
us
at
the
youth
class
level,
the
adult
class
level
and
then
they'll
use
that
into
their
adult
leagues
as
well,
playing
through
the
city.
So
the
first
thing
I'll
teach
is
the
serve
and
we'll
all
want
to
do
with
that
is
I'll
grab
the
ball.
Put
it
in
front
of
my
head
and
I'll
hit
with
my
open
hand,
that's
for
control,
so
the
ball
doesn't
go
bouncing
off
and
in
any
different
directions.

Okay,
so
the
next
thing
that
will
teach
them,
then
it's
going
to
be
the
bump,
and
so
that
will
be
sort
of
a
defensive
play
on
a
spike
or
a
pass.
So
what
I
want
to
do
is
get
my
hands
together,
thumbs
together
and
one
hit
the
ball
with
the
inside
of
my
forearms.
So
it
keeps
the
ball
under
control
again.
