O
O
O
O
O
O
O
O
O
O
O
O
O
O
O
Cob,
kathleen
king:
we've
also
found
that
some
of
the
more
traditional
industrial
type
tenants
in
the
area
have
migrated
to
newer
buildings
and
other
locations
or
other
cities
and
that
office
in
flux.
Tenants,
like
researcher
tech
companies,
have
moved
in
and
repurpose
some
of
those
industrial
spaces.
O
O
O
O
Cob,
kathleen
king:,
so
we
last
met
with
both
of
these
boards.
This
past
fall
to
look
at
some
potential
changes
and
talk
about
modeling
projections
and
scenario.
Testing.
O
O
O
O
O
O
O
O
O
O
Cob,
kathleen
king:.
We
also
heard
that
people
want
to
see
housing
in
mixed
in
with
other
uses.
So
the
idea
of
15
minute
neighborhoods
in
east
builder
is
widely
supported.
There
was
really
very
little
interest
in
dedicating
an
area
to
residential
only
uses
people
want
to
provide
a
mix,.
I
think,
because.
O
O
Cob,
kathleen
king:
right
now
we're
limited
in
what
we
can
offer
for
residents
here,,
since
they
are
outside
the
city,.
But
residents
of
this
area
have
been
really
willing
to
participate
throughout
this
process
and
staff
is
looking
for
ways
to
create
a
win,
win
situation
for
the
property
owner
and
the
residents.
O
O
O
O
O
O
O
O
O
O
O
Cob,
kathleen
king:
to
boulder
from
the
east
there's
some
concern
that
this
traffic
could
increase
as
redevelopment
happens
and
then
and,.
Similarly,
to
some
of
the
feedback
we've
received
on
housing,
community
members
really
support
the
idea
of
15
minute
neighborhoods
as
as
a
way
to
help
reduce
trips.
O
O
O
O
O
O
O
O
O
O
O
O
Cob,
kathleen
king:,
so
we've
taken
those
general
concepts
and
built
a
draft
land
use
plan
for
your
feedback,
and
there
are
eight
areas
of
change
identified.
Gene
sansone
and
I
are
going
to
talk
through
the
land,
use,
changes
being
proposed
and
look
at
what
the
tmp
currently
includes
for
these
areas.
O
P
P
P
P
P
P
Cob,
jean
sanson:,
I
will
say
one
thing,
I'm
just
because
we
didn't
include
it
in
the
plan
bike
and
pet
improvement
map,
but
55th
street
is
identified
in
our
transportation
master
plan
as
part
of
the
low
stress
bike
network
for
a
protected
bicycle
facility.
So
that's
what
I
have
to
say
about
this
area.
O
O
O
P
O
O
P
P
Cob,
jean
sanson:,
so
so
again,
starting
to
the
left
and
we're
looking
at
plan
bike
and
pedestrian
improvements
in
this
area,.
Some
of
the
orange
is
denoting
where
we
would
want
to
see.
P
P
P
P
O
O
O
P
P
P
P
O
O
O
O
O
P
P
O
O
O
O
O
O
O
Cob,
kathleen
king:.
This
draft
concept
plan
begin
creating
that
connections
plan
to
build
off
of
the
tmp
and
help
us
really
define
what
a
mixed
use.
Industrial
neighborhood
looks
like
what
that
feels
like,
and
how
people
and
vehicles
move
around
it.
So
I'm
going
to
stop
the
share
and
turn
it
back
over
to.
B
B
B
Cob,
jean
gatza
(she/her):,
quick
responses
on
those
so
that
we
can
go
around
and
capture
those
quickly
once
the
questions
are
over.
So
with
that,
you
guys
don't
have
the
raise
hand
function,.
So
if
you
want
to
just
let
us
know
where
you
know
wave
at
unless
you've
got
a
clarifying
question
and
I'll
try
to
keep
track.
D

O
O
O
O

O
O

C
Pb,
lisa

so
my
question
is
kind
of
off
of
the
industrial
as
well,
and
it's
actually
a
question.
That.
C
C
C
O
O
O
C

C
Q
Pb,
sarah
silver:,
so
my
question
is
actually
about
the
projected
jobs,.
All
three
of
the
concept
plans
that
were
present
or
concepts
that
were
presented
have
30,000.
O
E
Tab,
mark
mcintyre:,
so
I
want
to
be
educated
or
corrected.
My
understanding
of
os
oh,
is
that
it's
a
confusing
term,.
It
has
no
real
technical
definition.
It's
maybe
aspirational,
but
I'm
surprised
that
we
would
be
going
to
rsvp
to
change
a
designation
on
property
that
is
not
brian
or
is
not
even
city.
On..

the

to
move
as
a

through
the

and
that
kind
of
trail
of
breadcrumbs
of
finding
that
next
thing
and
that's
a
tall
order
in
a
spot
like
this
in
these
places
that
we're
trying
to
make
more
human
scale
that
weren't
designed
that
way.

and
then,
in
terms
of
the
question
around
kind
of
housing,
and
how
do
you
make
it
live
work
play?
I
would
say,
going
vertical,

by
that
I
don't
necessarily
mean
tall.

so
I
really
encourage
that.
We
think
about
those
if
you
really
want
to
focus
on
the
motor
vehicle
side,
but
one
final
thing
on
on
bikes
and
pads.
I

industrial
area,,
but
really
bring
something
new
to
the
city
on
again.
If
you
think
about
potential
places
for
some
of
our
residents
that
could
have
businesses,.
This
is
something
that
really
could
add
to
our
diversity,
as
well,.
So
that's
my
two
points
on
that.

a
really
having
a
diversity
of
forms
and,
and
that's
what
attracts
you
out
of
the
house
without
getting
in
a
car
to
move
about
the
neighborhood
and
makes
you
feel
joyful
as
you
do
it,.
I
really
want
to
make
sarah
happy
by
saying
that
housing
diversity
is
really
important,
as
we
go
into.

I
Pb,

so
I
agree
with
a

of
things

were

the
things
that
I

I'd

make
sure
that
every
last
little
bit
of
that
happens,
but
oftentimes
we
end
up.
Then
then
we've
kind
of
piecemeal.
You
go
along
really
breezy
along
really
nicely
either
walking
or
biking
and
said
along
the
block
that
has
been
developed
and
then
you've
reached
a
point
that
hasn't.

Tab,
robert

trucks
truck
plates
and
stuff
like
that
or
not
they're
shared
micro
mobility,
charging
infrastructure
coming
out
now
from
providers,.
You
can,
you
know
cruise
up
to
them
in
any
small,
we'll
do
vehicle
and
plug
them
in
whether
it's
a
wheelchair
or
a
scooter
or
a
bicycle,
or
what
have
you.

E
Tab,
mark

thank
you,
I'm.
tab,
mark
mcintyre:
john.
I
completely
support
using
canals
old
rails.
I
everything
every
possible
feature
for
additional
dedicated
cycling
facilities,
I'm
in
wholehearted
support
of
that.
So
my
addition
to
this,-
and
I
just
put
a
link
into
the
chat-
I
hope
that's
okay,
to.

I
can
say,
take
the
driver
out
and
make
them
fully
autonomous.
I
think
we're
a
long
way
from
that,,
but
all
the
different
safety
features
that
come
along
with
that.
This
course
is
you
know,,
on
top
of
all
of
the
other
pedestrian
and
cycling,
solutions
that
were
offered
here.
B
B
B
Cob,
jean

(she/her):
of
really
the
importance
of
the

the

the

parts
that
help
people
get
around
to
support
both
the
diversity
of

diversity
of

and
to
create
some
important

in

then
around

it
seems

there's
some
other
data
that
we

what
are
the
actual

Industrial

the

flexible

that
we
can
take

large,
even
in

when
it
would
make

to,
and
so,,
then
you

There
may
be
some
new

for

we're
talking
about
a

there

I'd
