Description
A Public Service Announcement from the City of Boulder Police Department on bicycle safety
A
Boulders,
roads,
sidewalks
and
paths
belong
to
all
of
us.
Sometimes
people
forget
this
pedestrians,
J
walk
across
the
street,
oblivious
to
oncoming
traffic
bicyclists,
ignore
the
rules
of
the
road
and
motorists
talk
on
their
cell
phones
and
weave
across
lane
lines.
Please
be
considerate
if
on
foot
use
crosswalks
and
make
eye
contact
with
drivers
and
cyclists
before
passing
in
front
of
them
on
a
bike.
A
Obey
traffic
laws
announce
when
you're,
coming
up
behind
people
on
paths,
travel
at
pedestrian
speeds
and
crosswalks,
and
lighten
up
at
night
for
higher
visibility
behind
the
wheel,
stay
off
your
cell
phone
keep
an
eye
out
and
realize
that
your
vehicle,
while
bigger,
has
no
more
rights
than
any
other
share.
The
road,
our
safety
and
yours
could
depend
on
it.
