That's
how
it
is.
We
have
also
been
reviewing
some
symmetrical
data
that
the
system
of
the
platform
in
which
we
recorded
the
program
provides
us.
So
we
wanted
to
thank
all
our
podcast
listeners
from
argentina.
We
know
that
there
are
some
people
who
are
listening
to
us
in
argentina,
so
Thank
you
very
much
for
listening
to
us.
We,
don't
know
if
you
have
visited
Boulder
before.
It
is,,
but
if
they
have
not
done
so,,
we
hope
that
one
day
they
will
be
able
to
visit
our.
A
B
A
Her
questions
and
well,
this
is
it
Nuria-
is
the
first
Latina
manager
and
also
the
second
woman
to
serve
as
city
manager
here
from
the
current
city
of
returning
to
her,.
Previously
she
was
deputy
director
of
the
city
of
austin
texas
and
was
also
director
of
regulatory
services
for
the
city
of
minneapolis
and
coordinator
from
the
city
too.
So
a
very
important
position
here
in
the
city
of
volaría.
We
are
very
excited
Nothing
to
have
them
in
our
episode
this
week,.
It.
B
B
C
C
How
the
vaccines
were
tested
with
clinical
trials,
which
included
adults
of
diverse
races
and
backgrounds,
or
there
is
a
danger
of
getting
kobe
19
if
I
get
vaccinated,
it
is
not
possible
to
get
kobe
19
through
the
vaccine,
and
why
should
I
get
vaccinated?
Protect
yourself
also
protect
those
around
you.
B
We
are
here
with
nuria
ribera
vend,
er
corn,
who
is
the
new
city
manager
for
the
city
of
boulder
and
for
the
people
who
are
listening
to
us
and
don't
know
the
city
of
boulder
has
a
system
of
government
with
nine
council
members
that
we
elect
through
voting
and
among
those
nine
council
members
among
them.
They
choose
who
is
going
to
be
mayor
for
two
years,,
but
it
is
a
position
that
does
not
involve
administration
or
management
of
the
city.
For
that,.
We
hire
a
person,.
B
B
D
Nuria
asked
me
that
my
husband
asks
that
often
well
look
first.
Thank
you
for
inviting
me.
This
has
been
a
source
of
pride,
not
only
to
be
chosen
for
this
position,
but
to
really
begin
to
get
to
know
a
professional
and
personal
group
from
the
city
that
is
truly
dedicated
to
service
public,,
so
I'm
proud
to
be
here
representing
them.
D
Nuria
would
tell
you,
more
than
anything,
she's
a
family
woman,
I'm,
a
daughter,
I'm,
a
mother,
I'm,
a
stepmother,
I'm,
a
sister-in-law,
I'm,
a
goddaughter,
I'm,
everything,,
no,
and
I
think
that
more
than
anything,
that
's,
what
I
feel
My
family's
heart
fills.
Me.
I
have
not
been
a
lawyer
by
profession
for
a
long
time
since
I
have
not
practiced,
but
I
started
with
corporate
litigation.
In
Boston
many
years
ago,,
then
I
returned
to
Puerto
Rico,,
which
is
where
I
am
from,
and
I
started
working
with
the
Department
of
Justice.
D
In
a
case
that
never
in
my
life
would
I
have
imagined
that
the
Puerto
Rican
correctional
system
is,
in
my
life
I
would
have
imagined
it,
but
it
was
really
about
reforms,.
It
was
about
reformation
of
changing
a
prison
system
to
a
rehabilitation
system
and
with
great
pride
I
started
there,
and
my
municipal
career
did.
A
D
D
They
were
having
the
first
and
the
first
public-private
project
they
had
had,
and,
coincidentally,
it
had
to
do
with
the
correctional
system
uniting
the
inmates
of
there
with
a
history
of
employment,
both
inside
prison
and
later,
more
importantly,
having
a
job
once
they
are
released
and
released.
So
I
was
working
there
and
I
also
had
my
son
late
in
life,
who
is
now
11
years
old
and
after
taking
him
to
Puerto
Rico
two
years
away
from
seeing
his
grandfather,.
A
D
This
is
what
enforced
the
housing
code,
the
traffic
code,
the
animal
code
and
eventually
I,
went
further
into
management
until
the
manager
that
I
worked
with
in
minneapolis
moved
in
for
you
and
after
you
were
after
me,
for
a
year,
Well,
I
decided
to
take
the
flight
and
change
and
have
a
bigger
city
with
more
challenges,
and
also
a
government
system
similar
to
that
of
Boulder
with
a
weak
mayor
manager,
councilor
and
I
was
there
until
this
opportunity
really
presented
itself
to
me..
It
was
not
an
opportunity.
D
I
was
waiting
for,
but
Coincidentally,
I
had
come
back
to
visit
on
one
of
those
trips
that
one
gives
of
was
an
anniversary
five
years
ago.
Coincidentally,
and
my
husband
and
I
liked
it
so
much,
we
were
so
impressed
with
the
people
with
the
nature
of
bouldering
those
majestic
mountains
and
really
right.
There
We
gave
ourselves
a
promise
that
if
we
had
the
opportunity
to
come
here,
well,,
we
would
have
to
take.
A
A
D
For
my
children
or
going
to
work
or
I,
don't
have
to
to
be
able
to
pay
the
rent
and
then
I
have
to
see
how
I
resolve
those
stories.
I
was
also
involved
in
the
creation
of
a
group,,
a
committee,,
a
commission
for
transgender
people
and
the
Seeing
them
before
the
council
body
and
those
tears
that
came
from
finally
being
seen
from
finally
being
honored
to
have
their
own
commission
are
those
moments
that
really
impact
me
and
those
that
I
remember,.
Thank
God.
D
Of
teams
that
work
with
crazy
currency
directly
from
groups
and
organizations
that
are
within
the
community,
so
in
part
it
has
been
quite
easy.
To,
say,,
well,,
look,
I,
am
the
new
person
in
any
position
that
I
have
had,
and
it
has
been
quite
easy
to
enter.
Those
organizations.
What
has
cost
me.
The
most
is
finding
Puerto
Ricans,
hehehe,,
because
Puerto
Ricans
are
scarcer
in
that
cold
of
Minneapolis,.
D
So
I
think
there
are
always
good
organizations
that
let
themselves
be
known,
and
it
is
a
matter
of
leaving
the
office
and
going
to
the
community,
and
that
has
been
one
of
my
best
ways
to
meet
organizations
and
people
with
scarce
resources
that
are
in
community
meetings
to
those
non-profit
organizations
that
serve
many
of
those
organizations
or
individuals.
S
and
I
always
like
to
leave
the
office
and
go
a
little
closer
to
the
people,
to
the
community,.
A
And
in
your
positions,
well,
in
Minneapolis
and
Austin,,
how
did
you
do
it
to
be
connected,
well,
with
the
Latino
community
than,
as
you
said,?
This
is
the
Boricua
community.
It
is
scarce
or
it
is
here,.
This
is
also
very
here,.
We
are
here,
right,,
but
how
did
you
do
it
to
connect
with
the
Latino
community?
Well,
look,?
It's.
D
B
D
I
would
also
tell
you
that,
like
all
the
ethnic
communities,
I
think
they
know
where
the
good
food
is
fr,
anja
that
finding
those
restaurants
finding
those
meeting
places
in
the
community
and
putting
myself
there
and
making
myself
available
for
conversation
and
there
little
by
little
people
are
talking
and
they
are
introducing
you.
They
are
introducing
you
to
other
people.
So
little
by
little.
D
B
Have
contacts,
you
know
who
they
are
then
and
living
off
of
it,.
We
asked
the
community
some
questions
about
what
they
would
like
us
to
ask
you
and
how
this
medicine
When.
You
had
your
son,.
You
took
him
in
skirts
to
Puerto
Rico
so
that
they
could
be
in
contact
with
that
culture,,
but
he
was
also
growing
up
here,.
So
how
do
you
manage
to
keep
those
ties
with
family.
B
D
A
good
question.
I
think
it
is
one
that
requires
a
lot
of
attention
and
a
lot
of
intention,,
not
because
it
takes
time
to
work
hard
on
children
who
are
in
a
mostly
American
school
and
then,.
Since
it
doesn't
come
from
work,
well,.
It
says:
oh
well,
I
have
to
speak.
Spanish
and
I
have
to
take
those
additional
measures,
because
my
husband
or
my
stepdaughter,
who
is
a
daughter,
do
not
really
speak
Spanish.
So
I
think
it
requires
a
lot
of
intention
in
Puerto
Rico.
D
They
say
that
when
a
Puerto
Rican
has
the
stain
of
Banana,,
which
is
a
stain
that
does
not
go
away,
and
I,
believe
that
this
is
definitely
true,.
The
Boricua
is
known,,
so
these
traditions
live
in
me.,
For
example,.
We
go
every
year
to
celebrate.
Three
Kings
Day,,
which
for
me
is
more
important
than
Christmas
and
is
It
is
the
day
that
we
always
go
to
Puerto
Rico.
We
faithfully.
Take
the
children.
Now,
my
husband's
parents
come
and
they
have
done.
C
D
A
D
C
A
A
C
D
Here,
by
chance,,
now
that
we
are
coming
to
a
school
new
I
have
chosen
one
we
have
not
registered,
but
soon
we
will
mix
that
it
has
a
bilingual
program
too.
So
it
really
is
something
of
intention
when
I
was
little,
I
bought
books
of
elves
of
hist
Oria,
but
from
Puerto
Rican
legends
I
also
bought
some
from
Spanish
legends,
because
my
mom
is
from
Spain
and
I
also
wanted
her
to
get
to
know
our
family
from
Spain
as
well,
that
she
had
this
tradition.
D
A
D
Reading
of
all
kinds.
I
had
one,
my
best
friend,,
who
is
an
American
from
Ohio
who
was
studying
Spanish
and
she
loved
the
history
of
Spain
for
some
reason,
and
we
continued
in
good
communication.
Today
we
were
talking
the
other
day
about
a
work
by
calderón
de
la
barca,
la
vida,
sueño
I,
don't
know
if
you
know
about
it,
but
I
loved
it.
What
is
life
a
frenzy?
A
D
A
few
years
later
in
English
I
am
reading
the
new
book
by
bill
gates
that
has
just
come
out
about
the
weather
and
It
is
an
issue
that
obviously
interests
us
in
this
city.
It
is
something
that
is
known
as
being
a
leader
in
all
climate.
Initiatives.
It
is
something
that
we
as
parents,
I
think,,
always
have
that
interest
to
be
sure
that
we
are
leaving
a
planet
in
better
condition
for
our
children.
D
D
Months,
paul,
who
has
a
group
of
books
like
that
and
some
books
that
are
really
one
of
those
exploding,
graphic
books,.
So
that's
the
issue
and
for
those
who
have
younger
children,
I
have
countless
books
that
I
recommend
to
people
when
they
want
to
talk
about
books
in
Spanish,
because
I
think
that
It's
important
I
have
the
partner
of
the
'hosting'
manager.
Who,
coincidentally,
has
a
two-year-old
girl.
There
I
recommended
the
books
from
box
fab
reading
box
for
elementary
school,
which
are
phenomenal
and
are
one
of
the
books
that
my
baby
learned
to
read.
D
B
A
D
Well,
look,,
it's
interesting.,
Obviously
I,
like
Puerto,
Rican
food,,
but
I
confess
that
a
1
eat
as
his
mother
serves
him.
No
and
my
mother,
being
Spanish
I,
grew
up
eating
tapas,
Spanish
food,
so
a
Spanish
tortilla,
some
chorizos,
some
olives
p
For
me
that
is
spectacular.
Now,
a
mofongo
with
stewed
meat,
a
well-done
rice
with
beans.
D
D
A
B
D
B
D
A
question
that
I
am
often
asked.
I
tell
you
that
my
first
short-term
goal
is
to
listen
since
I
am
getting
to
know
the
city.
is
to
listen
to
the
community.
To
listen
to
the
businessmen,
is
to
listen
to
the
staff
and
really
to
know
I.
Do
not
believe
in
the
people
who
come
from
here
at
the
moment
for
falls,
they
exist.
I
have
the
result.
I
have
the
solution
for
everything,
not
because
first
of
all,
the
solutions
that
have
worked
in
other
cities
are
not
necessarily
the
ones
who
work
here
and
I.
D
Think
one
has
to
have
a
little
humility
and
listen
a
little
to
what
the
community
is
saying
about
what
the
staff
who
have
also
been
living
and
working
are
saying
for
So
start
putting
a
plan
in
place,
no,,
but
what
I've
seen
so
far
has
been
excellent.
I
think
there
are
many
public
servants
in
the
city..
Boulder
are
very
knowledgeable
about
their
subject,.
They
are
very
dedicated
and
very
committed
to
serving
the
public.
I
believe
that
this
public,,
similar
to
the
public
in
Austin
and
the
one
in
Minneapolis,,
can
be
heard
from
what
I
have.
D
But
I
am
also
interested
in
making
sure
that
to
those
people
that
really
either
because
they
don't
know
the
avenues
of
entry
to
let
their
voice
be
heard
or
because
they
don't
feel
confident
in
coming
to
government
and
I
want
to
make
sure
that
we
are
listening
from
everyone
in
the
city
of
boulder.
Not
only
those
people
who
really
have
that
privilege
and
know
how
to
reach
the
councilors
or
the
staff,.
D
So
I
will
be
aware
that
we
have
diverse
voices,,
that
we
have
areas
and
communities
that
know
how
to
access
the
different
people
who
are
in
the
different
departments
to
the
council
body.
So
I'll
keep
an
eye
on
that.,
I
hope
to
be
able
to
add
value
to
what
is
already
happening
and
what
is
currently
happening.
laughing
well
in
the
city
and
what
not,
well,
also
realizing.
What
is
happening
and
I
hope
to
be
able
to
correct
and
be
sure
that
we
have
a
north.
D
As
my
father
would
say,
where
is
your
north
success
always
a
motto
that
he
killed
and
that
I
do
I
have
also
been
in
the
city
to
be
sure
that
we
are
really
serving
the
community
in
the
way
that
the
city
is
needing
it
or
asking
for
it,,
not
only
in
the
way
that
we
think
is
the
most
efficient,?
Not
because
there
are
times
when
that
does
not
combine
like
that
that,
in
the
short
term,
I
will
be
listening
a
lot
in
the
short
and
medium
steps.
D
A
D
Have
been
great,,
they
have
been
a
lot
of
learning,.
There
have
been
many
conversations,,
but
everyone
here
impresses
me
at
how
collaborative
color
everyone
is.
here
and
that
looks
at
all
the
cities
say
they
talk
a
lot
about
collaboration,
but
here
in
voting,
what
I
have
seen
is
something
beyond
simply
talking
about
the
issue
or
trying
to
be
collaborative.
But
here
both
the
government
and
private
entities
do
not
really
I
know
it's
something
that's
hard
to
put
into
words,
but
you
can
tell
that
it's
genuine,
that
it
's
authentic
and
that
they're
really
trying
to.
D
Have
associations
or
a
leaving
at
work
for
the
good
of
the
community?
So
it's
been
nice
to
see
that
as
well
and
everyone,
as
they
have
welcomed
me,
have
been
very
genuinely
accepting
of
me.
They
have
been
bringing
me
little
by
little
in
their
jobs
in
their
conversations,
so
It's
been
really
nice.
These
first
couple
of
weeks,
plus
I'm,
also
moving
so
in
between
all
these
meetings
and
conversations,
I'm
taking
out
boxes
and
putting
boxes
and
putting
my
house
in
order.
No,
but
so
far
two
weeks
it's
been
great,
so
good.
So.
D
I
would
tell
you
that
I
am
an
open
book.
You
can
really
ask
me
anything
and
generally,
unless
no
I
can
say
it
for
a
legal
case.
There
is
little
that
you
can
ask
me
in
the
same
context.
So
if
you
see
me
in
the
street
in
confidence,
give
me
a
greeting
the
other
day,
coincidentally,
I
was
in
waiting
to
meet
someone,
and
someone
found
me
a
student
who
had
been
in
a
program
for
students
in
minneapolis.
D
Let's
go,
it
must
have
been
four
or
five
years
that
at
the
moment
he
saw
me
they
wear
a
mask
and
everything
and
he
said
hey,
you
are
nuria
and
I
I
was
perplexed.
So
if
you
are
listening
to
me,
call
me
I'm
waiting
for
your
email,
so
nothing
but
I'm,
really
an
open
book
I'm.
Really
when
I
say
I'm
a
humble
public
servant.
I
really
think
that
I
think
that's
it
of
title
and
position.
D
It
is
again
a
pride
to
have
it,
but
also
for
me
if
I
do
not
do
well
for
the
public
if
I
do
not
do
well
for
the
community.
What
is
the
use
of
that
position?
So
it
is
something
that
I
burned
that
fills
both
my
heart
and
soul.
Mind
of
what
I
have
to
do
next
in
what
is
on
my
agenda
to
do
is
serve
the
public,
so
I
just
have
to
overlook.
I
will
tell
you
that
I
am
buying
my
first
electric
bike,
I.
D
Is
where
this
bicycle
thing
does
not
happen,
Puerto
Rico
did
not
have
infrastructure
inclusion
when
I
was
growing
up,,
so
I
have
been
living
in
cities
for
years
where
cycling
and
getting
out
of
vehicles
and
entering
a
bicycle
is
not
only
fashionable
but
also
It's
excellent
for
the
planet,.
So
I'm
going
to
go
on
an
adventure
and
I'm
going
to
start
getting
to
know
the
roads
around
here.
D
B
B
A
C
With
the
arrival
of
the
curry
vaccines
19,
you
may
be
wondering,
should
I
get
vaccinated
and
if
I
do,
I
could
get
on
with
my
life
without
putting
my
family
at
risk.
You
have
questions,
and
that
is
normal.
The
truth
is
that
vaccines
are
safe
and
effective.
They
will
save
lives
For.
The
most
recent
information
on
vaccines,
visit,
you,,
it
depends,
point
or
heretic,,
because
going
back
to
the
moments
we
miss
starts
with
being
informed
about
you,
it
depends,
well,.
B
A
And
this
one
for
food
I
suppose
there
will
be
many
opportunities
for
the
community
to
meet
many
events
well
in
the
future,
since
kobe
is
over
a
bit,
but
this
will
be
an
opportunity
for
you
to
also
meet
nuria
but
Once
again,.
We
want
to
thank
Nuria
for
her
time
for
coming
to
our
studios
here
and
they
talked
with
us
for
a
while.
We
know
she
is
a
very,
very
busy
woman,.
So
we
appreciate
it.
Thank,
you
all
for
listening.
