A
B
Amen
amen
december
9th
2021
minutes
second
moved
and
properly
seconded
any
discussion,
all
in
favor,
say:
aye
aye.
Let's
move
on
to
old
business,
the
update
on
the
health
care
budget
and
jolene.
Yes,.
A
Good
afternoon
everyone
I
I
apologize
for
not
being
able
to
make
it
in
person,
but
hopefully
I'll
be
able
to
answer
any
questions.
You
have
the
majority
of
the
numbers
for
april
as
of
today
and
so
about
right
now
we're
about
300
000
over
budget
through
through
four
months,
which
is
a
little
over
three
percent.
A
We
had
three
very
large
claims
come
in
this
year
already
and
which
is
a
little
bit
unusual
for
the
for
the
timing
of
that.
Usually
that
happens
at
the
end
of
the
year,
but
a
few
of
these
claims
were
started
in
december,
and
and
so
unfortunately,
you
know,
we've
hit
a
lot-
the
stop
loss
on
one
of
them
close
on
the
other
two.
A
You
know
I
can't
really
discuss
the
claims,
but
I
I
think
that
we're
stabilizing
because-
and
we
should
be
close-
I
am-
I
predict
that
we'll
be
close
to
budget-
maybe
around
june-
and
hopefully
we'll
stay
steady
for
the
rest
of
the
year.
You
know,
pending
no
other
significant.
B
Someone
just
told
me:
this
is
for
information,
so
we'll
just
move
on
to
item
four
and
on
item
four.
I
think
we
need
to
go
into
executive
session
not
just
to
deal
with
item
well
to
deal
with
item
four,
and
it's
totality
really
do.
I
hear
motion
so
moved.
C
Well,
heather
probably
has
the
most
information
to
provide
on
this
topic,
but
I'll
just
you
know,
start
out
by
letting
the
committee
know
that
we
we
asked
a
on
our
broker.
Okay,.
