Description
City of Charleston Committee on Public Works and Utilities 4/13/2020
A
C
A
D
A
F
Hurt
I
just
wanted.
Maybe
it
was
clear
from
Tom's
remark,
but
just
wanted
to
share
with
council
members
that
this
was
a
request
of
the
medical
university
so
that
they
could
begin
the
first
part
of
the
plan
for
the
hospital
district
included,
closing
a
portion
of
Doughty
Street
and
make
a
kind
of
public
space
Greenway
little
park
area.
F
It's
really
very
nicely
used
and
they've
been
paying
for
all
the
improvements
over
there
and
they
had
the
cooperation
and
buy-in
from
Roper
and
Veterans
Hospital,
and
with
this
dedication
they
plan
to
invest
some
more
funds
in
the
in
the
park.
If
you
will-
and
so
it's
a
nice
amenity
for
all
the
workers
over
there
in
the
hospital
district,
they
had
food
trucks
there
when
we're,
not
social
distancing
and
it's
a
gathering
place,
and
so
anyway,
I
just
wanted
to
share
it.
F
A
Very
important
mr.
Mick,
as
I
tell
you
what
it
is
going
to
be
beautiful
and
thank
you
for
bringing
that
up
and
I'll
tell
you.
The
collaboration
between
those
three
medical
systems
are
second
to
none
on
that.
So
that's
no
small
order
to
get
that
time.
So
thank
you
for
bringing
that
up.
Yes,
comments.
A
A
D
We
have
all
these
are
just
presented
as
information
they've
all
been
examined
by
our
engineering
inspectors
in
the
field
and
recommended
for
approval.
We
have.
We
have
some
planners
on
one
Street
and
some
concrete
driveway,
tabi,
driveways
and
you're
mainly
irrigation
on
this
tree.
So
there's
really
nothing
that
was
ignore.
Thank.
A
G
A
G
That's
the
approval
fee
amendment
number
5
with
Weston
Sampson
engineers
in
the
amount
of
eighty
nine
thousand
eight
hundred
and
sixty
six
dollars.
So
no,
this
is
for
the
actual
design
permitting,
which
is
the
s
DDOT
encroachment
permit
for
the
culverts
under
Glenn
McConnell
Parkway
in
concert
with
the
road
widening
project
conducted
by
Charleston
County
fund,
a
movie
from
the
drawing
on
this
one.
A
C
G
G
This
grant
is
again
two
properties,
one
is
in
the
general
shadow
moss
area
and
one
is
in
James
Allen
and
the
kind
of
the
willow
walk
area
has
a
federal
share
of
three
hundred
eighty
one
thousand
ninety
three
dollars
in
a
city
match
of
127
thousand
thirty
one
dollars,
and
this
one
had
previously
received
approval
from
Council
to
apply
so
now
we're
actually
asking
for
approval
to
receive
the
award
and
our
our
match.
Funding
is
available
in
the
grant
fund,
so.
H
G
Thank
you.
Mr.
chairman,
this
one
we've
had
some
discussions
back
and
forth
that
some
of
the
previous
meetings
about
small
project
funding
and
how
we'd
like
to
allocate
small
project
funding
I
think
those
are
those
are
good,
valuable
discussions
for
us
to
be
having
this.
Obviously,
this
is
a
good
chunk
of
money
that
we
try
to
allocate
in
it.
G
The
plan
and
hope
is
to
have
it
available
in
each
future
fiscal
year
to
allocate
as
well,
but
this
one
I
did
want
to
sort
of
say
well
we're
figuring
out
how
we
will
allocate
those
funds
and
how
we
will
work
through
that
funding.
You
know
we
do
have
kind
of
a
handful
of
very
small
projects
that
are
we've
been
working
on
for
the
last
six
to
twelve
months.
That
are
basically
at
the
point
where
they're
really
just
waiting
for
funding.
G
At
this
point,
they
they're
shovel
ready,
they're
ready
to
be
installed,
there's
about
a
hundred
and
thirty
thousand
dollars
of
total
project,
and
just
very
briefly,
those
were
the
emerald
forest
at
era-
wind
drainage
box,
installation
which
were
estimating
about
twenty
thousand
dollars.
We
have
some
contractor
estimates
for
that.
The
Muller
drainage
improvement,
which
was
installation
of
your
yard
drainage,
we've,
sent
out
homeowner
letters
telling
people
are
gonna
work
on
this
project.
We've
confirmed
with
legal.
This
easement
exists.
That's
about
twenty
thousand
dollars,
just
to
move
some
fences
and
remove
trees.
G
If
we
need
to,
we
had
a
Popoff,
Street
drainage
improvement,
that's
about
ten
thousand
dollars
for
serving
and
restoring
a
drainage,
ditch
on
the
rear
of
Wall
Street.
Over
and
near
the
golf
course
we
have
a
Sherwood
Forest,
strange
improvement
project,
I.
Think
mr.
chairman
you're
familiar
with
that
one
we've
acquired
easement
over
the
last
year
on
that
project.
We've
gotten
quotes
from
our
contractors
to
basically
remove
some
fences
and
then
reinstall
them
afterwards
and
remove
some
trees.
G
That's
about
fifty
thousand
dollars
to
finish
that
project,
and
then
we
miss
a
drainage
improvement
project
out
the
broad
where
it's
another
short
brick
arch
segment.
That
one
is
not
a
the
arch
has
not
failed
catastrophically
where
it's
an
emergency
and
needs
to
be
repaired.
It's
just
failed
in
the
way
that
it's
causing
flooding
on
that
court
and
it's
relatively
and
relatively
straightforward.
Thirty
thousand
dollar
project
on
that
one.
Just
to
we've
gotten
a
quote
on
that
as
well
to
restore
that
section
of
arch
and
restore
continuity.
G
So
that's
one
hundred
and
thirty
thousand
dollars
of
total
projects
on
those.
Those
are
the
ones
that
are
kind
of
on
the
projects
are
on
hold
pending
funding,
that's
one
to
make
sure
we're
aware
of
those
and
see
if
there
was
interest
in
the
committee
of
saying:
okay,
let's,
let's
not
stop
those
projects,
while
we're
waiting
to
figure
out
how
to
allocate
the
remainder
of
the
funds.
I
think
most
of
these
are
ones
we
would.
We
would
normally
choose
to
continue
with
they're,
relatively
small
straight
floor
projects.
A
Mr.
Felmy
I
agree
with
you,
but
I
mean
I,
get
the
pleasure
of
the
committee.
You
heard
the
projects
any
discussion
on
that.
Yes,.
E
E
25
million
of
that
is
a
pump
station
that
we're
gonna
go
back
and
forth
on
for
a
long
time
and
it's
not
going
to
be
decided
anytime
soon,
but
we
have
a
blueprint
of
different
projects
that
could
be
very
beneficial
to
Church,
Street
and
part
of
those
projects.
You
got
to
add
a
lot
more
culverts.
We
need
some
new
culverts
under
the
CSX
rail
tracks
that
run
along
Church,
Creek
I.
I
E
E
So
I'm
asking
I
have
no
problem,
appropriating
this
hundred
plus
thousand
today
and
sending
it
up
to
City
Council
for
them
to
look
at
but
I'm
getting
worried
that
where
we
keep
appropriating
money,
we
did
it
last
time
here
we're
doing
it
again
and
eventually
we're
gonna
get
down
to
the
point
where
there's
not
gonna,
be
anything
left
and
I'm
gonna
be
out
of
luck
and
I.
Don't
like
point
so
I
appreciate
your
comments
on
that.
A
Councilman
Griffin
I
appreciate
your
comments,
but
you
know
this
is
the
time
to
kind
of
I.
Remember
I.
Think
at
the
last
meeting
I
was
at
the
meeting
before
when
we
asked
every
council
member
to
come
up
because
of
your
observation
about
district
11
to
come
up
with
small
projects,
so
we
can
follow
them
to
mr.
fountain
and
staff.
So
we
can
so
they
can
be
better.
So
so
I
saw
you
know,
let's
kind
of
right
around
that
district
and
see
some
of
those
small
projects
that
we
can
get
them
on
the
list.
A
H
No
just
more
of
a
comment:
I
mean
I
think
that
it's
important
to
move
the
ball
forward
here,
I
like
the
fact
that
mr.
fountain
has
identified
a
series
of
projects
that
are
ready
to
go
and
we
can
hit
the
ground
running
and
I
think
it's
important
to
show
to
our
community
and
our
citizens
that
were
moving
forward
with
stormwater
projects.
This.
A
Well,
let
me
ask
a
question:
Thank
You
councilman
Appel.
Well,
first,
let's
get
a
motion
on
the
floor.
Well,
councilman
he
gave
and
I.
C
A
C
A
E
A
C
Sir,
mr.
chairman,
thank
you.
You
know
this
praten
ease
projects
are
not
broken
down
by
district
and
district
I
mean
we've
got
several
members
of
council
losers
have
not
being
represented
on
this
committee
and,
as
you
said
earlier,
we
made
this
known
to
the
full
council.
Let
us
know
what
projects
pass
us
on
to
mr.
fountain
as
to
what
projects
that
you
are
identifying.
C
Quite
frankly,
these
are
projects
I've
been
working
on
since
2016
to
get
to
the
back,
then
the
public
works
department
and
now
the
strong
working
to
give
these
things
address,
because
the
idea
with
this-
and
you
may
recall
our
discussion
back
and
our
out
how
budget
committee
meetings
when
this
was
presented
by
mr.
fountain
by
a
year
almost
a
year
ago,
to
come
up
with
these
projects
we
in
in
to
keep,
as
mr.
Capel
said,
keep
the
ball
rolling
and
keep
these
projects
in
the
pipeline.
Proceeding
we've
got
huge
projects.
C
We
all
are
very
much
aware
of
these
high-dollar
projects.
Some
of
these
things
are
very
important
to
our
neighbors
and
to
our
residents
to
to
address
it
impacts
them
directly.
It
may
not
impact
a
whole
city
or
a
whole
neighborhood,
but
it
does
impact
certain
residences
and
certain
blocks
and
some
other
areas,
so
I'm
will
keep
on
pushing
what
I've
identified
and,
in
my
district
I
know,
other
councilmembers
I
can
do
the
same
thing
just
keep
on
soliciting
from
our
other
colleagues.
What
areas
we
need
to
be
addressing
on
us
and
mr.
C
Fowler's
got
my
list.
I've
been
how
many
of
him
all
this
since
day
one,
and
he
knows
that
and
I
just
chatted
with
in
this
afternoon
before
a
committee
meeting,
so
we're
keeping
the
dialogue
open
on
these
projects
and
see
where
the
statuses
are.
These
things
right
appreciate
the
opportunity
to
address
you
on
that.
Mr.
chairman,
thank
you
thank.
A
You
I
am
that's
a
definitely
open
process,
so
I,
when
we
have
council
meeting
tomorrow
remind
all
the
councilmembers
out
call
individually
and
try
to
make
sure
that
all
gets
a
particularly
small
project,
councilman
lapels
right
man,
these
these
small
projects
have
a
big
impact.
Man
in
particular
people
pay
attention
to
him
because
they're
right
down
in
the
neighborhood.
But
let
me
ask
this:
councilman
Griffin
I
was
reading
from
that
the
previous
agenda
and
mr.
Powell
was
right
on
that,
but
is
that
if
I'm
pronouncing
it
right,
the
Newman
Street.
E
A
G
A
Isn't
you
know,
okay,
so
that's
an
example
of
a
small
project
that
we
appropriated
money
for
so
we've
appropriated
money
for
it
in
your
district.
So
but
anyway,
we'll
keep
that
dialogue
going
to
full
all
the
money
is
gone
and,
as
a
matter
of
fact,
I've
got
one
that
I
want
to
bring
up
mr.
fountain
I'm
back
to
Orleans
woods,
we've
got
southeastern
galleries
and
Ryan
Condon
strip
shopping
center,
both
of
those
shopping
centers,
believe
it
or
not
drain
through
all
ins.
A
A
Do
what
district
about
a
term
now
since
I've
been
on
council
and
that
one
at
least
taking
those
commercial
areas
like
we
talked
in
terms
of
Ashley,
Ashley,
Plaza,
Mall,
Ashley,
Tyler,
lander
out
of
a
child
child
drive,
is
difficult
to
do
that.
It's
pretty
easy
to
take
these
off
and
put
that
on
61
and
reason,
I'm
so
familiar
with
the
slope
of
61.
There's
the
office
park
that
I'm.
E
A
Actually,
dreams
after
it
comes
to
the
retention
pond,
when
the
retention
pond
overflows
goes
down,
61
goes
right,
past
southeastern
galleries
and
Ryan's
family
Steakhouse,
and
eventually
out
to
the
Ashley
down
wallenberg
and
out
that
way.
So
that's
one
I'd
like
to
put
on
the
list
for
consideration.
Mr.
problem.
G
Thank
you,
sir
Mandela,
that
similar
to
what
you're,
describing
in
a
project
to
improve
the
drainage
in
that
area,
I
think
is
actually
number
five
affirmed
right
on
the
DuPont
wobbu
list
of
those
12
prioritized
or
10
organize
projects
it
and
I
I
do
agree
that
the
you
know,
honestly,
the
design
of
DuPont
wopo
is
another
one
of
these
items
that
we'd
identified
for
potential
small
project
funding,
and
it
in
that
we
do
have.
You
know
at
the
point
where
we
have
a
final
proposal
pretty
much
for
me.
G
Come
on
the
design
work,
the
county's,
making
their
final
comments
right
now,
and
it's
agreed
to
fund
25%
of
the
the
project
work.
So
I
mean
that
is
another
area
where
that's
not
a
shovel
ready
construction
project,
but
it's
a
basically
a
pencil
ready
design
project
that
we
decimated
about
$225,000,
a
small
project
funding,
something
that
there
is
still
I
I
guess.
G
But
we
also
do
need
just
to
be
aware
that,
while
we
think
about
that,
we
do
have
projects
that
are
remaining
kind
of
on
hold
for
funding
which,
as
you're
mentioning
like
a
lot
of
the
DuPont
wopo
area,
has
a
real
need
that
we've
spent
years
working
and
hundreds
of
thousands
of
dollars
working
toward
so
I,
don't
want
to
get
it
to
where
we're
not
making
those
improvements.
Well,
we're
trying
to
figure
out
how
to
allocate
money
and
that's
it
it's
a
tough
balance.
G
A
I
Again,
I
just
wanted
to
reiterate
that
this
is
for
discussion
only
as
I
understand
it,
and
no
formal
vote
is
going
to
be
taken
at
that
this
time
it
wasn't
listed
that
way
on
the
agenda
and
I,
don't
think
any
of
the
projects
were
necessarily
attached
to
the
agenda.
So
let
him
to
remind
the
committee
of
that
so.
A
G
Man,
mr.
Deano,
if
you
don't
mind
you,
if
I
jump
in
I
guess
one
of
the
challenges
with
this
funding
right
is
that
it's
it's
a
million
dollar
allocation.
Most
of
the
projects
we're
talking
about
are
actually
so
small
in
dollar
number
that
they
don't
actually
need
a
council
approval
to
move
forward
with
and
they're
in
the
operating
budget,
which
is
the
way
they've
been
set
up
in
the
the
stormwater
account.
G
But
when
we
set
up
this
million
dollar
or
set-aside
at
the
beginning,
we
had
a
pretty
clear
discussion
at
budget
ad-hoc
that
we
wouldn't
move
forward
with
spending
the
money
without
discussing
it
with
Hobart
utilities
and
council,
just
to
avoid
basically
exactly
what
counseling
Griffin
was
bringing
up
of
that.
You
don't
want
to
look
at
the
account
after
six
months
and
say
well:
where
did
all
the
money
go?
G
Why
didn't
these
other
projects
get
worked
on
so
at
this
point,
I
was
trying
to
get
some
confirmation
that
we
felt
comfortable
or
with
contain
with
some
of
these
relatively
small
allocations
and
that
we
actually
this
isn't
mr.
Dean,
that's
a
good
question
of
whether
we
could
move
forward
I.
Don't
think
there
is
a
any
formal
requirement
for
council
to
vote
on
that
funding.
G
I
was
just
trying
to
more
provide
notice
and
make
sure
that
we
did
feel
comfortable
with
the
poll
Richard
Chile's
committee
saying
that,
yes,
we
understand,
some
of
these
funds
may
be
allocated
and
Ozma
Griffin
mentioned
that
we
don't
want
to
get
to
the
point
where
we've
allocated
so
much
funding
that
we
it's
hard
to
go
back
and
say.
Well,
where
did
all
the
funding
go?
I
tell.
A
Has
done
it
whether
we
need
to
vote
on
enough,
but
I
do
like
the
idea
actually
I
like
the
idea
of
having
a
vote
on
that,
because
technically,
if
I'm
hearing
mr.
fountain
right,
they
can
go
ahead
and
make
those
decisions
and
we
would
have
found
out
after
the
fact
what
was
done
and
why
I
kind
of
like
more
of
us,
knowing
what's
being
done
as
we,
you
know,
move
to
this
process.
A
I
I
A
No
I'll
take
the
other
day.
It's
just
a
discussion
and
what
I
did
when
he
called
out
those
I,
don't
know
four
or
five.
However
many
they
were
I
did
ask
for
motion
in
the
committee
passed.
It
made
a
motion
and
passed
it,
but
if
I'm
hearing
you
from
a
procedural
standpoint,
I
should
not
have
done
that
and
it.
I
C
A
B
B
A
G
C
G
Thank
You
mr.
chairman,
so
Britt,
just
briefly
running
through
the
projects,
is
sort
of
our
first
meeting
of
the
month.
This
being
these
longest,
we
ever
had
I
think
ever
go
without
having
a
meeting
and
during
the
month
with
being
on
the
13.
It
is
still
the
first
media
in
a
month
so
spring
fishburne
phase
3.
G
Things
works
easier
to
maintain
social,
distancing
and
kind
of
test
through
their
protocol,
but
they
actually
are
reactivated
under
that
contract
and
looking
to
continue
and
finish
up
that
work
over
the
next
couple
of
months.
So
that's
that's
good
news.
As
long
as
we
can
continue
that
safely.
That's
a
good
thing
to
get
that
that
finish,
because
we're
hoping
to
have
a
substantial
completion
date
in
May.
So
we're
probably
looking
a
month
later
than
that,
but
it's
be
good
when
to
get
finished
so
spring
fishburne
face
for
sheet.
G
Pallet
installation
is
continuing
on
the
outfall
and
wet
well
structures.
There
were
about
two-thirds
complete
with
the
sheet
pile
so
that
project
starting
to
hit
a
good
production
run
and
we're
actually
on
on
pace
now
to
keep
that
project.
Moving
forward
the
low-battery
project
we've
gotten
to
the
phase
where
we're
actually
cutting
out
sections
of
the
exterior
concrete
battery
wall
and
for
a
new
concrete.
That's
that's
been
going
really.
G
Well,
it's
one
of
the
more
delicate
parts
of
the
project
dealing
with
the
high
tides,
but
we've
had
some
really
high
tides
recently
and
all
the
temporary
protection
they
put
up
has
worked
really
well
through
that.
So
Gulfstream
shown
a
great
job
on
that.
Like
daughter
er,
we
voted
on
an
item
tonight's
meeting
on
this
another
church,
creepy
slash,
light
daughter
area
project.
G
We
did
complete
the
conceptual
work
with
Weston
Sampson
that
the
modeling
showed
that
there
was
a
significant
hydraulic
benefit
to
the
church,
Creek
watershed
and
to
the
lake
daughter,
er
homes,
it
back
onto
Lake,
daughter
er
for
installing
those
additional
culverts
under
Glenn
McConnell,
and
we
spoke
with
the
county
on
this
one.
They
asked
us
to
prepare
the
d-o-t
encroaching
permits
and
final
construction
plans
and
they're
going
to
try
to
incorporate
those
into
their
their
drawing.
They
did
reconfirm
their
commitment
to
that
project
and
writing
to
us.
So
that's
again,
we
voted
on
that
tonight.
G
G
Some
of
that
Creek
to
noon
drive
the
which
we
mentioned
also
this
evening,
the
contractors
in
the
process
of
pulling
their
bonds
for
that
project
of
acquiring
their
bonds.
We've
been
out
there
talking
with
residents.
Obviously
this
is
a
little
more
sensitive
of
a
time
to
be
doing
backyard,
drainage
projects,
the
normal,
because
people
are
home
and
it's
a
bigger
impact
to
them
than
normal
8
to
5
type
construction
would
be
so.
G
So
we
actually
are
drawing
up
some
new
maps
which
comes
from
Grif
I'm,
going
to
send
to
you
as
well
just
to
kind
of
clarify
some
of
the
questions
we
had
in
case.
You
get
questions
directly
as
well,
but
we're
still
looking
to
get
that
one
started
in
the
next
week
or
two
Lord
Calvert
that
project
the
roadside
drainage
repair
works.
Continuing
contractor
is
expected
to
be
completed
in
April.
G
On
that
one
rivers
point
row:
we
did
our
final
inspections
on
that
project
and
have
now
closed
out
the
projects
that
one's
fully
complete
King
ug
we've
submitted
our
encroachment
permits
to
do
tea
and
gone
through
a
few
review
meetings
with
them,
basically
demonstrating
we're
not
going
to
have
downstream
negative
impacts
on
any
of
their
infrastructure.
Do
tease
I
think
we've
got
a
good
path
forward
with
DoD,
where
they're
starting
to
feel
comfortable
about
our
approach
on
the
project.
G
The
selection
committee
is
currently
reviewing
the
qualifications
packages
submitted
by
the
consulting
firms
Windemere.
We
have
currently
advertised
the
request
for
qualifications
on
that
project.
We
held
a
pre
proposal
meeting
for
consultants
to
ask
questions
about
a
week
ago
and
got
very
significant
interest
in
that
meeting,
so
I
think
we're
gonna
have
a
number
of
good
qualified
firms
looking
to
work
on
that
project
as
well.
G
Forest
Acres
AT&T
has
now
committed
again
I
think
with
the
mayor
and
council
Waring's
help
on
this
one
to
relocate
their
duck
Bank,
so
we've
provided
them
our
final
project,
information
or
kind
of
our
envelope
of
where
we're
going
to
have
our
infrastructure
going.
So
they
can
avoid
our
infrastructure.
G
They've
apparently
did
that
work
and
they're
finalizing
their
design
plans
and
encroaching
permits
and
things
at
this
point
so
we're
they
still
expect
that
to
be
a
pretty
long
project
for
the
relocation
they
said
it
could
take
up
to
a
year,
but
at
least
we
have
a
a
defined
path
forward
now.
So
that's
a
that's
really
good
news
on
that
project
and
then
on.
On
the
flip
side
of
slightly
worse
news,
we
did
have
a
brick
arch.
G
Failure
on
Liberty
Street,
which
is
knock
on
wood,
is
about
our
first
one
this
year,
but
Liberty
Street
is
sort
of
a
smaller
Street
that
runs
from
Saint
Philip
to
King
Street
I'm
in
the
middle
of
the
downtown
district.
We're
taking
that
one
as
an
emergency
repair
is
the
potential
for
Saint
:
and
it's
actually
a
really
good
time
to
be
working
in
that
area
with
the
lower
traffic
counts.
G
It's
a
lot
easier
to
close
a
road
like
that
off
and
have
to
open
the
road
up
to
take
the
pipe
out
or
do
pipe
bursting
or
another
approach,
but
we'll
bring
that
one
back
to
Council
for
approval
likely
at
the
next
meeting.
There
will
likely
be
an
aftereffect
by
the
time
we
get
that
up
to
council
approval
and
then
just
brief
hear
from
a
flood
pain
perspective.
We
do
have
the
GP
award
that
we
had
today
with
the
shadow
most
property
in
the
willow
walk
property.
G
A
G
F
F
She's
relatively
new,
as
president
and
I
think
she
became
president
of
the
state
about
six
or
nine
months
ago,
but
she,
prior
to
our
direct
inquiry,
had
not
heard
of
this
matter
before
and
when
she
heard
about
it,
she
she
focused
on
it
and
got
it
resolved
and
got
us
a
firm
answer
that
they
would
step
up
to
the
plate
and
do
what
they
needed
to
do
to
to
relocate
their
their
bank
of
wiring
and
all
it's
very
complicated.
But
they
did
thanks
to
her
personal
attention.
We
did
get
it.
That's
all.
A
C
C
This
is
for
Matt,
mr.
O'brien,
I'm,
sorry
and
I
have
been
in
contact
with
Matt
all
talk
on
the
debris,
removal,
collection
and
mr.
bronze
anything
else.
You
can
add
to
that,
because
I've
been
getting
a
lot
of
inquiries
from
folks
in
my
district
about
collection,
I
know
that
we
didn't
get
through
what
we
wanted
to
last
week.
We
just
run
out
of
time
that
mr.
brian
has
any
other
information
you
can
share
with
us
on
the
inner
part
of
Wesley
on
debris
collection.
We.
D
Were
actually
in
a
West
acity
today,
mr.
ashey
and
I'll
check
with
Matt
and
I'll,
give
you
a
call
tomorrow
morning
see
where
we
got
what
we
got
left
in
West
fasiq.
One
thing
that's
kind
of
hindering,
and
so
on
is
found
is
obviously
more
people
home
garbage
has
been
heavier
than
normal
to
so
that's
that's
kind
of
factored
into
it.
We're
off
working.
