Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Got
a
full
report
from
chief
Korean
chief
Reynolds
I
asked
him
to
give
us
sort
of
a
state
report
very
comprehensive,
very
thorough,
and
we
also
got
an
update
on
our
judicial
appointments
as
well.
So,
okay,
we
probably
could
have
scheduled
a
meeting
for
two
hours.
We
had
a
cut
off
day
and
we
kyo-ahn
liveability.
So
we'll
pick
him
back
up
on
Friday.

D
Is
a
request
for
an
amendment
to
the
management
agreement
with
the
Charleston
digital
Korver
foundation
for
the
management
space
of
22
west
edge
when
we
did
the
governmental
lease
agreement
for
that
space?
It
had
a
built-in
tenant
upfit
allowance
of
$40
a
square
foot,
and
when
we
did
the
management
agreement
with
22
west
edge,
it
said
that
there
would
be
no
upfit
allowance
outside
of
that
without
expressed
written
approval
of
the
city.
D
The
upfit
costs
have
come
in
a
little
bit
higher
about
a
hundred
and
two
hundred
and
three
thousand
dollars
more
for
a
variety
of
reasons.
So
we
are
looking
to
request
to
have
an
amendment
done
to
the
agreement
to
allow
the
CDC
to
incur
that
cost.
The
good
thing
is:
there's
been
savings
between
design
and
engineering
cost
FF&E
and
unfortunately,
just
the
facility
not
getting
off
the
ground,
january/february
lease
and
then
ernest
negotiated
waiver
of
March's
lease,
as
well
as
a
small
reimbursement
for
an
HVAC
issue.

B
D
Spaces
is
complete
or
areas
complete.
We
have
a
CEO.
We
have
15
stations
in
the
building,
not
including
the
touchdown
area
of
those
15
stations.
Eight
of
them
are
being
occupied
by
five
separate
businesses
right
now,
they're
not
physically
in
there
it's
a
can't
be,
but
we
have
ongoing
agreements
with
them.
So
more
than
half
the
spaces
are
occupied.
Unfortunately,
we
had
all
of
the
spaces
at
one
time
spoken
for
we
lost
one
company
in
january/february
just
because
of
delays
in
the
project,
and
then
we've
had
three
that
we've
lost
due
to
Cova.
D
E
E
So
this
is
not
an
aside,
but
not
relative
to
our
space.
I
had
the
owners
of
the
main
tenant
in
the
building
up
on
the
top
floor,
they're
called
a
bike
or
scientific
and
believe
it
or
not.
They
do
test
they're
involved
in
testing
for
medicinal
and
biomedical
purposes,
and
they
they're
working
on
the
Cova
19
situation
themselves
and
they're
new
to
charleston.
They
reached
out
to
the
mayor's
office
to
to
become
a
good
citizen.

E
Mayor
mr.
mayor
mr.
chairman,
this
fuse
me
I'm
just
a
chair
since
councilmember
Appel
mentioned
his
Jewish
prayer,
I
thought
I
would
mention
to
him
and
to
to
y'all
and-
and
we
accommodate
this
on
a
number
of
occasions
throughout
the
year,
for
example,
on
st.
Patrick's
Day,
we
put
the
Irish
flag
up
over
City
Hall
and
all
on
Greek
Independence
Day
were
putting
a
Greek
flag
up.
We
had
a
request
this
year
from
rabbi
Davis.
That
Wednesday
is
the
Independence
Day
for
the
State
of
Israel
and.
F
B
G
That's
that's
really
great
and
I
can
promise
you
that
the
Jewish
community
is.
Is
it's
gonna,
be
really
appreciative
of
that,
and
not
just
the
Jewish
community.
You
know
over
the
last
several
years
you
know,
there's
been
a
sort
of
increasing
interest
in
Israel
from
from
other
faiths
sectors
and
I.
Think
that
that's
that's
wonderful
and
we
have
we
have
some
good
friends
across
the
across
the
ocean
here.
So
thanks
again
for
that
and.
