D
B
The
eyes
have
it:
yes,
mr
mayor.
C
E
E
Thank
you,
mr
chairman.
Just
two
things:
real
quick
I've
been
getting
emails
and
phone
calls
about
the
petty
cab
ordinance.
Just
no
one
will
have
a
resolution.
We
put
that
on
next
meetings.
Business.
B
I
think
that
can
be
arranged.
I
was
going
to
mention
the
the
same
thing,
but
let's
let's
vote
on
the
motion.
If
you
don't
mind
and
then
we
can
bring
that
up
in
discussion
as
well
all
right,
so
the
motion
on
the
floor
is
mayor.
Teklenberg's
recommendation
to
pursue
all
locations
for
the
electric
vehicle
charging
stations
it
has
been
moved
and
seconded.
Is
there
any
further
discussion
hearing?
None
all
those
in
favor,
please
signify
by
saying
aye
aye
aye
any
opposed
the
eyes.
Have
it
now
councilmember
parker?
B
I
was
also
going
to
bring
that
up.
So
if
you
would
just
restate
what
you
said.
E
Okay
sure
just
the
just
pedicab,
I
think
folks,
who
have
maybe
applied
been
taught
in
you,
know
limbo
and
they're
just
curious
when
the
city's
going
to
have
a
resolution.
E
And
second
I
know
we
have
a
public
hearing
for
wayfair
lane,
speed
reduction,
hopefully
on
next
agenda.
D
Councilmember
seeking
thank
you,
mr
chairman,
so
just
to
answer
councilmember
parker's
question
and
maybe
a
little
clarification
to
see
exactly
what
she's
asking
in
terms
of
the
ordinance
in
place
that
anything
affects
pedicabs.
They
are
in
place.
There's
no
more
action
needs
to
be
taken.
D
with
rethinking
the
tourism
management
plan
with
rethinking
the
peninsula
or
downtown
plan
or
whatever
you
think
about
it,
with
some
issues
with
public
safety,
with
the
issues
that
we've
got
on
king
street,
with
shutting
it
down
on
the
prime
nights
to
one-way
traffic,
it
would
seem
to
me
at
this
point
status
quo
ante
is
where
we
shall
ought
to
be
on
pedicabs
and
expanding
it.
Just
it's
just
not
the
right
time
to
do
it.
D
I
mean,
I
think
we
would
be
making
a
big
mistake
as
a
as
keepers
of
the
of
the
gate
of
the
traffic
and
transportation
in
the
city
to
expand
those
medinans
at
this
point,
so
I
I
I
hear
what
councilmember
parker's
saying,
but
I
think
we
just
need
to
as
a
matter
of
policy
sort
of
keep
it
where
we
are
until
we
get
all
these
issues
resolved,
not
the
least
of
which
is
that
king
street
issue,
because
if
you
go
out
there,
if
you've
ever
been
out
there
when
it's
closed
down
thursday
friday
saturday
night,
which
is
when
we'd
be
increasing
those
medallions,
it's
crazy
up
there
as
it
is
and
there's
I
don't
know
about
anybody
else
on
this
committee,
including
you,
mr
mayor,
but
you
know
I
I
live
work
play
downtown
and
deal
with
the
traffic
and
transportation
tourism
issues
all
the
time.
D
There's
yet
to
be
one
single
call
for
added
number
of
pedicabs.
I
think
it's
kind
of
the
opposite
at
this
point
so
anyway,
I
I
think
for
now
I
would,
as
a
member
of
this
committee
and
having
worked
on
this
for
12
years
of
my
life.
I
think
that
we
ought
to
keep
it
where
we
are
until
we
go
through
all
those
other
processes
and
see
where
we
go.
So
that's
a
kind
of
a
precursor,
I
guess
leading
with
my
chin
as
to
what
I'm
going
to
say.
E
Yes,
thank
you,
mr
chairman.
Yes,
thank
you
councilmember
seekings.
I
know
this
affects
more
your
district.
I
think
it
was
just
more.
There
were
some
folks
looking
for
the
resolution.
So
if
we're
not
going
to
add
them,
then
you
know.
If
that's,
if
that's
the
chosen
route,
then
I
think
that's
what
you
know
we
need
to
specify,
because
maybe
there
were
people
that
were
waiting
but
again
I
don't.
I
didn't
we
don't
utilize
them
on
james
island.
B
All
right,
thank
you,
councilmember
parker
does
anyone
else
have
anything
to
bring
up
before
we
adjourn
so
people
can
go
to
real
estate.
A
Mr
chairman,
I
also
just
need
the
committee
members
to
let
me
know.
I
sent
an
email
out
last
week
about
setting
up
the
public
hearing
for
wayfarer
lane
for
the
speed
reduction
and
we
were
looking
at
tuesday
august
9th
at
5
o'clock.
So
if
you
could
please
respond
just
let
me
know,
because
we
have
to
advertise
that
in
the
paper.
