To
take
this
few
moments
of
silence
and
some
prayer
to
say,
thank
you
God
for
all
you've,
given
us
and
also
leading
us
in
the
next
month
or
two
and
actually
the
next
year
in
our
city,
for
everything
that
we
can
do
and
the
best
for
the
entire
community.
We're
gonna,
be
relying
on
you
for
wisdom,
faith,
patience
and
always
looking
for
what's
best
in
our
community.
So
with
that
I
just
want
to
say
in
your
name.

B
K
K
You
know,
and
certainly
don't
want
to
do
anything
to
jeopardize
inequality
that
we
have
there,
but
do
we
ever
compare
that?
How
long
has
it
been
since
we've
looked
elsewhere
and
is
there
you
know
it
six
months
ago
that
I
don't
think
that
would
be
a
question.
But
if
we
haven't
looked
at
this
in
years,
do
we
ever
look
at
it?
Does
it
ever
come
up
and
and
like
I
said
I
know,
this
is
extremely
important.
Certainly
don't
want
to
you
know,
certainly
don't
want
to
go
with
anything.
Lower
quality.
K
C
I
councilmember
Gregory
councilmember
Sealy,
it's
it's
been
a
few
years
since
they
picked
and
we
went
through
that
process
and
ended
up
with
tech
venture
I
believe
we
competed
it
at
that
time.
I'd
have
to
go
back
and
double-check.
C
Wes
would
really
need
to
speak
to
the
technology.
Part
of
this.
This
is
what
he
they
selected
and
to
revisit
it,
and
possibly
change
I
can't
speak
to
that.
Okay
I
mean
I.
Certainly,
I
can
certainly
look
into
it
and
get
with
Wes,
and
we
can
contact
you
this
week
and
get
you
some
of
those
answers.
Okay,.
K
I
mean
I.
Certainly
you
don't
want
to
hold
anything
up
that
we
need
to
have
I.
Just
when
I
saw
that
you
know,
when
I
saw
it
checked
on
there,
that
it
hadn't
been
done
in
at
least
the
last
two
years.
I
said:
well,
when
has
it
been
done?
I
guess
you
know,
and
and
how
do
we
know
that
they're
still
competitive
I
guess
was
my
own,
but
I?
Don't
sorry
I
don't
want
to
hold
anything
up.
I
know
it's
extremely
important
to
have
that.
Mr.
D
L
Thank
you
just
to
kind
of
add
a
little
bit
to
that.
That
is
for
our
body,
one
camera
cloud,
I
mr.
Cooper
said
I
believe
it
was
bid
it
out
the
original
process.
It
is
a
little
bit
more
this
year
because
in
alignment
with
the
audit,
we
are
increasing
the
amount
of
time
we
retain
videos.
So
you
give
people
a
little
more
time
to
file
a
complaint.
Us
have
that
adequate
on
body
camera
videos
there.
L
K
E
E
Want
to
share
and
I
think
these
pictures
were
shared
at
yesterday's
public
safety
committee
meeting,
but
the
difference
in
that
department
training
room
over
a
Lockwood
Boulevard,
that's
item
three,
eight
really
amazing:
they
they
tore
down
a
wall
and
made
a
much
larger
training
room
and
it
modernized
it.
It's
not
quite
complete,
but
the
pictures
were.
B
A
J
M
E
Wanted
to
share
with
Council
that
I
I
got
an
email
from
Danny
Casas
with
Dominion,
and
this
refers
back
to
Joe
Riley
conversion
to
LED
lights
again,
but
it
the
same
will
apply
to
Stoney
for
the
lighting
improvements.
So
we
got
a
check
back
from
Dominion
for
fifty
four
thousand
nine
hundred
fifty
three
dollars
and
fifty
cent
for
this,
what
they
call
their
prescriptive
lighting
program.
E
J
F
Oh
yeah,
thank
you.
This
is
I.
Just
had
a
quick
question
about
this.
This
item
and
sort
of
how
it
relates
to
the
overall
effort
to
get
this
long,
anticipated,
Ashley
River
pedestrian
bridge
going
even
during
these
challenging
times,
I
just
thought
we
can
maybe
get
a
little
bit
of
a
summary
of
sort
of
how
this
fits
into
the
bigger
picture.
H
N
We
wanted
to
get
a
jump
on
that
right
now
and
this
scope
of
work
is
not
going
to
be
reimbursable
again,
because
the
grant
agreement
is
not
in
place,
but
we
feel
like
this
is
a
small
fee
to
pay
to
start
on
the
sturgeon
fish
study,
the
critical
line
delineation
and
a
couple
of
other
things,
the
lidar
aerial
mapping
things
that
take
time
to
do.
We
want
to
start
doing
that
now,
so
we
save
that
in
the
long
term.
A
I
Rama
Griffin,
you
know
we
just
had
our
first
budget
workshop
last
week
and
talked
about
how
we're
gonna
have
to
probably
tap
into
some
funds
from
previous
reserves
to
cover
our
costs
for
this
year
and
I'm
wondering
a
little
bit
weary
about
it
ways
the
means
you
know,
I,
see
that
this
money
is
coming
from
the
2007
general
fund
reserves
I
want
to
make
sure
that
we're
not
going
to
be
putting
the
cart
before
the
horse
and
approving
a
bunch
of
projects
using
money
that
we
may
not
have,
especially
in
this
case
we're
trying
to
you
know,
as
Edmund
just
said,
we're
trying
to
get
it
kind
of
ahead
of
the
curve.
I
But
we
don't
really
know
what
kind
of
financial
standing
we're
gonna
be
in
and
I
don't
know.
If
now
is
the
time
to
really
be
jumping
forward
on
some
of
these
projects,
when
we
don't
know
what
we're
going
to
look
like
at
the
end
of
this
year
and
we're
still
trying
to
decide
what
we
even
look
like
now,
so
you
know
with
a
lot
of
these
capital
projects.
I
mean
I.
Just
don't
know
how
much
we
can
do
right
now
and
I'm
I'm
worried
now.
I
Maybe
this
isn't
the
the
SERT
project
to
you
know
raise
my
hand
about
but
I'm
just
saying
in
general,
you
know
this
committee.
We
have
to
be
very
reserved
about
the
kind
of
money
we
spend
over
the
next
few
months
and
I'm
just
wondering
how
this
you
know.
Something
like
this
would
affect
it.
I
know
this
is
kind
of
a
smaller
dollar
amount,
but
should
we
be
approving
money
right
now
that
is
not
reimbursable
and
still
not
knowing
what
kind
of
financial
shape
we're
at
we're
in
for
this
fiscal
year,
I
mean.
E
Mr.
chairman
and
committee
members
and
council
member
Griffin
raises
an
excellent
point:
disagree
with
that.
That
thought
be
careful.
We
have
asked
federal
highways
if
we
can
get
an
extension
on
the
project
deadline.
They
have
not
granted
that
it
still
stands
at
September
of
next
year,
2021
that
we've
got
to
perform
on
this
NEPA
process
or
or
we
would
risk
losing
the
80
million
dollar
grant.
So
I
just
felt
like
it
wasn't
worth
taking
that
chance
now.
E
I
will
also
mention
that,
even
though
fifty
thousand
are
reimbursable
by
that
grant,
it
is
reimbursable
as
a
TIF
expense
in
that
TIF
district,
accountable
Gregory
knows
so.
Well,
don't
at
some
point
down
the
road
we
will
be
able
to
reimburse
it
from
from
TIF
funds
and
the
timeline
not
knowing
if
we
can
get
an
extension
I
think
it's
a
wise
thing
that.

Sir
Thank
You
mr.
chairman,
the
rule
safe
committee,
met
yesterday
afternoon
to
address
one
issue
on
our
agenda.
That
was
to
approve
an
amendment
to
the
management
agreement
on
22
west
edge
to
add
an
additional
100,
five
thousand
dollars
for
uplift.
That
was
probably
get
it
before
the
committee.
They
you
Natalie,
move
to
approve
and
I
recommend
that
this
committee
second.

O
O
Another
view
of
just
how
the
windows
set
back,
so
this
view
is,
if
you
remember
the
last
presentation,
those
of
you
that
saw
it.
This
is
apparatus
Bay
on
the
rear.
It's
the
last
presentation
that
brick
work
has
been
completed
and
I'll
just
rotate
back
around.
This
shows
some
of
the
front
portions
of
the
work
there
was
about
15
Mason's
out
there
working
today,
you
can
see
them
all
lined
up
down
here.
O
A
M
O

O
M
O
M
O
To
the
front,
the
work
very
well
progressed
on
almost
all
of
the
finishes
are
complete.
The
floors
are
getting
ready
to
start
the
primer
primer
coat
and
first
finish,
is
on
all
the
wall.
Services
fixtures
are
getting
installed,
there's
been
lots
of
inspections
that
have
happened
in
the
past
couple
days.
O
M
A
good
last
thinkin,
maybe
well,
can
we
schedule
a
walkthrough.
Yes,.
