With
that
do
we
have
you've
got
the
questions
that
you
sent
in
and
their
responses
are
at
your
place
and
so
we'll
move
to
the
first
item,
which
is
we're
going
to
have
a
closed
session.
I
know
everyone.
That's
in
here.
The
soul
is
glad
to
hear
that.
But
before
we
go
into
that
motion,
I
think
mr.
Baker
has
an
introduction
that
he
would
like
to
make
do.
E
D
E
She
is
the
new
attorney.
Lena
has
been
a
she's,
a
familiar
face
in
City
Hall.
She
has
been
with
the
city
for
almost
12
years
and
was
in
private
practice
before
then
she's
a
UNC
undergrad
and
Loyola
New
Orleans
graduated
and
got
her
JD
from
Loyola
New
Orleans.
She,
her
pedigree,
has
been
in
litigation
and
also
transactional
work
with
engineering
department,
which
is
mostly
now
the
general
services
department
and
in
stormwater
in
Charlotte
water.
So
please
welcome
Lena,
Lena,
Yemeni.
B
I'm
impressed
that
you
leave
the
Big
Easy
for
us,
so
thank
you
all
right
so
with
that
I
would
like
to
have
a
motion
to
go
into
closed
session
pursuant
to
general
statute,
143
318
11
a
for
to
discuss
matters
related
to
the
location
of
industries
or
businesses
in
the
city
of
Charlotte,
including
potential
economic
development
incentives
that
may
be
offered
in
negotiations
to
have
a
motion.
A
second
all
in
favor,
say
aye
aye
any
opposed
okay.
So
if
we
could
have
all
of
the
folks.
B
And
so
my
suggestion
is
we
defer
the
discussion
on
the
2040
and
have
that
as
a
report
as
a
part
of
our
strategy
session,
and
the
second
thing
is
that
we
will
come
back
and
add
the
boards
and
commissions,
depending
on
what
we
have
on
the
strategy
session.
I
also
want
you
to
know
that
I've
invited
mr.
