We
know
that
people
are
couchsurfing
and
and
doubling
and
tripling
up
and
so
tomorrow,
so
they
do
the
today
tonight
it's
for
the
adults
and
if
we
find
young
people
but
for
tomorrow
we
need
to
take
advantage
of
no
no
any
young
person
getting
the
survey
out
to
them.
So
I've
already
talked
to
Jason
and
Jose
Jose
yeah
for
Roca,
and
then
dr.
Albie
Superintendent
of
Schools
for
the
schools.
A
But
then,
if
you
know
of
any
young
people,
all
we
have
to
do
is
just
make
sure
that
they
pass
it
on
and
you
can
do
it
online.
So
I
just
want
to
say
that
up
front.
So
we
let's
do
that
for
tomorrow,
so
that'll,
probably
at
first
for
Chelsea,
taken
advantage
of
the
opportunity
the
day
after
doing
this
survey.
So
what
we
want
to
do
is
just
go
around
the
room
quickly
introduce
ourselves
and
whether
we're
resident
or
the
organization
that
were
with-
and
this
is
your
first
time
all
right.
A
B
A
Yes
and
I
wanted
to
say
to
earlier
is
that
all
because
of
a
fourth
grader,
it
was
a
fourth
grader
who
wrote
an
essay
that
said,
I
would
like
to
end
and
prevent
homelessness
in
Chelsea,
and
so
from
that
point
on,
that's
how
this
has
gotten
started.
We
the
point
in
time,
was
going
on
throughout
the
nation,
but
Chelsea.
We
didn't
even
know
that
that
was
happening,
but
because
of
this
fourth
grader
we're
like
small
enough.
A
Why
can't
we
do
something
to
end
homelessness,
and
so
that's
where
all
of
this
started
from
and
I
was
just
reminiscing
on
that
and
then
every
year
the
volunteers
who
come
out
for
this.
So
with
all
that
said
done,
so
we
always
like
to
start
with
our
city
manager
because
from
the
first,
his
first
arrival
that
was
here
in
July
and
then
by
January,
he
was
out
on
the
streets
with
us
and
so
we're
the
food
soldiers
and
so
give
us
some
greetings,
give
us
some
encouraging
words:
city
manager.
A
You
know
what
I
hope
we
don't
find
anyone.
That's
my
goal.
I
thought
that
would
be
good.
It
would
be
good
new.
It's
the
first
jammers
here
I
think
we
had
about
a
dozen
people
in
each
year.
It's
gotten
less
and
less
and
I
think
it's
in
part,
because
we
do
it
for
a
lot
of
good
services
out
there
and
have
helped
many
people
who
formerly
were
homeless.
So
we've
kept
up
the
good
work
so
hopefully.
A
A
A
A
A
So
you
have
two
two
types
of
sheets
in
here,
so
the
colorful
sheet
is
maybe
you'll
see
somebody
who's
sleeping
and
we
don't
want
to
wake
them
up,
and
so
these
are
observations
that
we
observed
about
them
and
making
sure
that
we
complete
this
just
front
and
back.
The
other
sheet
is
the
actual
we
get
to.
We
see
some
people
moving
around
or
we
see
them
or
they
wake
up
because
they
are
light
sleepers
and
they
know
that
we're
present.
Then
we
can
get
into
a
conversation,
and
so
the
unsheltered.
A
All
right
so
the
city
location,
and
if
there
is
anything
that
you
could
do
to
put
at
least
the
first
initials
of
their
name
or
something
so
that
we
can
have
some
identifiers
that
this
wasn't
the
person
that
had
been
interviewed
before.
Okay,
so
it
asks
you
know
where
are
you
sleeping
tonight
and
so
on
and
so
forth
and
the
location
of
where
you
see
them?
A
A
What
it's
needed
sometimes
but
ask
them
two
questions.
You
know,
but
and
also
be
able
to
introduce
yourself,
and
there
is
a
little
script
at
the
top
of
the
form.
You
know
that
you're
a
volunteer
and
it's
for
the
point
in
time
we're
conducting
the
survey
to
count
the
homeless
people
or
we
want
to
say
people
without
permanent
housing.
A
Okay,
because
some
people
may
be
it
because
of
hardships
out
on
on
the
streets
and
in
and
not
maybe
consider
themselves
homeless,
so
I'm
unsheltered
without
permanent
housing
and
it's
the
purpose
is
to
provide
better
programs
and
services
for
them
so
really
trying
to
in
a
loving
way
reach
out
and
encourage,
because
we
do
want
to
it's
just
sad
that
we
have
too
many
homeless
and
too
many
hungry
people,
and
we
know
that
these
are.
There
are
programs
and
everything,
but
for
some
reason
people
so
with
that.
A
So
then
sandy
is
going
to
give
us
a
little
security,
yeah
presentation,
even
though
we
have
officers
aside.
Yes,
I.
B
A
B
A
A
Very
good,
so
that's
all
right,
great
all
right!
Well,
are
there
any
questions
all
right,
so
no
track
the
cars
transportation
all
right,
so
we
have
with
each
team.
We
have
the
police
officer,
we
have
a
spanish-speaking
person
or
two
and-
and
we
have
driver
now,
so
our
so
like
Sammy
was
saying
for
your
team.
A
Four
people
can
fit
in
your
your
crews,
including
myself,
right
for
total
four.
You
get
time
we're
already
here
all
right,
so
with
the
other
teams
that
you
guys
get
a
chance
to
talk
about
that.
So
we
could
make
sure
everybody
is
in
a
car
we
might
have
to.
One
team
may
have
to
do
two
cars
and,
and
then
the
other
part
is
so
we
are
covering
all
of
Chelsea
for
the
new
people.
A
A
Okay,
our
heads
heavenly
God,
our
Father.
We
do
thank
you
for
this
wonderful
day
and
this
wonderful
opportunity,
even
if
it's
one
time
of
year,
where
we
come
together
and
Lord
God
being
able
to
have
a
heart
and
compassion
like
you
do
for
everybody,
the
oppressed
of
the
poor
everyone,
and
so
we
ask
in
the
name
of
your
son
Jesus,
that
we
would
be
able
to
go
to
these
streets
being
safe.
Thank
you
for
our
police
force.
A
Thank
you
for
each
and
every
person
that
made
the
sacrifice
to
come
and
to
spend
this
time
in
these
moments
to
see
what
we
can
do
to
help
somebody
else,
and
so
would
you
be
with
us,
help
us
to
be
safe
help
us
to
if
there
is
those
that
are
out
there
and
we
need
to
make
contact
with
please
let
us
be
able
to
please
let
us
be
able
to
speak
with
them
and
hear
from
the
heart
Oh
God.
What
what
are
their
circumstances?
