Description
City of Chelsea
B
A
A
B
You
embody
a
courageous
spirit
in
promoting
social,
educational,
environmental,
physical
and
cultural
Community.
Wellness.
Your
resilience
and
perseverance
has
opened
paths
for
others
and
far
beyond
the
local
Frontier.
You
are
a
beacon
of
light
for
all
who
try
to
follow
on
your
footsteps.
Will
you
honor
us
black
history
in
my
2023
Chelsea
Trailblazers?
Be
it
further
resolved
that
we're
the
members
of
the
Chelsea
City
Council
on
behalf
of
the
Chelsea
Community
which
to
one
of
you
as
Black
History,
Month,
2023,
Chelsea,
Trail
places
Calvin.
C
C
It's
just
important
that
we
just
continue
to
keep
adding
and
building
on
and
reminding
people
of
the
contributions
that
African-Americans
had
made,
and
throughout
this
month
it
was
just
a
great
display
of
unity
and
support
of
bringing
attention
and
continue
in
the
work
of
African
Americans
I
want
to
thank
the
CBC
for
all
the
work
they
do
and
again
want
to
congratulate
all
honor.
Thank
you.
D
I'm
Lee
Farrington
441
Washington
Avenue
in
Chelsea
I'm
here
today
to
request
your
support
and
advocacy
in
challenging
the
building
site
of
the
new
Northeast
Metro
Tech
Vocational
School
in
Wakefield,
otherwise
known
as
nemt
or
the
Vogue.
As
you
know,
Chelsea
pays
the
highest
percentage
of
costs
for
the
VOC
at
19
percent
and
Chelsea
voted
against
the
317
million
dollar
cost
of
this
school.
D
But
missing
from
that
ballot
was
the
reason
for
the
high
price
tag,
the
plan
to
build
the
school
on
top
of
a
hill
in
the
middle
of
a
forest
that
was
formerly
part
of
Breakheart
Reservation.
Most
people,
including
at
least
one
member
of
the
building
committee,
thought
the
plan
was
to
build
on
the
playing
fields.
Next
to
the
current
School
I
am
part
of
a
group
of
concerned
citizens,
friends
of
wakefield's
nemt
forest.
D
Initially,
we
came
together
because
we
wanted
to
protect
a
pristine
Forest
that
is
rich
in
biodiversity
and
historic
significance.
But,
as
we
read
through,
thousands
of
public
documents
poured
over
architectural
drawings
and
meeting
minutes.
We
concluded
that
this
is
a
project
that
not
only
has
issues
with
environmental
stewardship,
but
also
with
safety
and
fiscal
responsibility.
D
There
were
three
viable
options
for
a
new
school
originally
presented
to
msba,
which
is
the
Massachusetts
school
building
authority.
Msba
did
not
have
to
choose
this
site
earlier
in
the
planning.
Architects
had
explicitly
warned
against
building
on
the
hilltop
because
of
Financial
and
logistical
concerns.
D
Among
the
logistical
concerns
is
the
complexity
of
moving
large
numbers
of
people
60
feet
up
and
down
the
side
of
a
steep
hill.
This
is
inherently
dangerous
and
expensive
site
preparation
costs
are
high.
The
school
will
be
built
on
a
rocky
volcanic
outcropping
that
involves
blasting
and
crushing
34
feet
of
rock
known
already
to
contain
water.
D
It
involves
cutting
down
over
2
000
trees
and
creating
a
one-half
mile
two-lane
driveway,
leading
up
the
hill,
a
driveway
that
is
too
steep
for
sidewalks.
It
involves
Building,
100,
irregularly,
arranged
cement
steps
and
a
335
foot
elevated
uncovered
ramp.
All
this
would
be
unnecessary
if
the
school
was
built
on
the
current
campus.
D
317
million
dollars
could
be
spent,
creating
a
better,
less
expensive
school,
a
school
without
excess
operational
costs
in
the
future,
or
the
possibility
of
building
assessments
during
construction
in
2019
future
operational
costs
for
the
hilltop
School
were
anticipated
to
increase
by
48
percent.
That
figure
is
likely
significantly
higher
today.
D
I
urge
you
to
write
a
letter
to
msba
requesting
that
they
reassess
the
plan
for
the
new
Vogue
school.
They
have
been
known
to
change
plans
in
the
past.
I
have
a
sample
letter
that
you
can
use
as
a
guide.
Remember.
This
is
a
plan
to
destroy
an
Ancient
Forest
when
there
are
two
other
safers
and
less
safer
and
less
expensive
options.

we
have
a

of
a
communication
from
the

notice
of

to

to

I'm
waiting
to

The
communication
Chelsea
Youth
Sports
fund
dear
Council,
as
I'm
writing
in
response
to
the
council
order,
requesting
an
update
on
the
recent
grants
provided
under
the
Chelsea
Youth
Sports
fund
program.
The
Chelsea
Youth
Sports
fund
was
established
and
later
part
of
Cy
2022
funded
by
50
000
from
the
city
council.
The
goal
of
the
fund
is
to
increase
participation
of
Chelsea
youth
ages,
3
to
21
across
a
wide
range
of
sports
activities
and
provides
funding
to
sports
organizations
to
defer
the
cost
of
athletic
expenses.
B
Transportation
uniforms
equipment
uniforms,
the
facility
fees
Etc,
based
upon
the
level
of
participation
in
the
league,
the
recreation
and
cultural
Affairs
division
has
been
actively
promoting
this
fund
to
support
the
expansion
of
resistant
sports
leagues,
and
it
covers
the
formation
of
new
sports
leagues.
Due
to
the
newness
of
the
fund.
Most
leagues
are
still
in
process
of
building
the
league
roster
participation
to
establish
the
funding
level
in
process
School
requested
about
six
thousand
dollars.
Chelsea
Bears
football
league
requested
amount.
Six
thousand
dollars.
B
Chelsea
youth
basketball
league
requested
about
four
thousand
dollars
to
fund
is
moving
forward
to
award
funds
that
those
completed
applications
is
ant.
Is
engaged
with
four
additional
legal
operators
to
establish
their
interest
and
eligibility
for
your
information.
I
have
a
tax
at
Chelsea,
Youth
Sports
fund
program
guide
and
invite
you
to
uncoverage
any
new
legal
applicants
who
call
the
recreational
and
cultural
Affairs
division.
A
E
Is
not
what
I?
This
is
what
what
I
asked,
what
this
funds
who
was
getting
these
funds
I
know
how
much
funds
they
get,
and
this
just
provides
me
the
funds,
it
doesn't
say
who
gets
it?
Who
doesn't
get
it
I
asked
specifically
who
got
the
funds
and
if
the
funds
could
be,
if
they
didn't
get
it,
if
they
carry
over.
A
A
It
it's
a
soccer,
soccer
gets
six
grand
football,
could
six
grand
and
youth
basketball
gets
four
grand?
So
no
it's
in
a
communication.
E
F
If
it's
a
revolving
fund
or
if
it's
a
fund,
where
you
just
put
fifty
thousand
dollars
a
year
in
you
have
to
understand,
is
that
these
leagues
use
it
at
different
times
throughout
the
calendar
year
based
on
their
their
season,
so
the
process
what
was
presented
to
you
is
who
has
been
applying
and
how
to
apply
once
the
fifty
thousand
dollars
is
up.
We
can
come
back
to
council
and
ask
for
more,
but
right
now
those
are
the
funds
that
are
going
to
be
allotted
in
FY,
20,
FY,
20.,
23,
I'm.
Sorry,
you.
E
F
Okay,
it
depends
on
when
they
don't
use
the
funds.
If
we're
still
in
the
fiscal
year,
they
could
be
allotted
to
someone
else
who
may
need
more
funds
or
another
group
that
was
on
the
waitlist
seeking
funds
at
the
end
of
the
fiscal
year.
So
this
is
an
auditing
question
on
how
we
set
up
the
fund
we
somehow
have
to.
Sometimes
we
have
to
come
back
to
council
and
approve
our
revolving
fund
so
that
it
keeps
going
or
we
replenish
the
fund
every
in
the
budget.

Communications
Chelsea
Sunday
youth
camp
program,
the
council,
as
I,
am
writing
in
response
to
the
council
order
requesting
an
update
on
the
summer
youth
camp
program.
The
Chelsea
summer
youth
program
provides
scholarships
with
Chelsea
Youth
and
families
to
cover
90
percent
of
the
cost
of
enrollment.
In
a
summer
program,
funds
were
ten
thousand
dollars
from
the
city
council.
The
goal
of
the
scholarship
program
is
to
promote
the
participation
of
Chelsea
Youth
and
local
and
Regional
summer
program
offerings
in
2022.
B
The
program
was
utilized
at
a
lower
level
for
a
variety
of
reasons,
including
that
some
programs
waive
fees
and
or
have
restricted.
The
number
of
enrollees
scholarships
were
awarded
to
eight
applicants
who
attended
the
Catholic
Summit
Camp,
one
and
Jordan
Boys
and
Girls
Club
summer
camp,
seven
for
a
total
of
3782.65
expanding
the
opportunity
for
Chelsea
youth
to
engage
in
enriching
some
experience
is
the
goal
of
this
program.
The
cultural
recreational
division
works
directly
with
families
and

to
bring
new

Thank

Mr

again,
this
is
on
a
special
event.
We
had
this
before
us
for
some
time
and
some
while
excuse
me,
and
we
had
a
meeting
on
it,
just
get
clarification
on
it
regarding
the
fines,
the
limits,
fines
and
the
bonds
that
will
not
be
charged
and
the
bond

that

on
here
very
minimal
stuff.

also
the

for
their

for
making

that
we
publicly
notice
about
this,
but
I
think
everyone's
in
favor
of
it
all
the
questions
got
answered
at
our
last

and
hopefully
we'll
get
it
out
the
way
today.

B
Okay,
I
want
to
introduced
by
Council

be
it
hereby
audit
that
the
city
council
president
Leo
Robinson,
has
established
a
selection
Committee
of
counselors
to
appoint
Chelsea

to
the
city

hiring
screening
committee.
The

of
council
Brown
Council
damali

Council

Council,

and
chaired
by
councilor

H
So
this
is
sort
of
the
next
step
in
the
city
manager
selection
process.
What
we
need
to
do
is
we
need
to
pull
together
the
number
of
residents
who
are
going
to
screen
the
the
applicants
with
us,
so
it's
very
important
to
put
together
a
slate
of
people
that
all
of
council
can
get
behind.
So
our
job
as
a
committee
we'll
have
to
talk.
H
I
haven't
spoken
yet
because
we
haven't
passed
the
order
yet,
but
I'm
going
to
hope
that
we're
able
to
meet
as
quickly
as
possible
and
move
this
process
forward
as
quickly
as
possible
if
we're
able
to
I
would
like
to
bring
a
slate
of
names
to
council
at
our
next
council
meeting.
So
we'll
see
if
we're
able
to
do
that,
but
what
that
means
is.
B
H
B
Daughter
introduced
by
Council

ordered
that
there
will
be
a
screening
committee
made
up
of
five
residents.
The
selection
committee
is
charged
with
naming
four
residents
who
will
be
on
the
screening
committee
working
with
the
Collins

screening
applicants
for
the
city

position.
The
fifth
resident
will
be
the
chair
of
the

and
appointed
by
President
Leo

That
purpose
will
be

B
B
Ers
proposal
by
councilor
Robertson,
we
as
the
city
council,
recognize
that
large
plan
does
special
permit
development
projects
can
have
both
positive
and
negative
impacts
in
the
community.
However,
as
an
established
body
of
law,
supports
and
municipalities
right
to
require
monetary
contributions
in
connection
with
the
commercial
and
our
residential
development,
including
conditioning
a
development
permit
upon
the
payment
of
such
contributions,
when
a
reasonable
relationship
can
be
demonstrated
between
the
required
fee
and
the
government's
legitimate
purpose.
B
Whereas
the
city
council
considers
both
the
impacts
and
needs
of
the
immediate
area
as
well
as
throughout
Chelsea,
whereas
the
city
council,
as
Chelsea's
dually
elected
legislative
body,
is
responsible
about
identifying
the
impacts
and
determining
the
appropriate
mitigation.
Whereas
the
city
council
Lord,
is
at
the
determination
efforts
to
be
fair
and
reasonable.
B
Households
constitutes
a
legitimate
government
purposes
indicated
by
authorized
State
legislation,
whereas
other
communities
in
the
Commonwealth
have
determined
in
the
state
legislature
has
agreed
that
there
is
a
Nexus
between
new
development
and
a
need
for
jobs.
Job
training
and
Workforce
Development
and
their
linkage
fees
can
be,
can
help
address
employment
barriers
and
gaps
in
occupational
skills
in
the
labor
force.
B
In
order
to
ensure
that
lower
moderate
income
residents
can
fully
benefit
from
the
job
opportunities
created
by
development
projects,
whereas
at
the
discretion
of
the
city,
council
or
the
development
May
operate,
Financial
contribution
to
be
held
in
escrow
by
the
city
to
support
Chelsea's
social
programs
and
Community
initiatives,
which
will
then
require
city
council
approval
for
this
perspect.
Now,
therefore,
be
it
ordained
at
the
revised
Court
of
ordinances
of
the
city
of
Chelsea
has
amended
to
be
further
amended
by
adopting
a
new
article
12
in
chapter
14
entitled
linkage
fees
for
development.
B
A
We
can
vote
on
it
tonight
actually,
even
though,
if
I
may,
even
though
my
name
is
on
it,
a
lot
of
criticals
for
Roy

who
was
the
president,
who
did
a
lot
of
work
on
the
linkage
thing
and
him
and
I've
had
conversation
about
where
we
thought
the

a
lot
of
it.
A

C
We'll

Yeah
I
want
to
speak
and
I
want
to
ask
for
a

break
before
the
vote.
What
do
we
need
a
break
for
because
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
we're
moving
forward
right?
If
it's
all
set
to
vote
on
tonight.
C

all
right!

at
this.
To
make
sure
everything
was
okay.
It
has

Robertson,
a
request
for
a
conference
with
Community
Development
for
an
update
on
Apple
funding
and
future
spending
requests.
A
Councilor
Todd
Taylor
moves
to
move
at
the
conference
under
suspension.
If
there
are
no
objections,
so
moves,
and
just
briefly
just
to
get
a
number
on
how
much
money
an
opera
is
going
to
the
various
programs
and
what
the
future
looks
like
in
regards
to
the
funding.
B
However,
as
this
statue
provides
opportunities
for
municipalities
to
gain
the
benefits
of
safe
marijuana
Congress,
while
addressing
potential
hazards
who
have
as
well
regulated
marijuana
businesses
or
for
the
residents
of
Chelsea
Economic
Development
opportunities,
now
be
it
ordained
by
the
city
council
of
the
city
of
Chelsea
as
follows:
section
14-459
of
the
city
of
Chelsea
Court
of
audiences
is
repealed.
This
ordinance
shall
be
effective.
Two
weeks
after
adoption.
H
So
this
is
this:
this
I
actually
have
a
number
of
questions
and
I
would
thank
the
thank
the
council
president
for
suggesting
to
move
it
to
conference.
H
H
H
If
the
cap
is
gone
because
that
restricts
my
competition,
so
I
would
like
to
hear
from
people
who
may
have
a
vested
interest
in
money
they've
spent
on
their
licenses
at
the
same
time,
I
personally
am
completely
opposed
to
most
of
the
businesses,
and
so
don't
have
really
any
personal
interest
in
removing
a
cap
at
all.
So
I
I
find
myself
in
the
slightly
awkward
position
of
likely
voting
against
this.
When
it
comes
up,
though,
sponsoring
the
actual
conference.
C
Thank
you,
Mr
President
I
also
have
some
questions,
I'd
like
to
answer
and
I'm
glad
to
hear
that
this
is
going
to
subcommittee
again
I'd
like
to
hear
from
the
police
department.
Obviously,
we
haven't
had
any
concerns
yet
because
we
were
limited
now
we're
expanding
and
I
just
want
to
get
an
idea
what
they
foresee,
also
by
expanding
I'm,
not
sure
exactly
how
close,
but
I
have
some
idea
in
percent.
C
How
close
some
of
these
places
are
going
to
be
to
one
another
and
what
could
happen
so
I
think
the
first
thing
to
do
is
get
a
subcommittee
and
have
the
these
folks
come
in
talk
to
us
and
be
like
hey.
Why
do
we
need
four
more
you
know?
What's
what's
the
argument
for
four
more
and
also
what's
the
damage
for
four
more
and
also
get
a
understanding
from
our
Police
Department
to
see
what
their
thoughts
are?
Also,
thank
you.
B
E
It
seems
like
there's
a
lot
of
complaints,
not
only
from
all
the
people
that
live
around
that
area
and
a
lot
of
people
seem
to
get
this
all
wrong.
They
think
that
the
councilors
are
the
ones
that
determine
what
the
buildings
get
knocked
down.
The
councilors
have
nothing
to
say
when
these
buildings
get
knocked
down
and
how
it's
done,
the
only
thing
councils
say
is
when
they
want
to
do
an
ordinance
to
build.
We
can't
say
what
building
they
knock
down.
E
That's
up
to
the
management
of
the
city
itself
and
there's
been
some
misunderstanding
between
the
administration
of
the
city
and
the
people
for
one
none
of
the
people
who
ever
notified
that
they
were
going
to
knock
these
buildings
down
two
none
of
them
ever
gave
them.
The
air
quality
was
inside
of
these
things
so
far
that
that
they
tested
them
and
they
haven't
given
no
results.
So
the
people
there
I
know
from
somebody.
E
There
told
me
that
what
yes,
there
was
a
specialist
inside
the
buildings,
but
it
was
in
the
floor
and
and
the
other
building
they're
knocking
down
in
22
Willow.
There
was
a
hazardous
waste
which
is
stored
outside
right
now
in
its
cabinets
with
plastic,
so
they
should
have
been
communication
between
the
city,
the
people
they
knocked
it
down
and
their
constituents.
They
live
all
around
that
area.
They
should
have
been
notified,
at
least
let
them
know
what
was
going
on
and
for
one
I
was
there
when
they
installed
a
monitor
on
Highland
Park.
E
So
who
maintains,
as
a
state
maintained
the
monitor
to
tell
the
people
what
air
quality
is
there?
Oh,
who
has
the
responsibility
of
that
because
when
they
installed
it
who's
in
charge
of
it,
don't
they
tell
the
people
when
the
air
quality
is
bad
or
something
like
that
because
they
installed
a
machine
there,
an
air
quality
machine
so
who's
in
charge
of
that
machine?
That's
this.
The
city
itself
know
who
monitors
it
and
do
they
tell
the
people?
That
is
the
question
they
put
it,
but
who
knows
what
what
it
is?
E
And
they
should
have
told
the
people
there
and
that's
kind
of
the
city
should
have
told
them
exactly
what
the
air
quality
was
and
what
the
material
that
they
were
knocking
down
was
so
I
would
like
to
know.
Who
has
the
authority
for
one
who
monitors
it
and
does
the
city
have
the
data
to
tell
the
people
that
it's
safe
for
the
ear
that
they
breed
around
there?
That
is
what
I'm
asking
for
thank.
B
B
We
raise
a
specific
objective
of
the
city
of
Chelsea
Zone
Garden
that
states
the
need
to
uncovers
the
most
appropriate
use
of
land
throughout
the
city
of
Chelsea,
whereas
the
city
of
Chelsea
wishes
to
modify
its
zoning
rules
to
properly
regulate
the
recreational
marijuana
industry
in
order
to
ensure
that
the
industry
Works
to
the
benefit
of
the
city's
residence
without
adverse
impacts
and
where
we
had
section
34-158
permitting
regulates
the
operations
of
marijuana.
Retails
retailers
outside
the
scope
of
zoning.
B
Now,
therefore,
be
it
ordained
at
the
revised
code
of
ordinances
of
the
city
of
Chelsea,
as
amended,
be
further
amended
and
adopted
as
follows,
and
garden,
let's
revive
a
revising
part.
2
chapter
34,
article
7
of
the
Chelsea
Court
of
harnesses
to
zoning
Provisions
marijuana
establishments,
section
34-158c,
permitting
of
the
city
of
Chelsea
Court
of
audiences
is
repealed.
A
G
Yes,
so
this
this
conversations,
a
subcommittee
held
on
two
particular
speed,
bumps
that
I
wanted
placed
on
Crescent
Ave
I.
Think
that
the
conversation
now
that
we
are
requesting
is
just
a
deeper
understanding
of
the
traffic
with
the
traffic
and
parking
commission,
so
that
we
can
get
a
Clear
Vision
of
when
these
orders
are
submitted.
The
process
that
goes
into
the
criterias
and
for
the
public.
G
E
Fellow
counselor
is
right:
we
need
to
speak
to
the
packing
and
traffic
commission.
We
need
to
understand
more
or
less
what
they're
doing,
because
sometimes
they
do
things
and
we
don't
even
know
what
they
do,
even
though
they
say
well,
you
have
the
final
say:
I,
don't
know
about
that.
If
we
finally
have
the
final
say
they
installed
things
and
they
don't
even
tell
us,
they
install
them.
I
just
found
out
something
they
did
four
years
ago
five
years
ago
and
they
were
stalling
it
now.
So
how?
What
is
the
procedure?
You
know
how?
E
A
E
G
I
just
wanted
to
congratulate
the
Chelsea
black
community
for
the
amazing
event
that
was
hosted
this
afternoon.
It
was
great
to
see
the
community
come
together
and
to
celebrate
the
culture,
the
multiple
cultures,
but
in
particular
the
Black
Culture
that
we
have
in
Chelsea
and
real
briefly.
Just
also
wanted
to
remind
folks
that
tomorrow
we
have
a
subcommittee
for
anyone
in
the
community
who
wants
to
share
input
on
how
the
screening
Community
Committee
for
the
new
city
manager.
What
their
thoughts
are.
G
G
Also
Friday
is
the
deadline
by
12
pm
to
submit
any
electronic
input
through
the
survey
that
we
have
on
the
website.
Thank
you.
Council.
A
C
C
E
My
announcement
is
brief:
tomorrow
is
the
last
day
where
you
can
get
your
resonance
sticker
and
there's
lines
all
the
way
to
the
rear
end.
So
if
tomorrow's
City
Hall
is
closed,
the
city
should
allow
for
an
additional
week
for
people
to
get
their
stickers.
So
we
should
tell
Miss
Citron
the
parking
commission
for
them
not
to
tag
people.
If
tomorrow
is
closed,
then
you
cannot
get
your
residence
sticker.
E
A
Any
other
announcements,
briefly
from
the
chair,
we're
going
to
have
a
lot
of
money
matters
that
are
going
to
be
coming
up
before
the
board.
We
need
eight
votes
in
order
to
pass
money.
So
if
we
don't
have
eight
people
here,
we
could
have
a
quorum
but
not
have
eight
people.
Then
we
can't
vote
on
any
money
on
us.
I
Something
this
past
weekend
we
were
at
the
croning
ice
skating
ring
and
it
was
a
huge
turnout
for
the
cultural
and
Recreation
no
division,
and
it
was
great.
It
was
great
to
see
the
community
out
ice
skating,
I
overheard,
a
ton
of
kids
saying
that
that
was
their
first
time
and
it
was
my
first
time
ice
skating.
So
it
was
a
lot
of
fun
and
I
want
to
thank
the
city
efforts
for
allowing
our
community
and
our
children,
who
probably
were
born
in
other
countries,
who
have
never
ice
skated.
C
Can
go
my
stuff
around?
Thank
you,
I,
just
Jesus
heavy
heart
already
today
was
the
funeral
live
for.
My
cousin
I
was
at
a
funeral
all
day
for
my
cousin,
Dwayne
Johnson
Lutheran
Massachusetts.
We
stand
in
North
Carolina.
We
brought
them
back.
We
did
the
service
today
he's
a
veteran
of
the
United
States
Air
Force
I'm,
sorry
thinking
of
my
daughter,
United
States,
Army,
82nd
infantry
Airborne,
also
one
of
my
dear
friends,
mentors
Deacon
William
Barry
from
Zion
Church
Ministry.
C
If
you
any,
you
think
you
heard
of
that
church,
that's
the
church,
I've
been
attending
for
the
last
15
years
here
in
Everett,
Deacon
Baron
was
a
wolf,
a
big
man
he's
six
six,
but
he
was
bigger
than
that
in
life.
Not
only
was
he
an
outstanding
leader,
an
outstanding
person
for
our
church
and
our
community
and
surrounding
communities.
C
C
Senior
Center
places
and
Chelsea
was
one,
and
he
was
here
in
Chelsea
for
the
last
three
or
four
years,
and
every
time
you
talk
about
him,
you
talk
about
the
joy
and
the
motivation
and
they
said
he
was
a
cheerleader,
because
a
lot
of
our
seniors
would
be
trying
to
attempt
some
of
the
art
of
Tai
Chi
and
he
would
just
cheer
them
on,
and
it
just
gave
them
a
great
sense
of
Pride
and
encouragement.
So
I
think
he
deserved
in
my
cousin.
C
A
E
Yesterday
there
was
a
boat
of
migrants,
they
came
from
Africa,
they
wanted
to
go
to
Europe
and
the
boat
broke
in
half.
There
was
a
hundred
people,
60
of
them.
Mother
and
children
died
in
the
sea
that
goes
between
Sicily
and
Italy
Sicily
and
Tunisia.
The
bow
broken
half
this
thing.
That
happens
a
lot,
but
yesterday
was
a
bad
thing,
because
there
was
many
mothers
and
children
they
perished
in
the
water.
