A
Good
evening,
ladies
and
gentlemen,
this
is
carrie
xuan
of
chelsea
community
cable
television.
We
are
here
for
CCC
TV
and
mr.
Robert
Bradley
executive
director
Rickey,
is
behind
the
camera.
We
are
at
the
Hilton
Garden
Inn
in
East
Boston
Massachusetts
for
the
Chelsea
Chamber
of
Commerce
installation
of
offices,
reception
in
dinner,
and
we
have
the
man
of
the
hour
in
the
first
lady
of
the
Chelsea
Chamber
of
Commerce.
This
is
Joseph
Mahoney
financial
advisor
financial
navigator.
A
B
B
B
We
try
to
do
a
lot
and
I
think
in
the
past
a
lot
of
it.
We
have
our
pot
of
gold,
but
the
big
thing
that
we're
going
to
try
to
do
is
expose
many
of
the
businesses
that
make
up
our
fine
organization,
because
there
are
a
lot
of
great
businesses
in
the
city
and,
unfortunately,
many
people
don't
or
are
not
aware
of
them,
and
so
that
that
that
is
going
to
be
one
of
my
primary
tasks.
Okay,.
A
E
A
B
Going
to
be
very
brief,
but
basically
just
what
I
said
we're
here
to
help
the
people
the
community
to
grow
and
to
communicate,
because
there
are
a
lot
of
interesting
things
happening
in
this
city.
I
had
the
opportunity
last
week
to
go
into
the
new
clock
app
school
and
there
are
things
in
there.
I
asked
the
principal
Jordon
tallbutt
excuse
me
principal
tall,
but
to
see
if
I
could
enroll
in
the
5th
grade,
because
they
have
some
fantastic
opportunities
and
I
hope
that
it's
properly
disseminated
to
all
the
residents
in
the
community.
Okay,.
A
F
A
C
A
You
and
Schulman.
Well,
you
never
know
who
you
gonna
see
here
Ricky,
but
this
rich
coffee,
rich,
oh
we
caught
them.
Do
it
gets
it
a
good
time.
We
hope
so
riffs
I
know
you're
doing
a
lot
here
tonight
is
the
executive
director
of
the
Chamber
of
Commerce.
Are
you
looking
forward
to
tonight's
festivities
of.
G
Course,
naturally,
right
now,
we've
got
a
little
technology
issue,
so
I'm
looking
forward
to
the
to
that
being
over.
But
it's
great
to
be
back
here
at
the
Hilton
Garden
Inn,
one
of
our
members
of
the
Chelsea
Chamber,
and
to
see
so
many
faces.
Some
members
who
have
never
attended
a
chamber
event
before
are
gonna,
be
here
this
evening.
So
I'm
looking
forward
to
meeting
them
and
I'm
excited
for
a
great
turnout.
A
G
G
G
G
A
H
I
think
it's
a
little
bit
of
a
mixed
bag,
but
I
think
that
we're
getting
a
little
bit
better
I'd
like
to
see
a
lot
more
home
ownership
in
the
city.
Instead
of
rentals
rentals
rentals,
we
need
more
stability,
more
people
who
are
committed
to
staying
long-term
in
the
city,
give
it
more
stability,
help
the
school
system,
etc.
Okay,.
A
I
A
I
A
J
Just
it's
a
pleasure
to
be
here
to
see
all
the
business
people
from
the
city
come
over
and
celebrate
another
year
of
the
chamber.
We've
got
Joe
Mahoney
who's
finally
agreed
to
step
up
and
become
our
president
and
he's
gonna
do
a
good
job
for
us,
but
it's
just
fun
to
see
the
people
and
be
part
of
Chelsea
and
welcome
spring.
It's
looking
beautiful
out
there
and
nice
and
sunny,
and
as
long
as
you
don't
go
outside
and
feel
the
cool
breeze
we'll
be
all
set
but
spring.
A
J
J
You
know
I
think
some
of
those
guys
in
the
bullpen
that
got
away
and
not
having
Kimbrel
as
a
closer
in
the
other
end
might
hurt
them
a
little
bit.
But
you
know
I
think
there's
some
magic
about
Cora
that
he
brings
to
the
table
that
these
guys
play
a
little
bit
harder
for
him
a
little
bit.
You
know
a
little
bit
stronger.
J
Bank
Chelsea
Bank
is
doing
well.
We
closed
well,
obviously,
as
we
as
everybody
knows,
we're
part
of
East
Cambridge,
Savings
Bank,
but
last
year
the
bank
is
a
combined
entity
closed
the
the
books
at
almost
a
1.1
billion
dollar
bank.
So
we're
not
a
big
bank
but
we're
we're
a
good-sized
bank
we're
doing
a
lot
of
things
in
Chelsea
that
I
couldn't
do
is
Chelsea
Bank
because
we
just
didn't
have
the
horse.
Powers
is
a
50
million
dollar
bank,
so
things
are
going
well
where
we're
bringing
in
new
customers.
J

K
A
L
L
A
L
A
M
A
N
It's
a
it's
a
luxury
apartment
building.
Nobody
would
bleed
in
Chelsea,
nobody
believed
in
the
luxury
apartment
building
in
Chelsea
and
Nell.
Chelsea's
got
plenty
of
apartment,
buildings
and
hotels
and
everything
else.
So
it's
great
for
Chelsea
great
for
us
and
I
think
Chelsea's
future
is
bright
and
will
be
brighter
in
the
next
10
years.
It's
going
to
be
all
up
all
up
like.
N
Know
what
people
ask
me
that
question?
It's
like
anything
else.
What
was
like,
you
know,
being
the
son
of
your
father
right,
it's
it's
a
it's
normal
right,
it's
what
your
father
is,
that's
what
you
used
to
and
it
doesn't
feel
any
different
than
I'm
sure
your
father
was
to
you
all
right.
He
was
a
great
guy.
He
was
my
father
right.
The
job
was
his
job,
and
that
was
a
different
thing
right.
He
did
a
good
job
at
it,
but
at
the
other
day
he
was
my
father
and
a
great
guy,
really
wonderful.
N
A
O
It's
fantastic
I
mean
over
my
years
here
is
I
mean
I,
go
back
when
I
was
a
kid.
You
know.
Mom
worked
for
my
dream
in
a
cello
and
that's
where
back
in
the
80s,
and
she
was
the
first
female
president
here
and
really
that
left
an
imprint
on
me
regarding
what
how
important
and
impactful
the
chamber
can
be,
and
that
was
over
30
years
ago,
in
through
my
years
as
a
city
councilor
and
now
here
at
Chelsea
housing.
You
know
we
work
with.
O
O
A
O
O
I
think
we
got
a,
you
know,
tweak
a
few
things
in
the
bullpen
good.
For
me,
everything
starts
with
pitching
and
catching
catching
they're.
Fine,
starting
pitching.
They
look
good,
but
bullpen
I
think
we
might
need
a
little
assistance
there.
So
we'll
see
how
it
goes.
Who's.
O
A
A
P
A
Q
Over
30
years,
you
know
still
kicking
still
being
able
to
contribute
to
this
fine
City,
the
city's
in
great
shape.
No,
no
we're
continuing
to
move
forward.
Oh
it's
a
tonight's
event.
Yes,
always
I,
don't
know
what
number
event
this
is
for
me
for
the
chamber,
but
that's
a
great
event
and
actually
I'd
like
to
share
the
fact
that
my
daughter
who's,
the
associate
head
coach
over
at
MIT
won
the
league.
The
last
two
years
last
year
was
the
first
time
in
women's
history
and
he
went
to
the
NCAA
tournament
for
the
first
time.
Q
A
A
R
R
A
S
T
S
T
At
Camp
ik,
well,
things
are
just
really
wonderful.
These
days,
we
we're
truly
getting
the
level
of
recognition
and
support
that
we
need
from
the
municipalities,
namely
Winthrop
Chelsea
and
Revere
revered
just
Monday
evening
passed
a
motion
to
authorize
the
the
mayor
mayor,
Arrigo
to
fund
Catholic
with
a
$60,000
annual
appropriation
that
would
be
used
for
emergencies.
So
this
gives
us
the
resources
that
we
need
to
do
the
job,
so
we
just
had
a
fire
in
Revere
on
Thornton
Ave.
T
It
displaced,
19
persons,
so
cap
put
up
funding
to
relocate
those
families,
not
all
of
them,
but
some
of
them
and
it's
nice
to
know
that
we
won't
be
restricted
to
be
using
funds
that
really
shouldn't
be
used
for
that
purpose.
So
to
have
an
emergency
fund
like
that
is
very
valuable
and
we'll
be
looking
to
Chelsea
shortly
to
see,
if
they're,
in
a
position
to
contribute
as
well
and
with
Rufus
already
on
the
table
and
doing
it.
T
T
Wrote
it
so
I,
so
you
know:
Kerry,
you've
always
been
very,
very
good.
You've
always
recognized
that
work,
and
you
know
I'm
one
of
125
people
that
work
there
and
you
know
I
simply
leave
the
organization,
but
it's
the
people
that
work
with
me
that
I
respect
so
much
and
appreciate
what
they
do
every
day
and
they
don't
get
recognition.
So
the
recognition
I
get
I
share
with
them,
of
course,
and
David.
T
Excuse
me:
David
Midland,
of
course
not
only
a
local
attorney
here
in
Chelsea,
but
is
also
on
Catholics
board
of
directors,
and
he
has
been
for
some
time
and
David
gives
us
the
insight
that
we
need
from
the
private
sector
so
that
we
can
make
decisions
and
and
and
take
into
consideration
what
private
sector
people
think
about.
So
we
appreciate
the
board
of
directors.
21
members
that
we
have
Rochelle
Cromwell
is
our
chairperson
and
that
board
is
voluntary.
They
meet
every
month
and
they
are
setting
the
direction
for
the
organization.
Okay,.
S
Is
wonderful
in
the
field
of
vlogs
busy
season
happy
to
report
development
goes
on
in
the
city,
real
estate
sales
go
on
in
the
city,
but
I
will
say
echo
everything
that
bob
says
I'm
proud
to
be
a
member
of
the
cap
accord
the
rotary
board
and
the
chamber,
and
it's
just
a
wonderful
community
communities
and
thrilled
to
be
part
of
it
and
involved
in
all
of
it
and
Bob
just
does
a
phenomenal
job.
It
can't
can't
say
enough
for
Bob
and
CAPA
canned.
That's.
A
S
True,
so
I
went
to
work
for
salt
right
out
of
law
school
or
a
year
after
I
was
a
kid.
He
was
the
old
guy
at
55
and
unfortunately
passed
away
at
94,
but
taught
me
everything,
I
know
and
just
a
terrific
person
to
learn
from
and
a
again
a
member
of
the
Chelsea
community
and
it's
never
I,
never
imagined
things
would
turn
out
the
way
they
did
and
I
owe
a
lot
of
it
to
solve
most
of
it
to
solve
them.
So.
T
T
Not
I
think
I've
known
David,
probably
for
about
25
years,
but
it
just
so
happens
that
my
dad
auntie
Nora
Pucci
with
salt
crafts,
accountants
back
when
Saul
Kraft
had
the
pharmacy
and
the
law
practice
at
the
same
time-
and
you
know
I'd
appreciate
it
if
I
could
say
one
more
thing
also
I
just
want
to
let
people
know
people
from
Chelsea
and
Revere
know
that
preservation
of
tenancies
is
very
important.
It's
very
important
to
our
organization
to
me
personally,
and
that
is
to
help
people
stay
in
their
homes.
T
So
we
hear
about
gentrification,
which
is
basically
our
community's
becoming
middle
to
high
income
communities,
and
it's
displacing
it's
displacing
the
fabric
of
our
communities,
the
people
that
grew
up
in
these
cities
that
can
no
longer
afford
to
live
there.
So
we
want
to
do
what
we
can
to
get
our
leaders
to
preserve
existing
tendencies
when
we
work
every
day
at
capric
to
try
to
develop
creative
ways
of
doing
that,
and
we
need
your
support.

I
oversee
couple

I
have
my
exact

as
a

for

so
I
oversee
the
whole

Maine
in

and
I
have
two
hotels
in

that
I
report
to

so
I
miss
miss,
have

down
here
in

So
that's

I'm
I'm

It's
doing
very,
very
well,
as
you
know,
a
lot
of
hotels
have
popped
up
in
Chelsea.
One
just
recently
opened
again
the
Holiday
Inn
Chelsea,
which
is
doing
great,
but
the
area
is
just
booming
I'm
right
over
the
bridge
in
East
Boston,
but
I'm.
So
happy
I
was
a
part
of
the
original
hotel
in
Chelsea.
As
you
know,
the
Wyndham
back
in
2000,
which
seems
like
a
long
time
ago,
but
to
see
all
all
the
hotels
come
right
after
that
I
thought
it
was
great.
Jay

a
big
part

it.

yes,
Steve

Jeana,
Guan
she's
here
now,
who
is
an

person,
as
you
know
so,
and
everyone's
always
welcome.
Please
ask
for
me:
this
is
the
third
time
doing
the
installation
didn't
year
out
of
four
years
since
we've
been
open,
but
that
is
here
three
times
we're
proud
to
be
a
Chamber
member.
Oh,
we.
A
AF
AC
How
you
doing
all
right,
how
you
doing
tonight,
all
right
nice
crowd
the
Chelsea
Chamber
of
Commerce?
Would
you
like
to
say
about
it
just
that
keep
on
doing
what
you're
doing
I've
been
around
for
a
long
time
and
helping
a
lot
of
our
good
businesses
here
in
Chelsea?
Congratulations
to
the
new
offices
and
thank
you
to
the
outgoing
offices
and
let's
have
a
good
time
tonight.
How.
AC
Beacon
Hill
speaking
Hill
is
doing
all
right.
We
had
a
vote
today,
just
get
out
of
there
and
we've
been
pretty
busy.
It's
been
ramping
up,
so
we're
gonna
have
a
good
session
good
two
years
happening
in
Massachusetts.
This
certainly
isn't
what
happened?
A
lot
happening
around
here,
a
lot
of
water
construction
work,
but
a
lot
of
good
construction.
AC
We
finally
getting
our
roads
and
bridges
done
around
here,
so
everyone
just
being
with
us
and
the
another
year
or
two
we'll
be
out
of
it,
but
we're
gonna
have
brand
new
infrastructure
around
here
to
help
out
great
businesses
and
Chelsea
now
help
by
residents.
Residents
get
back
and
forth
to
work
and
wherever
else
they
have
to
go.

having
us
here,
and
it's
going
to
be
another
great
gonna,
be
another
great
time
tonight
and
we're
gonna
bring
in
some
new
leaders
bring
us
some
new
leaders
for
Racha
see
the
thing
about
Chelsea.
It's
funny.
Chelsea
has
so
many
leaders,
so
we
really
have.
We
have
a
nice
pic
of
our
people,
so
we'd
like
to
wish
them
the
best
of
luck.

Mary's,
yes
and
our
other
Award
recipients
that
donated
it
to
a
bed
for
every
child.
AK
A
AJ
A
Coming
up
and
Chelsea
that
the
residents
should
know
about
a
lot
of
great
construction
and
people
moving
in
and
all
that.
A
AJ
Family
I'm
trying
to
create
a
world
that
is
that
that
I
could
be
proud
in,
for
my
daughter,
I'm
just
trying
to
do
the
right
thing,
I
feel
for
a
long
time.
There
wasn't
a
lot
of
representation
of
just
the
average
folk
on
the
council
and
I
just
wanted
to
make
sure
to
shake
things
up
a
little
bit.
Make
sure
that
our
voices
are
at
the
table.
Working.
AJ
Do
I
would
say
it's
it's
it's
yesterday,
I
was
at
a
zoning
board
meeting.
Thank
you.
I
was
at
a
zoning
board
meeting
and
I
saw
about
four
or
five
councilors.
It
was
up.
It
was
really
nice,
it's
so
nice
to
see
people
being
present.
I'm
the
Chelsea
black
community
does
events.
Every
year
this
year
was
the
most
councillors
I've
ever
seen
at
any
one
of
their
events,
so
I'm,
hoping
that
we
can
continue
that
flow
and
we
can
get
more
unity
and,
and
all
of
us
should
support
one
another,
always.
AJ
A
AL
AL
AM
Well,
we
sell
all
types
of
restaurant
equipment
front
of
the
house
back
in
the
house.
Do
a
lot
of
business
with
the
state
schools,
hospitals,
anybody
that
has
contract
feeding
a
lot
of
restaurants.
We
have
a
lot
of
a
lot
of
Boston.
Downtown
Boston
is
great
for
restaurant
business.
That's
for
sure,
so
we
do
a
lot
with
different
sectors.
You.
AM
AM
A
AN
So
we
never
get
the
program
started.
Obviously,
I
wanted
value
at
a
time.
It
is
a
Wednesday
evening,
Thursday
night
we
have
Thirsty
Thursday,
but
this
is
only
Wednesday,
so
today
we're
gonna
try
to
defend
another
one,
alright,
so,
first
of
all
on
behalf
of
the
children
promised
want
to.
Thank
you
all
for
coming
on
tonight.
AN
We
know,
did
you
cut
anybody's
going
on
and
you
did
a
lives
and
we
know
how
much
you
do
and
their
daily
basis
any
like
businesses,
you
know
so
further
the
Chamber
be
a
part
of
an
installation
event
like
this
is
we've
gotten
to
the
business
community,
also
to
those
who
are
involved
with
the
chamber,
so
I
wanna.
Thank
you
as
our
past
president.
Many
of
you
know
my
name's
Dennis
Costello,
and
you
know
when
you
get
to
a
certain
point.
They
actually
went
that
down
field
since
yeah.
My
name
is
don't
say
so.
AN
AN
AN
AN
AN
We
want
to
thank
you
recognize
one
of
our
long-term
members
that
was
sir
valued
and
important
to
this
organization
for
so
many
years.
If
you
attend
the
chamber
events
of
a
passage
that
members
were
born,
you
probably
know
exactly
who
I'm
talking
about
Jinnah
Sikorsky.
Unfortunately,
Janus
cannot
be
here
with
us
this
evening,
but
just
in
the
recognition
of
all
our
efforts
in
the
chambers.
AN
And
I
never
sent
that
note.
I'd
ask
y'all
to
age
and,
among
the
sounds
to
remember,
to
federal
food
members
whose
dedication
to
the
chamber
time
and
energy
really
made
such
a
difference
to
all
of
us
and
I
know
myself
personally
being
involved
with
Platt
ago
many
of
the
events
that
we
have
the
breakfasts
and
so
forth:
miss
Finkelstein,
Kathy,
Finkelstein
and
Joanne
Harrison.
We're
always
right
there
to
be
involved
to
help
sell
tickets
to
do
everything
that
they
could
to
help
the
community
in
the
chamber.
So
huggy
just
asked
for
a
woman.
Thank
you.
AN
All
right,
you
can
get
back
up
to
speed.
So
there's
there
were
some
in
this
room,
newer
members
of
the
chamber,
and
some
of
our
directors
did
a
newish
to
the
work
of
directors,
most
of
them
in
the
room
and
I'd
like
to
take
a
moment
just
to
introduce
them
to
you
now
in
case
you
don't
know
who
they
are
I'll,
if
I
call
your
name,
please
stand
and
we'll
just
totally
applause
till
the
end.
I
really
appreciate
that
Anita
and
Cedeno
I
know
he's
here:
Robin
el
cuñado
Allen
out
there.
That's
president
dr.
AN
AO
AN
In
making
sure
that
the
chamber
is
successful,
the
universe's
her
and
that
all
of
the
things
that
we
do
on
a
weekly
monthly
yearly
basis
are
handled
with
pink
ones
and
done
so
in
a
way
that
totally
represents
your
best
interest.
You
know
just
these
folks
who
really
want
continuity,
they're
volunteers
and
we're
always
looking
for
new
people
to
be
involved
at
the
chamber
at
the
word
level.
So
if
you
have
interesting,
you
know
expanding
your
time
with
the
with
the
with
the
with
the
board
or
in
events.
There's
certainly
plenty
to
get
involved
with.
AN
AN
I
Naked
couple
more
attention
might
be
good.
F
I
Well,
as
Dennis
got
the
instruction
sheet
for
Rex,
and
it
says
what
done
has
to
do-
some
Ellen
will
go
since
I
have
to
acknowledge
the
dignitaries
that
enrollment
everybody
here's
the
thing
that
ever
gets
out
of
the
chamber,
Congress
witness
X
black.
We
do
have
some
elected
officials
that
are
here
this
evening
and
I'd
like
to
ask
them
to.
I
AN
So
it's
my
pleasure.
Actually,
we
have
to
keep
this
program
moving
my
pleasure
to
introduce
this
evening's
guest
speaker
for
many
of
you
who
are
chosen
community
and
in
the
New
England
area.
The
Kraft
name
is
synonymous
with
great
things:
the
Norma
Patriots
the
foundation
and
everything
that
revolves
around
doing
good
and
bringing
enjoyment
to
the
to
the
communities
and
to
the
state.
So
the
data
is
my
pleasure
to
to
introduce
this
evening.
We
met
we.
M
AN
Just
president/ceo
for
the
bastard
Josh
started
the
defensive
ghost
that
nearly
30
years
ago
at
the
Edgeley
family,
some
nice
things
like
well.
He
developed
a
passion
for
working
with
children
after
graduating
from
the
Harvard
Graduate
School
of
Education
just
returned
to
the
poison
Roseburg
right
here
in
Chelsea,
where
we
ran
the
Chelsea
after-school
program
in
the
basement
of
a
housing
development
as
foundation
executive
director.
He
spearheaded
the
construction
in
today's
state-of-the-art,
showing
the
value
in
gross
fat.
Whoever
phenyl
is
done.
AN
Jordan
poison
first
played
during
his
15-year
tenure
and
tenure
in
Chelsea,
Josh
white
tiles,
games
in
community
and
build
trust
within
the
city's
view.
Today,
as
an
English
president
and
CEO
just
continues
to
do
this
from
one
of
14,000
youth
that
participate
annually,
the
Boys
and
Girls
Club
of
Greater
Boston
each
year
under
Josh's
leadership.
AN
The
person
girls
have
had
me
having
to
ship
space
clothes
in
a
Mattapan,
Teen
Center,
as
well
as
expand
as
the
South
Boston
Club
for
president
future
members
with
these
accomplishments,
the
Boys
and
Girls
Club
is
broadest
reach
in
a
deeper
impact.
Close
mentorship
has
doubled
and
is
faster.
The
community
of
200
program
partners
forever
Austin
and
Chelsea
just
serves
in
the
burgh.
There's
a
Threadless
University.
The
venomous
hospital
can't
have
a
new
foundation
in
a
Hydra
program.
AN
I
found
Asian
he's
a
co-chair
of
the
huge
crime
staffers
from
Massachusetts,
as
well
as
the
privacy
of
fellow
South
College,
and
if
that
isn't
enough
to
recognize
him
for
his
remarkable
contributions
to
our
local
community,
josh
is
also
the
president
of
england,
patriots,
charity
foundation,
the
overseas
numerous
initiatives
such
as
Game
Change,
the
Patriots
anti-violence
partnership,
the
community
and
we
feel
words
and
salvation
terrorism.
The
Patriots
charity
foundation
donates
more
than
donates
to
more
than
1500
nonprofit
institutions.
M
M
L
M
I
think
their
message
was
supposed
to
intimidate
people,
but
in
reality
it's
a
great
message.
Let's
keep
America
American,
because
when
we
keep
America
American
we're
celebrating
the
core
values
that
make
America
so
great
values
like
unity,
equality
and
democracy,
and
those
are
the
values
that
everyone
in
this
room
that
the
chamber
celebrates
and
sustains
every
day
and
when
times
were
tough
in
America.
Those
are
the
values
we
always
see
on
display.
I
was
much
privileged
enough
to
be
down
in
Pittsburgh
like
The
Tree
of
Life
synagogue
for
the
first
part
mitzvah
there.
M
After
a
horrific
shooting
and
one
of
the
most
powerful
things
that
I
saw
was
a
lot
of
houses.
Death
dealt
with
beautiful,
Christmas
decorations
with
signs
in
their
front
lawn.
That
said,
stronger
than
hate
with
the
Star
of
David
on
there
you
go
keeping
America
American
right,
there's
a
powerful
unity
in
that
and
then
in
2017,
the
Greater
Boston
interfaith
organization
had
Muslim
teachings
and
churches
and
seminars
throughout
eastern
Massachusetts
again.
F
M
America
American
and
that
as
I
said
earlier,
is
exactly
what
all
of
you
here
at
the
Chelsea
Chamber
of
Commerce
have
done
since
the
inception
of
this
organization,
and
it
starts
simply
with
16
years
of
supporting
the
most
bankable.
Some
of
the
most
valuable
citizens
are
in
this
area:
the
women
and
children.
Looking
for
support
through
Harbour
Cove
and
through
your
taste
of
Chelsea
16
years,
the
rate
for
over
1.5
million
dollars
to
support
some
of
the
most
vulnerable
people
in
this
area.
In.
M
M
But
you
know
Jay
told
me
that
there's
no
there's
no
event.
That
means
more
to
him
or
impacts
of
more
than
that
day
because
of
all
the
kids
that
come
in
there,
regardless
of
socioeconomic
status,
race,
ethnicity.
Every
single
kid
feels
something
great
and
special
that
day
and
if
Joe
is
the
santa
claus,
feels
it.
M
You
can
imagine
every
kid
in
that
room
feels
it
then
also
when
your
support
from
day,
one
in
June,
1
1993
of
the
Jordan
Boys
and
Girls
Club,
we
built
that
beautiful
building
and
open
in
February
2002
I'm,
confident
that
just
about
every
business
and
many
are
in
the
room
still
here
tonight,
either
had
something
to
do
financially
with
the
building.
You
donate
your
time
and
materials
you
donated
anything
and
everything
whatever
you
could
to
make
that
building
a
reality
and
that
again
was
keeping
America
American
and
you
know
at
the
plug.
M
You
involved
all
these
businesses
every
time
I'm
there
I'm
not
there
as
much.
They
see
everybody
there
at
the
breakfast
and
so
on
and
I
know
one
of
the
great
events
that
we
don't
do
anymore
because
the
crowds
died
down.
But
when
we
used
to
do
that,
July
4th
event
is
so
many
people
in
this
room
would
be
out
there
on
their
holiday
volunteering
their
time
on
July
4th.
M
Some
of
those
days
is
about
95
degrees,
scooping
slush
cooking
hot
dogs
face
painting
and
the
crowd
that
was
there
is
probably
I'd
have
to
say
the
most
ethnically
and
racially
diverse
crowd
celebrating
July
4th
in
the
country.
But
again
you
were
all
keeping
America
America
and
your
support
of
the
club
is
really
most
powerful
in
the
alums
that
have
come
to
the
club
and
I
just
think
of
haryana
who's.
Now
the
performing
arts
director
in
Chelsea
hi
catalina
an
oncology
nurse
at
the
Brigham
and
Women's
Hospital
Hamza
who's.
M
The
team
advocate
at
the
club,
but
also
a
varsity
track
coach
at
Bridgewater,
State
College
right
now
and
Anthony
was
about
to
become
a
doctor
and
one
of
those
recent
alarms
who's
a
staff
and
is
now
joining
gonna,
be
part
of
Chelsea's
finest
joining
the
Chelsea
police.
The
blood
I
wish
Brian
was
here
because
his
promise
to
get
me
out
of
it.
M
So
again,
it's
those
alarms
and
again
it's
those
three
values.
American
values
that
you
will
sustain
at
the
club
sustains
that
me
and
my
brothers
learned
from
our
parents
know,
began
those
values
of
women's
equality,
diversity
and
I.
Don't
want
to
be
a
PR
machine
for
my
mom
and
dad
or
my
family,
but
one
of
the
things
we
learned
in
a
early
age
was,
you
know,
giving
back
is
very
important,
especially
for
you,
because
all
of
yours
they
reached
a
to
us.
M
M
For
my
my
dad
or
my
late
mother,
but
you
know
too
many
years
they've
given
away
hundreds
upon
hundreds
of
millions
of
dollars
to
philanthropy.
But
if
you
ask
them,
if
you
ask
my
dad
today,
he's
I'm
on
the
west
coast,
if
I
mother
was
still
alive
the
last
time,
what's
the
most
important
philanthropic
thing,
you
all
remember
that
that's
most
important
to
you
I
know
they
were
both
saying
the
community
and
the
PIA
wars
and
those
are
awards.
M
AL
M
Adult
daughter
died
of
cancer
and,
from
the
day
after
her
daughter
died,
she
was
volunteering
at
dana-farber
three
days
a
week.
You
know
for
25
plus
years.
Just
so
many
great
stories
like
that-
and
this
is
how
important
it
was.
Our
metal
of
my
mom
was
very
sick.
It
was
in
May
and
when
we're
reading
the
we
had
just
gotten
to
the
three
finalists
and
the
grand
prize,
one
or
the
two
runners-up,
so
I
went
into
the
ICU
to
read
the
finalists
to
her
and
she
couldn't
really
wish.
M
And
I
just
think
of
last
year's
grand
prize
when
I
was
a
woman
named
Patti
Levin
at
the
main,
who
10
years
ago,
started
a
health
care
clinic
free
health
care
from
their
residence
in
I.
Think
it's
bath
main
serving
240
people
a
year
free
health
care.
She
coordinates
doctor
visits,
dentists,
nurses,
a
psychiatrist.
She
does
all
the
testing
and
screening
herself
again
she's
keeping
America
American.
So
I
want
to
keep
it
brief.
M
But
in
closing
whether
it's,
the
chesty
chamber
of
commerce,
the
residents
of
Pittsburgh
who
live
near
the
true-life
synagogue,
the
great
staff
at
the
Jordan,
Boys
and
Girls
Club
went
by
Gina
and
talented,
miss
Olivia
and
they
meant
volunteers
like
Patricia,
Levitt,
well,
keeping
America,
American
and
celebrating
those
values
like
unity,
diversity,
Authority
that
keep
us
all
moving
forward,
not
only
today
but
in
the
future.
So
thank
you
very
much.
AN
M
AP
Josh
welcome
back.
Thank
you
for
your
service.
Thank
you.
Quality
done,
I
just
want
to
say
I'm
personally
I'm,
you
know
my
two
kids
went
to
Boys
and
Girls
Club
when
I
was
a
single
parent
and
for
all
the
parents
here
that
went
to
the
Boys
and
Girls
Club
dear
children,
you,
your
family,
have
always
went
beyond
everything.
You
expected
the
city
of
Chelsea
doing
a
difficult
year.
AP
You
have
made
incredible
incredible
impact
and
your
organization
and
the
Boys
and
Girls
Club,
and
a
lot
of
kids
of
Chelsea,
so
I
personally
wanted
to
thank
you
on
behalf
of
my
colleague
by
City
counselors.
Here.
You
guys
have
just
really
done
us
well
and
grateful
to
your.
Not
only
you
your
family,
but
when
you
guys.
AN
Don't
take
a
chance
and
throw
one
on
you
am
I
in
my
very
small
world
life
I
do,
along
with
the
American
Cancer
Society
and
I'm,
a
vice
chair
of
the
normal
board
of
directors,
which
is
both
five
six
states,
including
New,
York
