From YouTube: Chelsea Day 2021
Description
City of Chelsea
A
Hi,
I'm
tommy
ambrosino
city
manager
here
in
chelsea,
and
I
just
want
to
welcome
everyone
to
our
2021
chelsea
day
event.
I
also
want
to
take
this
opportunity
to
really
thank
the
city's
first
responders
and
really
all
of
the
city,
employees,
the
community-based
organizations
and
our
residents
who
banded
together
to
help
the
city
get
through
this
pandemic
and
start
us
on
our
road
to
recovery.
A
C
D
D
I'd
like
to
welcome
you
all
we're
here
celebrating
our
lovely
lovely
city
of
chelsea,
which
all
of
you
make
part
of
so
thank
you
for
all
of
you
that
are
here
all
of
you
that
are
inside
your
buildings,
come
on
out.
All
of
you
in
the
neighborhoods
come
on
down
to
broadway
and
party
with
us
we're
going
to
be
here
for
a
couple
hours
until
about
five
o'clock.
We
got
a
lot
going
on.
We
got
a
bunch
of
activities
that.
D
Make
sure
you
make
time
to
go
visit
the
different
booths?
They
all
represent
different
parts
of
the
city
of
chelsea.
Many
organizations
come
and
find
out
to
find
out
more
information
about
our
city
and
how
you
can
get
involved
all
right.
So
I
hope
all
of
you
are
having
a
great
time
so
far.
D
G
F
F
G
C
G
G
F
D
Rapper
stevie
low
and
jamie
baby,
let's
give
it
up
again
for
them.
Thank
you
guys
for
coming
by
again
welcome
to
chelsea
day
at
the
nuevo
benitos.
D
K
It's
another
thing:
it's
a
great
way
to
get
the
community
involved.
You
know
from
chelsea
come
on
by
go
ahead
and
be
from
the
fire
department
yo.
Typically,
we
only
see
people
when
it's
an
emergency,
so
this
is
a
good
way
to
interact
with
the
community
get
them
involved.
Let
them
know
what
we
do
as
as
firefighters
and
see
us
and
you
know,
interact
with
us
because
other
than
that,
it's
just
emergencies.
Only
typically,
you
know
so
it's
like
you
know
it.
K
D
So
I
don't
know
if
you
guys
are
aware,
but
chelsea
is
full
of
talent,
it's
full
of
talent.
Not
only
do
we
have
amazing
musicians
dancers,
but
we
also
have
amazing
poets,
so
we're
going
to
be
bringing
up
a
couple
of
our
local
artists.
This
first
poet
is
celeste
williams.
So
please,
so,
let's
join
me
on
the
stage
give
it
up
for
celeste
everybody.
Let's
do
it
come
on.
L
L
L
D
All
right,
thank
you.
Celeste
we're
gonna
bring
up
our
next
phone,
and
this
is
another
person
that
I'm
sure
everybody
here
knows
she
was.
I
definitely
know
her.
She
was
my
teacher
at
some
point.
We're
gonna
bring
up
the
lovely,
miss
resnick.
Thank.
M
Is
a
real
honor,
so
let
me
read
the
poem
well,
this
is
a
component.
The
introduction
on
saturday
august
7th
people
gathered
for
the
first
chelsea
poetry,
walk
poets,
aged
13
to
91,
stood
at
a
podium
and
read
the
poems
out
loud
after
the
sharing
of
poems.
Everyone
was
given
a
little
slip
of
paper
and
asked
to
fill
in
the
blank.
Chelsea
is
here's
what
they
said?
M
M
M
What
everyone
seems
to
miss
always
great
cheerful
and
everlasting
forever
and
ever
chelsea
is
a
place
of
memories
and
remnants
of
people
of
wood,
brick,
history
ever
evolving
community
chelsea
is
a
place
where
everyone
is
accepted
and
welcomed
where
we
get
tested
and
reborn
chelsea
is
where
the
years
pass
by,
where
the
blessings
abound
a
place.
I'll
always
remember,
chelsea
is
magical
and
mysterious.
M
D
D
O
Chelsea
reach
is
a
beautiful
community,
the
ability
to
overcome
our
education,
the
group
that
we
have
it's
all
in
hand,
one
the
faith
that
our
staff
have
within
ourself
is
the
power
to
overcome
each
darkness
of
our
lives.
We
are
all
in
one
to
manage
the
right
for
our
students,
the
ones
that
don't
believe
in
us
are
the
ones
that
we
stand
together
and
make
this
program
the
best
to
be
for
the
outcasts
of
the
younger
youth.
The
rate
for
education
is
the
power
for
our
community
in
our
youth.
Listen
up
to
our
youth.
O
D
P
H
Q
It's
great
here
today,
chelsea
day,
is
about
celebrating
all
things
chelsea,
as
you
can
see
everyone's
out
today,
it's
a
beautiful
day,
and
this
year
we're
celebrating
just
getting
through
this
pandemic,
our
essential
workers
helping
us
out.
We
just
want
everyone
to
have
a
good
time
and
release
and
celebrate.
D
We
have
I'm
gonna,
bring
up
the
hispanic
stars
of
boston
and
we're
gonna
bring
up
the
lovely
sophia
corcho
who's.
Gonna.
Give
us
a
couple
of
words,
so
please
make
sure
that
you
are
here
paying
attention
to
the
stage
again.
Hispanic
stars,
boston,.
R
Everyone
thank
you
so
much
for
being
here
as
we
celebrate
hispanic
heritage
month.
I
want
to
thank
you
for
being
an
amazing
representation
of
the
hispanic
community.
Your
rich
and
diverse
cultural
heritage.
Your
rich
stories
of
struggle,
perseverance
and
success
and
jury
mentioned
contributions
to
the
city
of
chelsea.
R
R
R
R
You
can
learn
more
about
hispanic
style
by
following
her
social
media
channels,
hispanic
star
boston
and
hispanics
star.org.
Thank
you.
D
Okay,
mucha
gracia
hispanic
stars
in
boston.
Thank
you,
hispanic
stars
of
boston.
That
was
lovely.
That
was
amazing,
and
so
I
like
to
bring
up
on
stage
someone
very
special
again.
You
should
all
be
getting
that
chelsea
day.
T-Shirt
you'll,
see
that
lovely
logo
on
that
shirt
that
was
created
by
a
local
artist,
quiet.
S
Hey
chelsea:
I'm
really
appreciative
for
the
opportunity
to
get
to
design
this
year's
shirt.
It
really
means
a
lot
to
me
for
my
community
and
everything
that
I've
been
through.
If
you
would
like
to
purchase
a
shirt,
there's
a
booth
over
there
and
all
proceeds
will
go
to
the
class
of
2022.
Thank.
T
We're
celebrating
chelsea
day,
my
name
is
like
she
said:
joan
crumble
from
chelsea
black
community
and
we're
celebrating
chelsea
day
as
one
community
coming
out
and
celebrating
the
first
responders,
the
essential
workers
on
the
organizations,
the
municipality
it
took
all
of
us
to
get
through
the
pandemic
together.
So
we
deserve
to
celebrate
together,
cool.
U
This
is
the
wonderful
chelsea
day
we
it's
funny,
I'm
picking
back.
We
used,
we
had
we
used
to
have
them
quite
regularly.
Some
years
ago.
Obviously
we
didn't
have
anything.
Last
year
with
covet,
the
weather
definitely
cooperated
today
looks
like
this
place
is
packed.
I
was
just
telling
officer
daniel
we're
walking
down
here.
It
was
sometime
years
ago
when
we
had
the
first
locker
festival,
latin
american
cultural
awareness
festival.
It
was
right
here
in
the
same
area
and
then
it
got
so
big.
U
We
had
to
have
it
behind
the
old
mystic
mall,
which
we
would
have
like
20
000
people.
So
I
don't
know
I'm
wondering
now
that
we're
back
at
it
full
force
if
chelsea
day,
if
we
might
have
to
actually
move
to
another
location
if
it
gets
so
big,
but
this
is
phenomenal.
Like
I
said,
it's
really
really
great
see
all
the
restaurants
here,
all
the
people
out
here
and
and
everyone
interacting
so
yeah
it's
a
great
day.
D
V
Hello,
everybody,
hello,
chelsea,
how
you
guys
doing
today
wait
a
minute
that
was
a
little
weak.
We
can
do
much
better
than
that
chelsea
how
you
doing
today,
all
right
much
better,
much
better.
I
already
see
a
lot
of
dancers
up
here
in
the
front
and
even
if
you're,
not
a
dancer,
that's
okay,
because
that's
what
I'm
here
for
again
as
eduardo
mentioned,
my
name
is
johnny
giraldo
and
I
am
from
salsa
he
controlled
dance
company
we've
been
inspiring
other
sedans
since
2003.
V
It
is
a
pleasure
to
be
here
on
chelsea
bay,
celebrate
this
beautiful
day,
this
beautiful
city
and
I'm
here
to
show
you
how
to
dance
a
little
bit
of
salsa.
So
even
if
you've
never
done
it
before.
That's
totally.
Okay,
because
we're
gonna
go
right
to
the
basics.
If
you've
done
it
before
get
a
chance
to
jam
a
little
bit
with
us,
so
I'm
going
to
invite
everybody
that's
way
back
there
to
come
a
little
bit
closer!
V
V
In
chelsea
and
if
you're
ready
again
we're
going
to
be
facing
this
way,
I
want
to
come
people
to
come
a
little
closer
and
I
want
everybody
to
really
again
participate.
So
here's
what
we're
going
to
do,
I'm
going
to
face
this
direction.
Hopefully
you
all
can
see
me
we're
going
to
show
you
three
basic
steps
and
then
we're
going
to
try
with
some
music
too
okay,
so
we
so
that
it
becomes
more
exciting
all
right
here
we
go
everybody
with
our
feet.
V
Together,
yes,
you're
going
to
bend
your
knees
a
little
bit
we're
going
to
take
three
steps.
The
first
step
is
with
your
left
foot
going
forward.
We
go
like
this
one
step
forward,
then
in
place
come
back
together.
Okay,
let's
do
that
again,
three
steps
and
one
two
three
once
again
left
right
left
one
more
time
left.
Then
we
stop
okay,
now
again
we're
just
getting
started.
I
know
some
of
us
can
get
a
little
shy.
Please
by
all
means
I
want
everybody
dancing
today.
Okay,
so
we're
gonna.
V
Do
it
again,
three
steps
here
we
go
forward
with
the
left.
It
goes
one
two,
three,
that's
the
first
half
of
your
basic,
the
second
half.
We
take
your
right
foot
and
we
go
back.
So
we
go
back
right
in
place.
Come
back
together,
one
more
time
you
go
back
right,
left
right,
come
on.
I
want
to
see
you
back
step
together.
Okay,
now
we're
gonna
combine
those
two
steps
very
easy.
We're
gonna
go
like
this
forward.
Left
right,
left
back
right,
right,
left
right
once
again,
one
two
three
and
then
we
stop
together.
V
Okay,
so
far
so
good!
Yes,
what
about
you
pump
phenomenon?
You
guys
doing?
Okay,
there,
you
go
big
shout
out
to
fun
phenomenon.
You
guys
performing
in
a
little
bit
right
all
right,
all
right
good!
I
can't
wait
for
that.
So
that
is
your
basic
we're
gonna!
Do
it
one
more
time,
everybody!
Here
we
go
with
your
left.
We
go
forward
three
steps.
After
five,
six
seven
go
and
one
two
three
back
step
back
step
together
once
again,
step,
step,
step
and
step
step.
We
stop.
V
Y
V
Then
in
place
then,
together
and
then
we
go
to
your
right
right
in
place,
tick
up
and
again
left
right
left.
Then
right
left
right
once
again,
step,
step,
step
and
step
step.
We
stop
very
easy,
okay,
so
far,
so
good
thumbs
up
in
the
air.
If
you
can
you're
doing
okay,
all
right
good
good,
now
we're
going
to
try
the
next
step.
Another
variation
of
this
basic,
very
simple:
we
have
our
left
foot
going
back,
so
we
take
a
step
back
with
the
left
right
in
place,
then
bring
it
together.
V
Then
the
right
foot
back
in
place
bring
it
together
again.
So
this
is
back
step
center,
nice
and
easy
back
step
together.
One
more
time,
step,
step
step,
then
back
step
together
we
have
a
rock
step
together
and
rocks
that
we
stop
okay.
So
those
are
your
three
fundamental
basic
steps
in
salsa
right,
we're
gonna
put
them
together,
and
then
you
know
what
I
think
you
guys
are
doing
so
well
that
I'm
gonna
show
you
the
basic
turn
and
then
the
music
very
simple.
V
First,
let's
go
over
these
three
steps,
recapping
forward
with
the
left
after
five.
Six.
Basically,
go
basic
with
the
left
and
back
with
your
right
and
step
step,
step
now,
side,
step.
Let's
go
to
the
left
side,
step
together,
side
step
again
and
one
two
three
now
back
step.
We
go
back
left
back
with
the
left
and
back
with
your
right
and
back
step
together
now
basic
forward.
Let's
go
step
forward
left
and
then
we
stop
nice
come
on
big
hand
for
you
guys.
V
C
V
Now
the
basic
turn:
let's
continue
with
the
basic
turn.
Let
me
show
you
what
it
looks
like.
Okay,
then
we're
gonna.
Do
it
together.
So
from
your
base
six
step,
then
we
go
forward
and
turn
like
this
one,
two
three
and
back
step
together:
okay,
let's
do
it
slow,
breaking
it
down,
really
slow
and
again,
if
you're,
just
joining
us
we're
doing
some
salsa
dancing,
I'm
showing
you
some
basic
steps,
we're
gonna,
do
it
with
music
in
seconds
and
then
we're
gonna
have
a
lot
of
fun.
All.
V
Breaking
down
the
right
turn
basic:
it
is
one
basic
step
now
slow,
freeze
in
the
middle
in
three
steps.
We're
going
to
do
this
turn
ready.
We
go
forward
left,
that's
one!
We
pivot
a
little
bit
to
the
right,
we're
gonna
turn
on
the
right.
Foot,
use
the
left
to
come
around
land
together
and
then
back
step.
We
stop.
Okay.
Let's
do
it
one
more
time,
so
three
steps
for
the
turn.
It
goes
forward
left
pivot
right
then
we
let
together
and
then
back
step
and
we
stop
okay.
V
So
that
is
your
right
turn
we're
gonna.
Do
it
a
little
faster
here
we
go
basic.
First,
five,
six
basic
step,
one
basic
step,
and
now
we
turn:
let's
go
one
turn
and
land,
and
then
we
stop.
I
think
we're
ready
for
music,
so
we
can
put
it
all
together
with
the
music
is
when
it
all
really
comes
to
life.
So
I'm
trying
to
do
this
with
music.
I'm
super
excited
to
do
this
with
music.
The
real
question
is:
are
you
guys
ready
for
music
come
on
chelsea?
We
can
do
better
than
that.
V
V
C
V
Come
on,
let's
hear
for
yourselves,
everybody,
nice
and
loud,
make
some
noise
all
right.
We
can
stop
the
music.
Thank
you
wow
and
we're
just
getting
started.
We're
just
warming
up.
Let
me
show
you
two
more
easy
steps.
Okay,
then
more
music,
because
with
music
is
more
exciting.
This
is
very
simple.
All
of
us
can
do
it,
even
if
you
miss
the
basics.
Okay,
we're
gonna
do
this
basic
stuff
and
then
we're
gonna
do
what
I
call
the
four
walks
we're
gonna
cross
with
the
left
over
the
right
left.
V
W
V
This
super
slow,
your
left
foot,
your
left
leg
is
going
to
cross
over
the
right
we
cross
left.
We
pick
up
the
right
foot
cross
over
right,
pick
up
the
left
over
pick
up
the
right
over
and
then
basic
one,
two
three
and
basic
step:
let's
do
it
again
basic
here,
four
walks.
Let's
go
like
this
left
and
right
and
left
and
right
and
basically
one
two
three
again:
let's
go
cross
left
right,
pick
up
the
knees
left
right,
basic
one,
two,
three
basic
step.
V
Let
me
see
it
this
time,
everybody
go
cross
left
right,
left
right,
basic
one.
Two
three
nice,
we
stop
beautiful,
looks
good
from
up
here.
Remember
bend
your
knees!
Pick
up
your
knee
pick
up
your
knee
pick
up
your
knee
just
like
that:
okay,
we're
gonna!
Do
it
one
more
time
and
I'm
gonna
show
you
another
step,
ready
basic
step,
one
two
three,
and
now
we
go
left
right,
left
right,
basic
one,
two
three
and
nicely
done
now.
The
next
level
I'm
gonna
show
you
is
very
simple
as
well.
V
It
goes
from
the
basic
right.
We
come
to
the
middle
we're
going
to
tap
and
then
we
step
twice
to
the
left
tap
twice
to
the
right.
We
add
the
arms
to
do
what
we
call
a
halahala.
Okay
in
spanish.
Those
of
us
that
know
spanish
means
pull
pull.
The
idea
is
that
we're
using
the
arms
to
pull
as
we
do
the
step
cool
as
we
do
this
step?
Okay,
very
easy:
let's
break
it
down,
slow
all
right,
and
then
we
put
it
all
together
with
the
music.
V
Here
we
go
basic
first
one,
two
three
now
here
we
stop
together
right
once
you
come
to
the
center.
Remember
we're
tapping
with
your
left.
There's
a
tap.
We
bend
the
knees
to
get
into
it.
We
open
left,
bend
the
knee,
close
right,
open,
left,
tap
and
close
right.
Then
we're
going
to
pivot
a
little
bit
change
the
direction
we
open
right,
close
left,
open
right,
close
left.
Let's
do
it
again.
Left
right,
left
tab
right,
right,
left
now
here
we
stop,
then
we
go
to
the
basic
one,
two
three,
and
then
we
stop.
V
Okay,
that's
the
step.
It's
halal
now
we're
gonna.
Add
the
arms
to
this.
As
I
mentioned,
we
use
the
pull,
pull
movement
to
go
to
the
side,
twice
ready
basic
first
one
basic
step.
We
slowly
here
we
tap
with
the
left
and
arms
to
the
left
and
arms
to
the
right.
The
motion
of
pulling
in
pulling
in
last
one
basic
step:
let's
go
one,
two
three
basic
step:
one
more
time
get
ready.
Everybody,
holla
holla
to
the
left,
left
to
the
right
again,
we'll
do
it
one
more
time,
then
basic
step.
V
V
V
V
Actually,
you
know
what
hold
that
thought
for
a
second
I
want
to
see.
Is
there
I'm
gonna
want?
Let's
see
we
can
do
two
or
three
volunteers
to
come
up
here
with
me.
Anybody
who
wants
to
come
up
you,
my
friend,
in
the
red
shirt.
Let's
go
come
on
chili.
I
know
who
you
are
come
up
here.
If
we
can
have
you
come
out
to
the
side
here,
let's
get
yes
come
on
up
one
of
the
little
ones
right
here
you
with
the
raising
the
hand
please
come
on
up.
V
AA
V
V
V
That's
it
right.
Okay,
you
can
come
too.
Why
not?
You
can
be
like
a
little
bit
over
here.
Oh
you're,
like
ready,
you're
fancy
already.
I
think
we
only
have
room,
unfortunately,
for
one
more,
so
maybe
you
and
you
know
what
that's
okay,
you
can
all
join
us
you're
already
here.
I'm
not
gonna.
Kick
anybody
your
name,
your
name,
real,
quick.
V
V
Right
now,
they're
all
going
to
join
me
here.
This
is
improvised.
V
F
V
Go
windows
is
what
we
call
in
the
dancing
world
right.
We're
gonna
create
some
windows.
You
can
come
a
little
closer.
We
don't
want
you
too
close
to
that
speaker
and
then
over
here
we're
gonna
do
is
we're
gonna.
Have
you
come
a
little
this
way?
Please
and
then
you're
gonna
go
right
over
here
in
the
middle.
We
call
those
windows
and
dancing,
and
then
you
can
go
right
over
here
and
I'm
gonna
be
right
over
here.
Now
we
got
the
music
all
right.
Let's
go
we're
gonna.
Do
the
bass,
I'm
gonna
call
it
out.
V
V
Okay,
now
we're
gonna
do
the
four
watts
into
the
right
track.
Let's
keep
dancing
come
on.
Let's
keep
the
key
moving
basic
four
watts.
Then
the
right
turn:
let's
go
and
one
and
two
and
three
right
turn:
aha,
aha,
okay,
we
got
it
so
four
watts
right
turn
basic,
basically
ready.
Let's
go
four
watts
cross
cross
cross
right
turn,
one
basic
one:
now
we're
going
to
put
it
all
together,
we're
going
to
do
four
watts
right
turn:
tala.
V
J
AF
I'm
joven
adam
from
the
chelsea
chamber
of
commerce,
and
I
got
to
tell
you
this
is
a
a
great
event.
The
weather
you
couldn't
ask
for
anything
better
and
to
see
the
people
downtown
and
everything
this
is
good.
This
is
a
great
thing
for
the
city.
I
mean
we
need
something
like
this
coming
through
covet.
AF
I
know
it's
also
a
thank
you
to
all
the
first
responders
who
kept
us
going,
and
we
know
that
chelsea
was
one
of
the
hottest
hit
communities
in
the
in
the
state
and
it's
great
to
see
people
out
here
and
even
some
of
them
respecting
other
people's
space
by
wearing
masks,
and
I
do
have
mine,
but
I
took
it
off
for
this,
but
it's
great
to
be
here.
I
I
just
couldn't
ask
for
a
better
event.
AF
AG
Day,
hey,
it's
so
great
to
be
here.
Thank
you
so
much
for
organizing
this
it's
a
day
of
celebration.
After
what
the
most
trying
18
months
that
we've
had
in
my
recent
history,
this
is
amazing
right.
My
kids
are
over
there
beating
the
heck
out
of
each
other
with
balloon
swords.
So
it's
a
good
day
right.
H
AH
Hi,
I'm
here
to
check
out
chelsea
day.
I
saw
a
mural
that
we
made
many
years
ago
in
the
senior
center
way
back
in
the
early
21st
century
and
that
that
brought
some
memories
there's
a
great
band
over
here.
I
don't
know
if
everybody
knows
it
or
not,
but
it's
good,
and
I
love
being
right
here
where
silvia
lopez
chavez
made
her
great
mural
because
she's
one
of
my
chelsea
heroes.

Hi
everyone,
I'm
the
director

recreation

cultural
affairs
for
the
city-
and
I
am
just
thrilled
to
be
here,
I'm
so
happy
to
see
all
the
people
out.
The
weather
is
beautiful
and
it's
just
it's
just
wonderful
to
see
after
a
really
difficult
pandemic
that
we
are.
We
are
now
back
as
a
community
and
we're
out
and
about-
and
so
again
I
want
to
say
congratulations
to
everyone
who
participated
and
helped
us
during
this
really
really
tough
time.
It's
a
celebration
all
right!
Thank
you.
So
much
have.
AL
I'll
tell
you
so,
first
of
all,
it's
a
beautiful
day,
you
know,
and
the
gods
have
blessed
us,
but
it's
just
a
great
day
where
we
we
sit
there
and
recognize
chelsea's,
great
diversity
and
the
ethnicity
that
that
we've
we've
come
to
known
as
paula
was
born
and
raised
here
as
well
as
myself
and
and
it
just
kind
of
brings
all
walks
of
life
from
you
know
all
the
points
of
the
city
together
and
we
got
great
music.
We
got
great
food
and
entertainment,
so
it's
a
fun
day.
AD
Welcome
to
chelsea
day,
my
name
is
calvin
brown,
I'm
the
city
council
in
district
8.,
I'm
here
with
my
wife,
we're
actually
I'm
entering
in
chelsea
walk,
I'm
here
with
my
colleague,
todd
taylor,
district
1
city
council,
we're
really
enjoying
this
beautiful
day
here
in
chelsea,
all
these
beautiful
people,
these
fun
activities
we're
grateful
to
all
the
supporters,
all
the
folks
that
made
this
possible,
obviously
channel
three
for
covering
this.
We
just
thank
you.
D

AB
What's
up
chelsea
all
right,
we're
going
to
need
y'all
to
make
some
noise
because
we
feed
off
that
energy
and
we
want
to
make
sure
that
everybody
gives.
These
kids
shows
these
dancers
a
lot
of
love,
so
we
have
fun
phenomenon.
My
name
is
rhea
and
I'm
from
chelsea.
I
love
this
city,
my
mom's
still
here,
she's
right
over
there
say
what's
up
to
barbara,
that's
my
son
jared
over
there
in
the
wheelchair
and
we
dance
for
him.
We
dance
for
a
cause
called
hip-hop
for
hope.
AB
That's
written
on
the
back
of
my
jersey
and
we
like
to
raise
awareness
for
his
rare
disease.
So
we're
excited
to
dance
here
today
when
jay
velez
asked
us.
I
was
like,
of
course
I
want
to
be
back
in
my
hometown.
I
want
to
dance
so
we're
gonna
show
everybody
what
we
offer.
We
have
a
little
bit
of
salsa.
Today
we
have
some
hip
hop.
Today
we
have
some
adult
hip-hop
crews
too,
and
also
a
little
bit
of
freestyle,
so
some
surprises
along
the
way,
all
right.

he's
an
amazing
amazing

one

his

this

a

We're
just
going
to
have

they're

we'd

invite
all
of
the
students
in
chelsea
to
come,
take

and
all
that
good
stuff.
So

Welcome
to
chelsea

I'm
district,
one
city
councilor,
todd
taylor
from
prattville,
and
we
want
to
take
a
look
around
here
and
have
so
many
great
people
coming
out
for
chelsea
day
getting
getting
out
with
their
kids
with
their
families
getting
to
know
their
neighbors
and
taking
a
look
at
all
the
businesses
and
organizations
that
have
come
together
to
celebrate
chelsea
and
you
know,
if
you
couldn't
make
it
down.
AU
At
least
you
get
to
see
what
you
were
missing
so
anyway,
thanks
kudos
to
shira
watson,
for
kind
of
putting
all
this
together
and
getting
chelsea
day
back
up.
We,
we
had
a
really
tough
year
last
year,
so
now
we're
at
least
all
outdoors
and
having
a
great
time
thanks
guys,
welcome.

It's
just
been
just
a
wonderful
day,
I'm
so
happy
to
be
here.
I
see
some
of
my
colleagues
floating
around.
It's
just
wonderful,
I
want
to
say
to
the

they
did
a
wonderful
job
and
actually
everybody
is
excited
about
the

story
at

Hi
everyone,
it's
city,
council,
president,
roy
of

I'm
here
with
minna
mina.
How
are
you
doing
today?
I'm
fine,
so
we're
just
down
here
we're
enjoying
chelsea
day
here
we
just
finished
participating
in
the
chelsea
senior
center
bake
off.
So
I
got
to
taste
some
great
desserts
today
and
now
we're
just
listening
to
some
music
by
local
artists,
and
we
just
had
the
funk
phenomenal,
also
chelsea
bass,
doing
performing
their
dance
in
front
of
all
of
us.
AX
So
we're
down
here
down
broadway
the
city
of
chelsea's
done
a
phenomenal
job
of
putting
all
this
together
and
we
got
lucky
and
blessed
with
a
great
day
here
today,
weather-wise.
AX
So
I
hope
those
who
of
you
are
watching
are
watching
it
because
you
were
are
we
here
and
not
because
you
stay
at
home,
so
hopefully
you're
watching
this
on
a
retake.
But
it's
an
incredible
day
and
we
have
a
lot
of
participants
here
down
the
road
along
broadway.
These
first
two
blocks
from
all
the
non-profits
and
businesses,
so
it
was
fantastic
and
I
just
wanted
to
impress
very
impressed

yeah.

So
I
hope
you
enjoy
feel
free
to

to
thank
you
all
for
coming
by
and
partaking
in
this
really
it's
a
family
party.
This
is
what
we
are
family
here.
Okay,.

Everyone
cheryl

the

the
rest
of
the

that
made
today
real.
Thank
you
and
don't
worry.
Even
though
the
stage
is
coming
down.
We
still
got
fine
cuisine,
we
got
bars,
we
got
a
lot
happening
here,
chelsea,
so
make
sure
that
the
party
continues.
Thank
you
and
see
you
next
year,
love
you
chelsea.

Hi,
I'm
almia
beta,
I'm
the
superintendent
of
chelsea
public
schools
and
I
just
wanted
to
say
thank
you
to
our
essential
workers.
Thank
you
for
the
work
that
you
did
day
in
and
day
out
throughout
this
pandemic.
Thank
you
for
giving
of
yourselves
and
giving
to
our
wonderful
community
in
chelsea
we're
so
grateful.
N
N
Leading
the
charge
on
the
efforts
on
the
ground
was
the
city
of
chelsea,
with
a
port
park.
Operation
have
a
huge
distribution
of
food
providing
to
the
pantries
as
well
as
transportation
and
other
support,
and
those
who
are
also,
as
well
as
the
chelsea
eats
card,
which
leads
the
country
in
innovative
way
of
addressing
food
insecurity
caused
by
the
pandemic.
N
And
then
there
were
those
organizations
that
didn't
give
out
physically
food
but
gave
out
resources
to
purchase
food
such
as
catholic,
the
wic,
the
snap
agents
as
well
as
others
that
were
in
chelsea.
So
it's
a
total
community
effort
that
really
is
addressing
hunger
in
chelsea
now
and
will
continue
to
do
so.
As
long
as
there's
need.
AL
As
we
all
know,
the
city
of
chelsea
was
devastated
by
the
covert
19
virus
and
there
was
no
city
hit
hotter
in
the
united
states
of
america
than
this
city,
but
yet
our
maintenance
staff-
that's
behind
us
day
in
and
day
out,
every
day,
every
night
on
the
weekends
holidays
we're
here
working
on
behalf
of
the
people.
They
were
there
dealing
with
emergency
work
orders.
They
were
dealing
with
landscaping,
snow
removal,
unit,
repairs
as
well
as
turning
vacant
units
over
so
that
we
can
house
new
families
and
seniors.
AL
AL
And
I
just
wanted
to
finish
everything
up
by
thanking
our
partners
in
government,
the
city
of
chelsea,
for
the
great
job
they
did
during
the
pandemic,
specifically
the
chelsea
senior
center,
as
well
as
our
police
and
fire
departments.
We
couldn't
have
done
it
without
you.
Job
well
done
everyone,
and
thank
you.
AV
Along
with
my
brother
ron,
I
want
to
thank
the
people
who
stuck
by
us
during
this
pandemic,
to
be
able
to
continue
to
produce
the
program
that
we
want
and
actually
being
involved
in
chelsea
day
is
an
exceptional
event
for
us,
as
we
are
bringing
the
cape
and
big
band
17
piece
band
to
chelsea
day,
along
with
them
performing
before
chelsea
day
at
the
science
festival
that
we
hold
every
year
and
local
resident
nathan,
seavey
chelsea
person
is
involved
in
a
cape
and
band.
I
thought
it
was
important
to
highlight
chelsea
folk
on
chelsea.
